Chapter 313: Lazy day

Since she was feeling fit, Jane decided to do the most cleaning around the house because she felt like her husband had done enough already and she wanted to take up on some duties and therefore she immediately started cleaning all around, making sure that all the party decorations and everything that was used for the party yesterday got cleaned up.

All this while, Liam was indeed asleep because first of all, planning yesterday’s party, planning everything, and of course, whatever he did that night, the man never got to rest and so the moment his head hit the pillow after massaging his life, he immediately blackened out of exhaustion.

As she was busy cleaning, it hit Jane that she never got to know what was really happening in the outside world and for some reason this really irked her and she immediately started fastening her pace as she completed her cleaning, immediately heading and searching for Liam’s office and the moment she found it, she got in with the intention of going through his laptop to find out if at all there is any new thing she should know.

Well, she was completely okay, but she knew that Liam would use the excuse of not wanting her to get tired just to manage the company on her behalf. But he is the same man who will toss her on the bed all throughout the night and not keep in mind that she is supposed to be recovering or resting.

She continuously busied herself on his laptop until she ended up falling asleep on his office desk.

Liam, who was soundly asleep, woke up three hours later and he was first of all shocked because he realized he was sleeping on the bed, where he did not fall asleep initially and of course his wife was not near him.

The man immediately got up as he checked the time, only to realize that it was almost lunchtime and his woman needed his her food. But the first question to ask himself is where is she?

Bewildered, he got downstairs, only to realized that the house had been cleaned from head to toe, the dishes done, and the place was just smelling so amazing, so tropical, like and of course, the vanilla smell always lingered in the air, making him smile beautifully as he started looking for his wife.

He thought that maybe he was going to find her in the garden or something, only to miss her there, making him question further, and the moment he decided to go to his study room, he found her peacefully resting on the desk, but he immediately rushed to her side because he didn’t want her neck to ache the moment she got up.

"Baby. You should have come and rested on the bed, baby."

"Hmm.."

Jane just mattered as she’s continuously spoke incoherent words because the sleep was really kicking in. It’s like a drug. She was supposed to fall asleep with that massage, but because she made herself active afterwards, the moment her head hit desk, then she felt like she was done for good. The sleep that she had dispelled came back, hitting her like a rock.

Liam just looked at the sleepy woman on the desk and he immediately picked her up, but the moment he picked her up she stuck to him like a koala and he had no choice but to carry her on his back, just like how a mother would carry a baby.

Jane tightly hooked her hands around his neck as she dipped her face in the crook of his neck, as her legs were tightly wrapped around his as she just hummed. but at the same time slept.

Liam did not say anything but just stabilized her in a gentle and sweet manner as he headed towards the kitchen with her because he felt like hewon’t be able to get rid of her anytime soon and therefore he was just going to work with her on his back.

Of course, he constantly did his exercises and so a little bit of weight on him didn’t mean anything, especially if the weight is his woman.

Just like that, Liam was able to maneuver in the kitchen as he made some creamy shrimp pasta for them alongside some drink, just to push the content down with, of course, some beautiful dessert.

All this while, Jane had clung to him completely with no intention of letting go, and in the middle Liam got to realize that the woman was actually asleep, an action that made him just pat her head gently as he kissed her hand before proceeding with his work, using her butt as a stress ball from time to time.

After plating the food, Liam carefully sat on the sofa before he readjusted the girl who he was carrying and made her seat on his lap as he patted her head, of course, making her feel comfortable before he slowly woke her up with some hot kisses that were meant to ignite her.

"Lunch is here, baby."

Jane just nodded as she opened her mouth and accepted whatever was put in and as she was chewing , she couldn’t have but moan in ecstasy, because even the simplest meal that is cooked by Liam will always tend to be good.

"That’s my baby. A little more teaspoons and you’re done."

Liam continuously encouraged her and the moment he was done feeding her, he realized that he had not eaten a thing, an action that made Jane frown as she equally took her fork and started feeding her husband and just like that, the two love birds were able to enjoy their lunch peacefully, while of course their kids were reigning terror to their grandparents, but of course the grandparents could be said to love this because the little young ones kept them on their toes, an action that they really appreciated.

Of course, the reason as to why Jane and Liam had not received a call up to now regarding their children is because the twins felt so free and extremely spoiled while they were with their grandparents. It’s like whatsoever they say, then their grandparents would immediately rush and provide it for them. It made them feel special in comparison to their parents who would try to limit some things but when it came to their grandparents those people’s spoiled them to no return, so of course, they’ll be fools to want to return to their parents early enough.

"Do you want to sleep, baby?"

Liam carefully patted her mouth dry after she had finished having her drink, and when the girl nodded he just walked straight towards the bedroom and put her on bed, intending to go to his office to walk, but got pulled back by her little delicate hand, making him slide into the bed together with her.

Of course he was not going to complain. Why would he? And therefore Liam gently patted her as she went back to rest, and the moment he was sure that her breathing had stabilized and that she had completely rested, he got out of the bed carefully as he went to pick his laptop, intending to come back and work just from the bed.

Liam carefully went through what he had to do for the day for both the Yang and the Lu corporation, of course, receiving word from Dan from time to time on how the employees were behaving and the meetings that were to be scheduled.

He had equally received some documents that needed signatures and stamps from Dan like close to two hours ago and therefore for the next period of time, more like almost the whole of the afternoon when Jane was asleep, Liam was busy signing documents after documents, Stamping documents after document as he equally answered emails and of course put forth some company strategies.

By the time Jane woke up, it was almost evening and she woke up to the sound of someone typing on a laptop, and when she got to look to her side, she found her husband busy focusing on his laptop as he constantly typed, stopped for a minute, thought, then typed again.

This kind of view is that one type of view that she will always appreciate because her man looks smoking hot and she’d be a fool not to appreciate such a view.

Jane observed for a few minutes before finally letting her intrusive thoughts win as she shouted a sentence that made Liam almost fall off the bed as he looked at her, eyes wide open before he smirked.

"How would it feel to be f*** in your office? More like some office cosplay. Either your company office or your Home Office...."

"Oh, you’ve got a bucket list of fantasies, huh? But lucky you. Santa Claus is here. He will fulfill every wish that you have. It’s not yet Christmas, but he will..."

Of course that is the moment that Jane realized the big mistake that she had made and she immediately wanted to rush out of bed and save herself only for her to be pinned down by the man who ended up chewing her and having his fill once again without looking sorry or feeling sorry.
