Chapter 92: The Queen’s Puppy Whimpers (But Her Debt Remains Unpaid)
"So, how did Coriel answer?"
Demond frowned at Yasen, whose eyes were fluttering open. The ashen-eyed dragon was forced back to reality as she met the witch’s judgmental gaze straight on with a yelp.
"U-uh..." Yasen shuddered as she huddled herself. "The Infinite Dungeon of Sovereignheim...it seems she has recommended a destination, but not much elaboration..."
"The Infinite what?" The witch raised her brows before Adrei answered her wife’s confusion immediately.
"Infinite Dungeon of Soverignheim. A gathering place for adventurers where the rumoured extinct race of Dwarves created a spiraling dungeon with no ends or a <Dungeon Master>."
Adrei clasped her arm around Demond’s waist, circling the witch’s tummy. "It was discovered and expanded by the Chandelier Forsak, who had one of his brothers managing the territory."
"Forsak? Chandelier?" Demond gasped, partly due to the little snake on her stomach, partly due to the surprise of a familiar name with an unfamiliar title.
"You seem to know him, my love?"
"Well...it’s a coincidence," Demond grumbled out of her confusion as she slapped the unmoving hand on her waist. Yasen, at the front, was blinking at the couple’s reaction as her lips almost drooled.
"In...in any case..." Demond glanced toward the frozen 556 before furrowing her brows. The weight of a distant memory clashing down once again. "Let us ask for the Queen’s permission or sigils, so we can move freely in Forsak’s territory."
"Hm..." Adrei’s little finger stopped twirling around her wife’s stomach, her eyes burrowing once again to the ice stains on the window.
"And no. You should have known this, but didn’t the Queen have Alice in control?" Demond sighed as she leaned her hat back into her husband’s pillows. "It should be fine, I’m sure. Those two’s...intense session would make any encounters awkward in the aftermath, I can promise you that."
"You seem already too experienced in this field, my love." Adrei chuckled as she leaned into the witch’s cheek.
"W-well...whose fault do you think that is, you perverted dragon?" The dignity of the witch was once again in shambles under the wet breath of her husband.
"I understand. I have a generous wife who will not mind this perverted dragon’s antic, then." The Dragon Queen chuckled as she nuzzled her cheek into the witch’s.
"Yeah, yeah..."
Demond took another glance at the 556 before petting the Dragon Queen’s head with a sigh. "We should also tell Adil and others when we have the chance. Settle 556 somewhere in her cafe safe with Adil’s watching."
"We shall, my wife. We shall." The Dragon queen loosened her arms around the witch, only to tighten them further as she attempted to ease bits of her sorrow.
Funny enough, Demond could almost hear the Android’s high-pitched voice screaming at them for being the perfect lovey-dovey icons of the coffee shop.
She wonders for a moment if she should ask for those weird ’Heart Cookies’ once again, if she awoke, as a treat, of course. Maybe even mix them in as gifts for Alice and the Queen...
A smirk crept up on the witch’s face, as only the slight crankiness of it belied her worries.
Yasen, however, merely watched the duo’s embrace while gulping in all her frustrations, desires, and gossip-fuelled thoughts. She desperately wished for a chat buddy who would admire this scene with popcorn and tea right now.

In the street that was tainted not with sorrows but new colors of passion, the hero puppy whimpered as her shoulders slackened, her skirt now bearing traces of soaks and sweat after their little...exchanges, only having been dried afterwards by Elsara’s magic.
"Do you need a hand, my puppy?"
Alice’s dried lips opened as she glanced up, then she gritted her teeth again to hold back every inch of her fibre to tiptoe up and kiss Elsara again.
The Queen chuckled at her pet’s obedience before leaning in for a small kiss on her pet’s lips, which earned her a yelp. "I’m sorry for playing too far, Hero."
"It-it’s fine...Elsara..." The hero glanced away, her blush reaching her ear like little apples the Queen would like to bite off.
"Then I assume you have fully enjoyed your experience as my pet?"
"L-like hell it is!" The collar shimmered as she raised her head to rebut, trying to retain any pride she had left as a hero. The Queen merely smiled as she stroked her pet’s ear, as Alice shuddered.
"Then, I shall never do so to you in the future unless you ask. Is that alright for you, my Hero?"
"Gr...that’s cheating..." Alice’s tomato head shook off the Queen’s tender touches, as she clutched her skirt for the reminder that she is but an ’innocent girl’ exploited by the evil Queen. "I...I may never ask for it, you know?"
"Why hide your reluctance behind the possibility of complete rejection, my Hero?" Elsara chuckled as she sneaked a hand to Alice’s back. "Or...do you perhaps prefer it if your owner forced it upon you?"
"Hic....hic...." Alice held tight to her thigh as she leaned back to Elsara’s twirl. "I-I uh....where are we headed to now anyways?"
The Queen narrowed her eyes, the amusement almost escaping from her glints as she glanced forward, her hand still caressing her Hero’s back. "We’re now headed to a cafe I once visited."
"A cafe?" Seeming to recall the long distance between the capital and Rouen, Alice frowned upon the Queen’s possible visit to a cafe this far away from her home, the tickly sensation behind only stimulating her curiosity.
"About 18 years ago, I was but a hot-headed teenager who had held piano keys instead of a pen for diplomacy, and Uncle Forsak determined me...unfitting for the Queen’s position."
There was no malice behind her words as the Queen stared at the pedestrians, their chatters a grace note on a requiem sheet the Queen used to obsess over, and now these were the subjects of her protection.
Sensing her slight sway, the Hero frowned before bumbling her small frame into the Queen’s arm. Elsara blinked as the hero glanced away to hide her blushing mess before chuckling and snaking her palm to cup the Hero’s cheek.
"As the sole successor to the throne, I was recommended to travel alone to expand my...understanding of the duties I shouldered."
The Queen sunk her finger into the cheek as she moved the hero’s gaze for hers, the sincerity meeting and bound by blues and violets, as the Hero found herself tugged away by the Queen’s eyes that seemed to promise a world for only them and them alone.
"And that’s where I meet allies, friends, and affiliates that would share my burdens, or at least listen to them. The Android we’re about to visit is included and..."
"...and me, right, Elsara?" A subdued voice, tinged with whines and jealousy, sparked something within the Queen, and Elsara couldn’t help but lean down and kiss her Hero again.
"Of course, my Hero." The Queen’s smile widened as Alice’s lips poked out for more, desiring more just as she did. "You are forever my most trusted chaos. I will forever be in debt to you."
"...you speak like my debts to you were paid just like that..." The hero whined to the side as the Queen chuckled.
"Of course not. The Treasury must be emptied under a proper cause that is not from your destruction, and I look forward to another...punishment if that is to happen."
Alice shuddered again. For a moment, she wished to destroy another town just to be bullied more by the Queen, but she knew better than to voice her thoughts.
"Ah, we have arrived. And...hm?" The Queen’s steps stopped before the familiar cafe, as the Hero was put out of her trance to decorate another town with ice bombs, before glancing forward.
There stood her furrowing Father and smirking Adrei, alongside a certain ashen-eyed Dragon huddled against the wall.
"I assume you two were satisfied with whatever you have been doing?"
Facing her father’s raised brows, Alice clenched her thighs tight once again. Her palms clasped her skirt as if the slight stains there would be drained out, like how a child would behave when she wet her bedsheet.
Well, she did wet something, though. Alice held back the unshed tears once again, the humiliation of the Hero never seeming to catch a break.
