"The blood loss is immense, Your Highness. And it was an attack of the Vampire. I don’t think this young man can live," the Royal Physician informed the King and the others present in the chamber.

"No, please, save my son!" Rhea pleaded as she stepped up. "I beg you to save his life," she kept her hands joined while requesting the royal physician. Norman held her by the shoulder, saying nothing.

"Magnus, do something," Alora said as she held his arm.

"I have a solution for this," Magnus stated. "Elliot needs to die," he asserted.

"What are you saying, Magnus? My- my brother can’t die!" Alora almost raised her cracking voice at him.

"I mean to say that Elliot can live as a vampire," Magnus affirmed. "He is bitten by a vampire already. His survival chances are low. Physician Marcus is the best doctor in the kingdom. If he can’t save him, then no one can. But Elliot can live as a vampire," he explained them further.

"However, there’s a condition too," King Esmond spoke. "Tell them, Magnus," he proclaimed, looking at his son.

"I will feed Elliot my blood. It will kill him as a human. His body will be healed using my blood in his veins and he will wake up as the vampire. Since I’m an immortal vampire, he won’t die after taking my blood. However, you may not see Elliot as a human anymore," Magnus elaborated to them.

"In short, Elliot may lose his human feelings," Izaak stated.

"Elliot should survive. That’s all matter for us," Norman asserted and gazed at Rhea. Getting a nod from her, he urged Magnus to do anything he wanted to save Elliot.

Magnus glanced at Alora, who met his gaze and gave a silent nod of approval. He stepped forward, taking the dagger from Izaak with a steady hand. With a swift motion, he made a cut on his palm, and blood began to ooze from the wound.

"I will leave first since I have a few matters to attend to," King Esmond said and asked Magnus to follow him outside.

Magnus left the bed and went behind his father. As they came far from the chamber where Elliot and his family were present, King Esmond turned and glanced at Magnus.

"Why did this attack happen? What do you think?" He asked.

"Father thinks Alora is the cause," Magnus stated.

"Isn’t she? You were attacked twice. Izaak was attacked too, and now, her own brother was harmed. The vampire marks on him are untraceable. What do you think is happening?" King Esmond demanded answers from his son.

"Something vicious is happening. I’m looking for the answers, Father. Soon, I’ll find the truth," Magnus asserted. "And the one who put Elliot into such a state will be caught soon. I have to read Elliot’s mind as soon as he wakes up," he proclaimed.

"Magnus, the eyes as you claimed are magical. However, with that, Alora has become an attraction to many enemies. In my more than three hundred years of reign, I never witnessed anything like this," King Esmond presented him with the reality of the current time, where they were being attacked.

"Father, I am sure that Alora isn’t the reason behind it," Magnus stated. "The reason is something bigger," he added.

"Did you realize Dolores concealed the truth about her daughter’s demise? You merely scratched the surface of her thoughts. She veiled the rest," King Esmond revealed. "It’s possible Rubin has employed a similar strategy, preventing you from fully accessing his thoughts," he concluded.
