"What are you shouting for? I should be the one shouting! Heck, do you even know how to ride this thing? What are you doing pretending to be a heroine?" Sebastian growled in annoyance, and Elliana turned briefly.

"If you keep shouting at me, I will surely make a mistake that will land both of us in this deep water," Elliana said.

"You -"

"Hold me, Mr. Marino. Hold me, and for once let go of all the responsibilities that you shoulder. Enjoy this trip with me. Hold me tight in your arms so that we don’t fall," Elliana said to him, and Sebastian, who was about to shout at her again, looked around at the beautiful caves-like things before sighing.

He placed his hand on her waist before sniffing her hair which immediately calmed his raging heart.

"It’s mesmerizing, no?" Elliana asked, and Sebastian hummed, pulling himself even closer to her so that if she lost control, he would be able to take the handle.

"I didn’t know Miss Elliana could ride such a thing. I just hope she will be alright. Luck doesn’t always work in your way," Lucas murmured as he looked at the couple that got too far away and was now turning the corner near the large caves like things of mountains.

"You have no idea what your Miss Elliana can ride and what kind of person she becomes when she does that," Samantha murmured, confusing Lucas.

"What is that supposed to mean?" Lucas asked, and Samantha, who remembered that Elliana clearly mentioned not to say anything about bike racing to her bodyguards, quietened.

"It’s nothing. You should probably go back to your laptop. Are you seriously here to enjoy this vacation? Do you think Elliana is happy to see you guys working like this? She is a free-spirited girl. It’s horrendous how you guys haven’t realized that yet," Samantha scoffed and walked to the owner of the aqua scooter.

Meanwhile, Sebastian widened his eyes when he saw Elliana standing from her seat.

"Hold the seat tight!" Elliana said before she turned the scooter around the cave swiftly, splashing the water, making Sebastian’s hand almost submerge in water.

"Princess, I know you are excited, and I can clearly see that, but you need to understand that you are not a pro diver and - Woah!!" Sebastian’s voice raised when Elliana raised the aqua scooter in the air, and Lucas who got a glimpse of it, closed his eyes in pure horror.

"Please let them land safe," Lucas prayed to the moon goddess, and Sebastian’s hands clenched around Elliana’s waist to keep her on the scooter and close to him.

They landed slightly inside the water but since Elliana didn’t lose control by luck, they were back on the surface quickly.

Sebastian wiped the water from his face, his expression not at all good anymore.

"Princess, I think you are being a bit too wishful -"

"Thank you, Mr. Marino," Elliana said, and Sebastian paused.

"What do you mean?"

"Thank you for coming with me on this ride despite not wanting to do it. I really wanted to enjoy it with you," Elliana said, and feeling the genuineness in her voice, Sebastian sighed.

It looks like he isn’t left with any choice anymore. Though Elliana was risking it a lot, her skills are nowhere near good. It was sheer luck that they landed back safe because the way the scooter wobbled, it would’ve turned and landed on them too.

"You want to enjoy this ride that much?" Sebastian asked before he pulled himself infinitely closer to Elliana, their wet clothes nothing more than a thin film between their skins as they could feel each other’s warmth now.

"What are you doing, Mr. Marino?" Elliana half turned her face to ask Sebastian, but rather than asking her, he sided her hair from her neck before placing his head on her shoulders, making her heartbeat increase its pace.

"I am doing this to show you what it looks like to be better at riding this. So buckle up and strengthen your will," Sebastian said before he accelerated and lifted the scooter back in the air, making Elliana squeal, backing into Sebastian’s chest as much as she could and she grabbed the handle tightly.

Sebastian didn’t stop with just one stunt, he raised themselves in the air before rolling the water scooter in a water somersault and Elliana’s shrieks echoed in the silent sea.

"Ouch," Elliana winced when they landed on the water with a jerk.

"Are you okay?" Sebastian asked her.

Elliana, who was shocked by such awesome stunts that she hasn’t even tried with her bike, turned to him before nodding excitedly.

"It was awesome. You are so cool, Mr. Marino. You are definitely the best. You just rolled it like a stuntman, like those heroes in action movies. Just wow," Elliana showed him a thumbs up, making Sebastian quirk his brows.

He was never a sucker for compliments. The best compliments he got from his family after returning from the war were, ’You did a good’ or ’Great job’.

However, hearing such compliments from his wife, he couldn’t help but feel happy. His ears turned a bit red when he looked at Elliana’s beautiful smile as she praised him again and again.

"I heard some dolphins visit that side of the caves, but we will have to ensure that we don’t scare them or they’ll go away and not come out. Do you want to see it?" Sebastian asked, surprising himself.

What the hell was he doing? That was not part of the plan.

Taking her to the inside of the caves to show her the dolphins when he knows that it can be dangerous. She was a human for god’s sake! They were on the supernatural side of the country and not on the human side. What if someone -

"I would love to see them. Please, I have never seen a dolphin in real life," Elliana beamed at Sebastian, and he looked at her with his cold expressionless eyes before sighing.

He got trapped in those eyes again. Lucas was right. This princess was way more dangerous than they can think of.

"Let’s go," Sebastian took her to the place, toning down the scooter’s acceleration and motion.

"Mr. Marino, look!" Elliana whispered to Sebastian, pointing to a dolphin, who just jumped out of the water and went back inside.

"Aren’t these the cutest things here?" Elliana asked, and Sebastian looked at the girl who was trying to pat the dolphins.

"Hmm," He said, not saying anything else, keeping his gaze around to ensure no one attacks Elliana out of nowhere.

"Mr. Marino, come. Touch them," Elliana held his hand and pulled him forward, forcefully making him touch the dolphin.

He didn’t want to touch them. It was nothing great to him. But the way Elliana was holding his hand so comfortably and possessively in her hand was surely interesting.

He looked at the girl, who was so lost in her endeavors that she was totally unbothered by how her top was sticking to her body and now that she was bending like this, her cleavage was on full display.

Stupid girl.

Sebastian looked away momentarily, not wanting to look like a pervert, but then again, why should he? He was her rightful husband, and it doesn’t look like she is afraid of showing some extra skin to him.

"Mr. Marino?" Elliana asked, and Sebastian’s gaze moved to her eyes.

"Where the hell are you looking?" She looked at him with wide eyes, and Sebastian couldn’t control it anymore. He placed his hand over her eyes and kissed her lips.

However, what he hadn’t expected was for the scooter to sway and turn around, making them lose their balance.

"Mmmm!" Elliana shrieked, her mouth still covered with Sebastian’s lips as they fell into the water.
