"Evil spirit, hahaha," Elliana laughed, tilting her head back as she looked at the sky.

"I am a fucking evil spirit. You are right. I am evil because I am a dark witch. And because I am evil, my husband would leave me the fuck alone, and I would be left with nothing. Nothing at all My reason to live, the quest to get my mom was taken away from me, my husband would be taken away, all of this because I am a ticking evil spirit!" Elliana seethed through her teeth, rubbing her hands on her face.

Her laughs turned to soft giggles before they resumed to her smiles, but her eyes which were pink earlier, turned dangerously dark, nearing their black color as she beamed at them.

"And while I knew all this, that I would have to leave my husband after two days, why the hell did you feel the need to remind me? An evil spirit, hmm?" Elliana turned around before walking lazily with little humming.

"Do you want to see what evil spirits do?" Elliana asked before she took a deep breath and raised both of her hands towards the sky.

’Please stop this!’ one of the witches shouted to gain Elliana’s attention and while Elliana could hear them clearly and was the only person in the vicinity who could help them, the girl only smiled.

"Stop? You mean, I should stop this torture?" Elliana widened her eyes in fake disbelief before her lips stretched into her signature dark smile that promised nothing good.

"But how am I supposed to do that? I mean, I am a dark witch with an evil cunning spirit. Why should I stop the torture? Besides, the fun hasn’t even started, no?" Elliana squinted her eyes to beam at them before her expression went back to neutral.

’Circe,’ Elliana nodded at her powers.

Circe didn’t waste a single second in doing what they were best at, showcasing just how strong they were and establishing their terror in people.

The fire witch was once again attacked by the black flame, this time more powerful than before.

The witch with the Earth element gasped when she was drowned in the chamber of water, making her flail her hands helplessly.

"Waaaahhh. Waaahhh," Elliana sobbed in his chest, her cries vibrating through his heart, making the powers inside him sensitive as he felt her sadness reaching and calling out to his powers.

"Please don’t cry, my baby. It is breaking my heart," Nathaniel said, patting her head softly, and making her clench her hands on his shirt.

"Waahhhh, I didn’t mean to do it, Nath," She cried even louder, making his heart squeeze painfully.

"I am not evil, Nathaniel. I am not evil. Why do they call me evil? Is it all because I am a dark witch? Will everyone forever hate me now?" Elliana cried.

"I didn’t do anything, I swear. Why is everyone hell-bent on breaking me? What did I do? What is my fault? Why does everyone hate me so much?" Elliana continued crying, and Nathaniel looked at the witches who were attacked earlier, who immediately bowed to him in shame.

Azura, who hadn’t expected her daughter to be this affected, gulped.

She couldn’t even imagine what would have happened if she hadn’t untied Nathaniel at the right time and let him come here. Her powers who had started demanding blood would’ve messed things up in a way that her daughter wouldn’t have been able to overcome.
