"Ah, I also want to let you know that we will have 52 new comrades and we-" Luis’ abruptly stopped after hearing the familiar masculine voice.

As if on cue, the male that has been his source of heart fluttering frustration these past few days, arrived.

"Are you fine over there, moon elf lord? Don’t stress yourself over that chick, it is still young just like Nine." says Xagrien, his voice has a tinge of worry. He followed the bearer after seeing that Luis is taking a long time to catch the chick.

Even though the bearer is the moon elf lord, he couldn’t stop himself from worrying.

What if he is struck with an accident?

What if he met powerful mystical beasts and was caught in a deadlock against it?

Xagrien’s mind is totally occupied by the bearer and he feels helpless about it.

Even if he admits it or not, he knows to himself that he doesn’t want the bearer to leave his sight.

Hence he took the initiative to follow Luis. However, his heart took a turn on what he saw.

Xagrien was alert at first after seeing that there was a group of moon elves surrounding the bearer but he visibly calmed down after he noticed that it was the moon elf lord’s underlings.

"There he is, guys this is Xagrien. He is one of your new comrades." Luis cordially introduced them to one another. He made sure to make his tone as light as possible.

He is careful not to make it awkward considering that these guys have terrible first impressions of each other.

Legland and Nicol’s expression was okay, they looked casual towards the young moon elf.

"The young four-star lightning warrior."

"Hello."

Legland and Nicol voiced out their acknowledgement to Xagrien respectively. Legland to be specific is eyeing Xagrien as if he was scrutinizing a specimen on a dish.

"Nice to meet you." The young moon elf warrior nodded as recognition.

"Xagrien, meet my trusted subordinates. Nicol, Legland, Olyn-" Luis halted after noticing something wrong.

The usually cute and cheerful Olyn was shrouded with black lines this time. If looks can kill, then it is no exaggeration that Xagrien’s body should be mangled just by Olyn’s eyes.

"Olyn, are you okay?" Luis asked carefully.

Luis’ number one servant immediately retracted his death glare and then as if a god waved his hand, Olyn’s face immediately turned sunny like he wasn’t on the verge of killing seconds ago.

It was astonishing. How he can change expressions like that?

’It must be talent,’ the moon elf lord carelessly concluded.

"Of course, my lord!" Olyn anwered cheerfully like the usual.

"Ummm." Luis watched Olyn thoughtfully.

’This is natural considering that the opposite guy literally kidnapped me in front of Olyn. Olyn is just being protective,’ Luis thought.

So he stepped forward to bring the past matter to conclusion. It is best to leave all the excess baggage behind from now on. They will be working together whether they like it or not.

"I know your first impression is not that great but I am hoping that you will get along well in the future."

Luis said as an attempt. However, it was greeted with silence so he had to loudly clear his throat. "Ahem."

"As you wills it, my lord." They voiced out sporadically.

"If that is your will, moon elf lord," even Xagrien chipped in.

’What do you mean as I "wills" it?! I am not trying to force you!’

Luis was helpless about this. It seems like he should patch this up one by one. He decided to start with the group.

"Ah, can I ask you for a favor, Xagrien? Please collect a lot of wood, we will have use for it later on." He humbly asked the male as an excuse. While he indeed needs the wood for later, he wants to have this opportunity to strike a heart to heart talk with Olyn, Legland, Nicol and the others.

"Understood." Xagrien stared directly through the dark-green eyes of the bearer, full of undisguised trust. He nodded at the others before he walked away with a powerful stride.

Watching the retreating back of the male, Luis did not waste a second.

He started with an explanation of where they came from. To what they experienced based on what he inferred from their behaviors, words, and attitudes. Because truth be told, Xagrien hardly explained everything to him. What else to expect from a taciturn guy who occasionally turns bitchy?

Hence, Luis can only rely on his observation and justification.

Luis made sure to amplify the emotional parts while swiftly pointing out the reasons behind.

"They are all kind and with a strong spirit to win against all adversaries that they face. All they need is a home to return to. They are just misunderstood due to the preconception that rogues are uncouth savages. But in reality, they are one of the warmest groups that I have ever met." The moon elf lord finally concluded.

"I hope that you got the purpose of me saying that."

Legland and Nicol looked at each other while Olyn was visibly pensive.

"Yes, my lord," they all answered after some time.

Luis appreciates their thoughtful look. They must take their first step of accepting others as early as now. Because their world could only turn bigger under his influence.

"I also want to inform you ahead of time that I accepted a few orcs both adults and children, as my subordinates." Luis strikes it while the iron is hot.

"Orcs!" All of them exclaimed.

Legland, Olyn and even Nicol who is usually prim and proper, almost popped his eyes due to this revelation.

Nicol know that the moon elf lord has a huge ambition to unify the entire race but he didn’t expect that even the orcs, a race totally different from them, would come under his lord’s rule!

Is the moon elf lord’s ambition loftier and grander than he thought?

Nicol’s entire body is doused with an overwhelming amount of adrenaline. As expected of the moon elf lord!

Truthfully speaking, the head priest is not alone, Legland, Olyn and practically every one who heard this is busy thinking way beyond their moon elf lord’s meaning.

Luis, the tired soul from the apocalypse who is aiming to live a slow and slutty life, would have passed out if he ever know how his simple words ignited something bigger and heavier than what he is aiming for.

"Yes, they are orcs with a mythical wolf blood line.They are an indispensable existence for the future that I am envisioning." The clueless moon elf lord reaffirmed.

"Please treat them as your equals since all of you are the same for me as long as you give me your allegiance."

Luis was originally uneasy to disclose it to them but since it will be revealed as soon as they see Xagrien’s group, he decided to make a leap of faith.

But what amazed him was these guys’ positive and enthusiastic response!

"Absolutely, my lord!"

"You can rest assured, my lord!"

"Are they powerful, my lord?" Legland with an undisguised smirk.

’Wait, why does it seem like this DILF is a muscle-head?’ Luis wondered.

He had seen that glint in Legland eyes to someone who’s a certified war-freak.

And that one is a crazy bastard who is always after his ass, in a bad way.

"You will have the opportunity to see it soon, Legland. Don’t worry." Luis answered Legland’s question while trying not to overthink.

"We will meet a lot of people from now on. Some of them will become our enemies but some of them will become our precious comrades. Don’t let your prejudice cloud your thinking and lose someone who would support you in the future." Luis said as a conclusion and as a foreshadowing to what’s to come.

"Understood!"

After settling his worries, Luis faced the almost forgotten chick who is busy munching the toxic leaves of this Golden Belladonna.

He hates to admit it but this guy is like the strings of fate. This white fluffy being brought him troubles and advantages. Hence this time, he is willing to let his anger go.

What can a little drop of bird shit can do to him, right? He is the moon elf lord.

"Now what about you, little guy? Are you staying there or what?" Luis flashed a smile that could even dethrone the saints.
