THE UNDISPUTED ONE
Chapter 312: Gratitude

Chapter 312: Gratitude

Liam couldn’t help but giggle the moment he heard that scream, because he knew he was in for a very big ass whopping. He knew he had really gone overboard but could he be blamed really?

Jane was literally trying to get out of bed, but all her legs were literally aching. Her waist was aching, her body was full of tiny marks here and there, and she couldn’t help but once again shout her husband’s name out of utter frustration because she felt like she was going to finish this man one day. He turned her into a helpless person!

Liam prepared himself as he made sure that he had toned down his laugh before he got into their room with a very innocent expression, only to be hit with a bed lamp, making him cover his nose in pain as he looked at her as if he had been severely wronged.

"Baby. What’s wrong?"

"What’s wrong my foot! What is this? Look at my helpless state!"

"I can barely stand up Liam!"

"You scoundrel, you took more than you can eat. Really, Look at me, I’m really struggling. Liam....."

Jane wore a very wronged look but she didn’t know that before Liam, she just looked like a cute kid throwing a tantrum, making him want to squeeze her cheeks.

The more Jane complained, the more satisfied Liam looked because he really did his woman justice. That means all his energy was really useful! He equally wore a smug deep down because last night he had had a very beautiful fill. A fill that was just so amazingly sweet and one that he wouldn’t mind taking again and again.

"Hahaha, baby, you can’t blame me. Blame yourself. You are too sweet to resist. Any time I wanted to resist, you just reminded me how sweet and beautiful you are. How you would scream my name made me want more! Can you really blame me love? And yeah, with how you are looking at me now, I really to go for another round, maybe some cosplay...."

Jane just glared at the man, who was lustfully looking her up and down, as if he had not just created enough damage, before she looked at the other side of the room, Clearly intending not to speak to him for the rest of the day.

"Oh, and you will be sleeping in the guest room."

Liam was about to laugh at her expression when her next words made his whole face look shocked and pale, as he immediately rushed to her side, asking for forgiveness, only for the girl to shun him and turn him down because she was not ready to tolerate his nonsense.

"I’m not hearing any of it. Get out of here. You will be sleeping in the guest room until I get healed."

"Until you get healed?"

"Hmm...."

Liam immediately rushed out of the room and went back to the room that was once used as a little hospital for Jane, and he immediately picked up all the massage oils that he used to use on her when she was in a coma and immediately rushed back, only for Jane to close her eyes as she felt like she had been cornered by this man again.

After tasting her last night, there’s no way Liam was ready to go back. There’s no way he was ready to spend his nights alone and of course, sleep on an empty bed without his wife, and therefore, he immediately started massaging her all over, making sure that she was feeling okay, controlling himself anytime she moaned, and by the time he was done, the man immediately slept out of exhaustion as Jane stretched her limbs perfectly, because the pain was gone, but of course,

Looking at the man who was soundly sleeping on the edge of the bed, she couldn’t help but giggle as she helped him on to the bed and covered him, intending to go down and make something for herself because she was really hungry.

She had only gotten to the kitchen when she realized that the table was already set and that Liam had intended to bring some food up for her, and she couldn’t help but clap her little hands happily as she sat and started gobbling down everything, not caring on whether she was going to add weight or not, because at the moment she was really hungry and she needed the food.

As she was silently eating, she could hear the chirping of morning birds as she spotted some of yesterday’s decorations.

Jane’s heart overflowed with pure joy as she remembered how she basked in the warmth of her birthday celebrations with her beloved family, one that she didn’t know she was even going to see. It was an occasion filled with boundless happiness and a renewed sense of gratitude, laughter and jokes from all over, as everything went back to how it used to be.

The happiness of being surrounded by her husband and twin boys, made her feel so good to the point where she couldn’t help but feel an overwhelming sense of contentment. That is her beautiful family!

She couldn’t help but smile as she remembered that as the day unfolded, laughter and love echoed through the air, enveloping every corner of their cozy home. The atmosphere was beautifully vibrant with an electric energy, a tangible excitement that mirrored the joy in everyone’s heart,as they all shared what they all had been up to in the past few months.

Without fail, her favourite part was her husband’s cooking as the tantalizing aroma of her favorite dishes filled the air, creating a feast for both the senses and the soul, indulging everyone else who had equally missed Liam’s food, making her feel good because her family was back where it should be!

Her cheeks equally started heating up when she remembered how steamy yesternight was.

In the loving embrace of her husband, skin to skin, Jane felt a profound sense of connection and closeness. The nine long months of waiting and anticipation melted away, replaced by an indescribable intimacy that deepened their bond. Their wild moments together were like sparks of pure bliss, a fireworks display of shared desire and affection. One that would definitely re-indulge in if only her husband wasn’t too excited.

She smiled to her self as her fork aimlessly stabbed the food on her plate because with each passing moment, Jane’s happiness grew, fueled by the reminder of the love shining in her husband’s eyes, in and out of bed, and the contagious laughter of her twin boys. She truthfully missed their little giggles and she couldn’t help but marvel at the miracle of her family. She stopped for a second to wonder how life would be with their other child but oh well....

Their smiles, their playful banter, and their infectious giggles all served as precious reminders of the life they had built together. And she knew she was determined to be the best mother and wife.

In that magical moment, Jane made a silent promise to herself and her sweet husband. She vowed to be the best partner she could be, to cherish every precious second they shared, to resolve any conflict early enough and to nurture the love that they had nurtured so carefully over the years. She wanted their love story to go down in history as one of the best to exist.

She wanted to be fully committed to fostering a nurturing and supportive environment that would allow her husband to flourish and her twin boys to thrive.

As the birds chirped more and the sun shone brighter, Jane stood up as she headed towards the sink to clear all the dishes around, as felt an overwhelming sense of optimism towards her husband and for their future. Looking at how he had handled all in her absence, she could almost touch the promises of tomorrow, the dreams yet to be realized, knowing that she won’t be doing it all alone.

She knew that her family surrounded her with unwavering love and support, and this gave her a renewed sense of purpose. Growing her family further and further and making the family name known to all, more that they already do, without any mishaps.

She smiled because even in the midst of the laughter and celebration, her heart expanded with gratitude because such luck is not always guaranteed in life but once it actually hit, there is no restrictions to how it surrounds you. She felt a great sense of gratitude for the precious moments, the shared memories, and the infinite love that enveloped her entire being. The overwhelming happiness that freely coursed through her veins was a reminder that life’s greatest joys lay not in material possessions, but in the profound connections we form with those we hold dear, and to her, it is her whole big family, and she wouldn’t want it any other way.

As the night yesterday drew to a close and Jane reflected on the day’s festivities, she knew she couldn’t help but feel blessed because the day was greatly made successful. She was acutely aware that her birthday celebration had achieved something truly incredible - it had solidified the foundation of her relationship with her husband and reinforced the unbreakable bond they shared with their twin boys, alongside her whole family.

In that moment, Jane knew that she had all she could ever need or want. Her heart was filled with a boundless, unfiltered and uncontainable happiness that pulsed through her veins. It was a happiness that promised to radiate outward, lighting the path ahead, as she embarked on this beautiful journey with her husband and twin boys.
