Jane proceeded to make a call to Rose, "Hey girl, make sure you are free tonight, we are heading to the mansion later on together with Nicole."

After getting a positive response, she hung and drowned herself into work.

Anna arrived at JL entertainment wearing a smug on her face, her head held up high as she walked around. Most of the artists stared at her with boring expressions, some had expressions of hatred and some didn’t actually care.

One of her lackeys saw her and ran towards her, "Goddess you are back! We missed you!"

The rest of the lackeys surrounded her showering her with praises for their own benefits of course. Some of them were C Listers and others were new in the industry, they needed someone to hold onto and as long as they can do her dirty work for her, she can help them with popularity.

They knew that right now Anna was rumoured to be dating a famous CEO, they had to hold onto her tight... maybe they will be able to meet some other rich heirs in functions through her.

At that exact moment when her lackeys were buttering her up, making her feel good, shouts were heard in the hallway,

To them, Rose was a queen and a darling. She is also a princess of the Lu family but has never used her position to intimidate others. She was always kind and caring towards everyone. To top it all, she is the best friend to the top female CEO in the business world but has never boasted about it!

They loved and respected so much because she is also talented and has helped a lot of artists in the company reach where they are today.

Everyone was clapping, laughing and smiling with an exception of one woman, Cynthia Xi. She is a C list actress and one of Anna’s lackeys. She has natural hatred towards Rose because of Anna. Seeing Rose walking next to her crush, her ’husband’ Jordan made her burn with jealousy as she couldn’t accept it!

She is the one who is supposed to be next to Jordan and not Rose! That witch! Seducing her man. How dare she!

Anna looked at Cynthia’s expression and smiled wickedly since she already had an idea of what Cynthia might be up to. She turned towards Rose and stared at her with jealousy burning her all over. She felt she is the one supposed to be enjoying all these praises and having people greet her happily. It should all be hers! She will make sure to have it by hook and crook!
