"Glow, has Marcello said something about how long before he will be here?" Sasha asked the girl who was sitting on one of the chairs they decorated for her.

Though Glow accepted Marcello’s proposal, they still wanted to hold a small ceremony for her.

It was mainly because she deserved 100 times more than that as a royal’s daughter and their princess, but they wanted to celebrate it more because their leader told them to enjoy every single small or big moment of their life.

"He said he will be back in some time. He wants to surprise me with something," Glow signed to Sasha, and Natasha giggled, making Glow and Sasha look at her.

"Anything funny, Natasha?" Sasha limped towards the girl since her leg was aching terribly, and Natasha looked up with wide eyes, looking like she was caught in some kind of act.

"What are you watching?" Sasha extended her hand, and Natasha looked at the girl before pressing her lips into a thin line.

She sighed and gave the phone to Sasha.

Sasha rolled her eyes when she saw the girl accidentally lock the screen and was about to ask her to unlock it when they heard loud screeching from outside and all the girls who were decorating their base immediately became alert.

"Stay back. Go inside the cabins until you hear anything from Sasha!" Glow immediately signed to them before looking at Sasha, who immediately followed her.

They walked out of the abandoned warehouse, their brows scrunched up when they didn’t see anyone.

"Was this sound coming from here or -" Sasha started speaking, but Glow’s ringing phone stopped her from saying anything else.

Sasha looked at Glow who looked at Marcello’s number.

Glow gazed at Sasha as if asking her whether to pick up the call or not when they were out to see who made that noise, and Sasha nodded at her.

"Go ahead. Pick it up. Maybe he wants to know something. I will check in that direction," Sasha said, and Glow nodded before picking up the call.

"Don’t listen to him! Glow! Don’t you -" Marcello’s pained voice echoed through the speaker, and Sasha froze in her place.

She turned around and looked at Glow who had a helpless expression and rushed to her side.

"Who is this?" Sasha spoke for Glow, and they heard loud noises from behind them.

"If you want to see your man alive, you better come here and get him. Or we swear he will make a good feast for all of us with every single drop of blood sucked out of him," the man on the call said.

"No! Don’t come here. We are attacked by the rogue vampires. They have covered the entire western borders, and the royal army is already taking action. Stay inside, Glow! Keep all the girls safe and try to call your boss. I love you, Glow. If something happened to me today, just know I really wanted to spend my life with you,," Marcello’s words shocked Glow, and her hands trembled.

She didn’t know what to say at the moment.

She tapped the phone violently hoping she would be able to portray her concern to him, but the noise in the background was so loud that no tapping voice reached him.

Before Sasha could help Glow, the call disconnected, and Glow looked at the phone in horror.

With her trembling hands, she called the number again, but it didn’t connect, and her heart thumped loudly.

She turned to Sasha with tears brimming her eyes before her eyes flashed with resolution.

"What are you doing, Glow?" Sasha asked, her heart pounding against her chest.

Glow didn’t sign anything to her to tell her what she was doing. She just opened her laptop and tried to find the location of Marcello, making Sasha’s pupils dilate.

"You are not going anywhere! Give it to me!" Sasha tried to snatch the laptop from Glow’s hands, but Glow pushed her back, making the girl land on her butt, twisting her leg oddly.

A wince left her mouth as she groaned in pain, tears welling in her eyes as Sasha bit her lips to control the scream that wanted to leave her mouth.

Glow looked at Sasha with a guilty expression. She didn’t mean to harm Sasha, but she needed to know where Marcello was to go there and save him.

Sasha could see the urgency on Glow’s face and knew it wasn’t for anything good.

"Glow, I know you want to save him, but this isn’t the right time for us to go out there. No matter how well trained we are, at the end of the day our disability runs ahead of us. If something happens to you, you won’t even be able to call anyone for help. Please, I beg you. Let’s calm down and call the boss first," Sasha looked at Natasha with a pleading expression as she tried to stand.

"Please find my phone for me. I need to call the boss," Sasha groaned in pain.

Natasha immediately nodded and rushed to the cabins to find Sasha’s phone.

"Glow, listen to me. You have your phone with you. Please let’s call our boss first. This isn’t about you alone. Please don’t be so wishful and risk your life like this. Didn’t you hear Marcello’s words-?" The rest of Sasha’s words paused in her throat when someone grabbed her neck in a tight grip. Her eyes almost bulged out at the pain that was caused to her throat.

Glow, who was busy trying to trace Marcello, turned around when Sasha stopped talking and she felt a weird smell around her. As soon as she saw the scene in front of her, her eyes widened.

"So you are the so-called girl’s group of Elliana Heart, no? We were told you guys would be found here. What a sight to see," The rogue vampire licked his bottom lip, drooling at the sight of the woman in front of them.

"Boys! They are really here. And I must say what a delicious sight. Ahhh, I am getting a hard-on just at the thought of them naked under me," The rogue vampire unzipped his pants right in front of Glow, his hand still wrapped around Sasha, who widened her eyes when she realized what was happening.

Glow’s head pounded terribly as she looked into the scared eyes of Sasha, who was flailing her legs helplessly, and tears welled in her eyes at her helplessness of not being able to speak.

"So what if I can’t speak? My sword will speak for you," Glow signed to the rogue vampires, who didn’t understand a word she said.

Without wasting her time, Glow used her vampire speed and grabbed her sword from the walls, cutting the hand of the man who was grabbing Sasha’s neck, making the girl fall on the ground as she gasped for air while the rogue vampire screeched in agony.

"Aaaa! You! How dare you! Boys!" The rogue vampire shouted, and nearly 50 rogue vampires rushed inside the warehouse, making Glow tighten her hold on her sword.

She wanted to warn other women about the attack from the rogue vampires, but her lack of speech really became a hindrance in their communication today.

Glow looked at Sasha, who was gripping her throat.

There was no hope from Sasha either. The rogue probably injured her throat badly.

Glow looked at the fire alarm in the corner, her head thinking of ideas on how to use it.

This was their only hope now. Glow bit her lips helplessly and was about to rush towards the fire alarm, but before she could, Sasha drew in a long breath before she screamed at the top of her lungs, bursting her vocal cords in the process.

Seeing Sasha coughing blood as she still tried to scream to alert everyone, Glow felt guilty for hurting Sasha earlier, and her eyes turned red.

"No one hurts Black Angels," Glow signed to the rogue vampires, and soon all the girls rushed out of their cabins with their swords in their hands.

The rogue vampires only smirked at them.

One of them sat on the ground and looked at Sasha before gazing at Glow.

"It would really be a feast. The more the merrier. I don’t think you guys understand the fact that we will become stronger with each drop of blood we will drink from you guys. All the best fighting with us without dropping any blood," The rogue smirked, and Glow gulped, the sound of everyone’s fast heartbeat in the warehouse, echoing in her head.
