The two were still hugging when Ryan came in, "Nicole and Auntie are awake."

Both of them detached from each other and rushed out of the room.

They found the rest of the family present and assumed Anna and Edward had already left.

"I really want to know what exactly happened to my sister." Rebecca, who had already started crying again told everyone.

Jane went and sat next to her, "Auntie, leave this to me, I don’t want you to stress yourself, your health is more important. Ryan and I will uncover everything, whoever was involved will pay ten folds!"

Jane’s words made the woman stop crying and regain her serious nature. "How could I forget who I am? I have to stand up and get justice for my sister and find my other niece."

Her voice, though a little bit hoarse carried her usual power.

She turned to the dazed Nicole and gave her a tight hug. "My dear niece, your real family is here. We will find out about my sister, your biological mother and who your other twin is. You do not need to stress yourself, auntie is here."

The hug became tighter as she said those words but Nicole only nodded her head weakly.

She couldn’t process what she had heard. She is not even related to the woman who she called mom growing up. The man who almost defiled her after his son killed her mother and she even has a twin sister! Her head was literally about to blow!

Rose came and sat between them, giving then a hug on either sides of her arms. "We are all together mom, cousin Nicole, we are family and we will solve this together. I want both of you to relax."

She looked at Jane who immediately got the hint and they started massaging the two at the same time.

The rest of the family silently watched as the girls handled the situation perfectly, making the two depressed women relax reflexively.

Within minutes, both of them were dozing off.

Mother Lu and Ryan helped them make sure the pillows were okay before the girls made them lie and covered them slightly.

They needed rest, right now none of their minds could function clearly. Everyone was sure that once they woke up, they will be feeling better.

Ryan remembered that he had brought the DNA results but that was not even necessary anymore since it was already confirmed that Nicole is Rebecca’s niece. They are automatically family.

Rose received a call from work and had to rush back to the agency.

Ryan left since emergency surgeries could occur anytime.

Jane was about to head to her room when Grandma Lu looked at her curiously and asked, "Ahem...Jane, who was it that made you blush earlier when you received a text?"

Jane stiffened slightly and gave a sheepish grin, "Just a friend grandma. Bye I’ll be in my room."

She ran away quickly, leaving the elders sharing a meaningful smile.

Jane went back to her room and locked her door. She took her phone to play some music.

The song continued from where it had earlier stopped. She did not know why she plays the song often but all she knows is that she loves the music.
