The Young master's fake bride and her lucky system
Chapter 346 - 346 Was Jing Hee stupid

346: Was Jing Hee stupid?

346: Was Jing Hee stupid?

Alix smirked and approached the bed deliberately.

She looked at Billi with eyes filled with mockery then said, “Ooh, i thought it was just your hands that were sick but it turns out that your mouth is broken too.” “Stop it.

You don’t have to be so cruel.

We are all family here.” Jing Hee said.

Alix turned around with an unsmiling face but the mockery in her eyes was not erased.

If Jing Hee thought that this was one of those meetings that would end in hugs with everyone holding hands, she was mistaken.

“Bi Cang close the door.” she instructed.

He was standing in the doorway, waiting to make a move if anybody inside the room tried to do something to his boss.

He was alert, all of his senses active, especially his ears that were attuned to the sound of Alix’s voice.

Bi Cang took one step inside closed the door behind him.

He pulled out his phone and texted someone.

Jing Hee frowned and a crease formed in the middle of her forehead.

The moment Alix told he bodyguard to close the door, her heart did a double take.

She didn’t know what Alix was planning but it couldn’t be good.

“Why are you closing the door?”  Alix smiled mysteriously.

She approached Jin Kang again and opened her jacket.

Majesty jumped out and landed on the bed right on top of Lin Billi.

Because Billi was traumatized by a cat, she was so frightened and she screamed so loudly.

She moved her legs around, flailing around wildly as she tried to dislodge the cat and throw it off the bed.

No matter how she moved however, all of her struggles were in vain.

The cat somehow stayed still and immovable like a concrete statue.

In fact, the more she struggled, the more pressure she felt.

It was almost like a large truck filled with sand was sitting on top of her body.

The small sharp teeth it was bearing out might as well have been large shark teeth aiming for her throat.

“Don’t worry, it’s not going to kill you.” Alix told her.

She turned to stare at Jing Hee and saw her struggling as well, trying to go and help her daughter.

But her struggle was futile as Bi Cang was holding back with much strength.

She did shout loudly however at the top of her voice.

“You lunatic, what are you doing?

Get away from my daughter right now you bitch.

I will kill you…” Bi Cang put a hand over Jing Hee’s mouth.

“I would shut up if i were you because i will snap your neck if i run out of patience like i have long wanted to.” he whispered.

Jing Hee shut her mouth but she continued to make mumbling disgruntled noises from her throat.

Bi Cang scared her a lot more than Alix did.

As for the care taker, she was looking at them all with fright and confusion in her eyes.

She made a whimpering sound which drew attention her way.

“Right, i had forgotten about you.” Alix muttered.

The middle aged woman shook her head.

She didn’t know what was going on but she wanted no part of it.

To her, Jing Hee and Billi were bad people and Alix was probably no different from them.

Desperate to escape, she said in a pleading voice, “I am not with them.

I am just a caretaker that was hired to look after her.

I won’t say anything, please i really won’t say anything.

You can trust me and let me go.” “Mmmm.” Alix twisted her mouth.

People that said they wouldn’t say anything were usually the first to run their mouth when they got a chance.

But again, she had not committed any crime.

What could this woman say to anybody really?

“Our people are outside, they will handle it.” Bi Cang said.

Alix understood that this was code for Zhang An’s package___, or her package as it had been renamed.

“Get out.” she told the caretaker.

The woman scurried out and she was grabbed up by the men that were waiting outside.

The door closed again, with a loud bang this time round.

Alix retrieved Majesty from Billi’s body and carried the cat in her hands petting it gently with an unbothered smile on her face.

The time for dramatics and theatrics was over, it was time for business.

“So, let’s talk.

You have been calling me quite desperately for many days now.

What do you need from me madam Jing?”  Bi Cang let Jing Hee go and the woman raced over to Billi’s side immediately.

“Are you okay?

Did the cat do anything to you?” she checked every inch of Billi’s upper body that was visible.

Alix raised her voice and asked sternly, “Do you want me to leave?”  Jing Hee stopped making a fuss and a shadow grew, engulfing the whites of her eyes.

She took a few breaths to calm herself and keep her anger at bay.

It wouldn’t help their situation to anger Alix right now.

When calm was restored to her, she raised her head and stared at Alix.

In an expected calm and polite voice, she said, “Your sister’s arms were damaged, she has some type of sickness which affected her bones.

We need your help and i am willing to pay good money for it.

I will give you two hundred thousand yuan if you can tell us about the doctor that healed you.”  “Pffft!!”  Laughter fell out of Alix’s mouth at the offer which Jing Hee had just made.

Two hundred thousand yuan!!

Was she really trying to save her daughter from the illness which all the doctors and experts they hired had failed to diagnose?

“What’s so funny?” Jing Hee asked her.

“Have you always been this cheap or are you simply an idiot?” Alix responded.

Even Bi Cang and Majesty agreed.

Jing Hee was either too stingy or too stupid.

She could at least have started from half a million yuan.

“The rich madam of Lin power holdings is offering two hundred thousand yuan for the location of the miracle doctor that cured me.

You spent at least five million on some of the experts you had flown in from other cities or countries but when it comes to me, you offer two hundred thousand yuan.”  She shook her head at Jing Hee and snorted derisively.

“Alix, Billi is your sister.

I shouldn’t even have to offer money for you to assist her.

She is your younger sister….”  Alix raised her hand and held it out.

“Stop right there.

Do not bother appealing to my emotions because i don’t feel anything for you people.

Also, i am tired of reminding you all of this but i am not a Lin anymore ergo, i am not her sister.

If you keep this up, you are going to piss me off.”  Alix’s words fell on deaf ears because Billi spoke up next like she hadn’t heard a single thing.

In a soft teary voice that would get anyone to surrender, she begged.

“Older sister, please help me.

You were unwilling to see me in pain when were children.

Older, sister, i am in so much pain right now.”
