The Masked Vampire King's Accidental Bride
Chapter 110: Wishful Princess

Chapter 110: Wishful Princess

Sebastian noticed how the princess’s hands wrapped and locked around his neck even tightly, and she had no intention of letting go anytime soon.

"Princess," he called her again, but when she didn’t listen this time either, he smirked.

It looks like he has no other way to make her let him go.

Rather than pulling back away from her, he sat on the edge of the bed and traveled his hands from her hips to her waist and then to her back.

"Princess, I know you are scared, but you must remember I am a man. You are wearing a dress which is doing nothing to hide you from me and the way your womanhood is rubbing against me through your - Do you want to know what kind of reaction -"

Elliana’s hands froze at his words.

Right. What the hell was she doing? They were clearly inside the palace now. Being scared is one thing, but wasn’t she exaggerating things a bit?

And about her dress, now that she thinks about it, she could feel her bare legs wrapped around the prince’s torso. The dress was long enough to reach her knees but now that she is hugging him like this, she was rubbing onto him with only his clothes and her panties in between!

What kind of shameful thing was she thinking to do? The more she thought, the more her eyes widened, and she gulped.

Sebastian didn’t even need to complete his sentence, and Elliana immediately pulled away.

She wanted to get away from him as soon as possible and hide 6 feet under the ground to save herself from the embarrassment that she caused herself. How could she not think about it?

Since Sebastian was sitting on the edge of the bed, she didn’t know how to get down without falling, and she blinked her eyes furiously, making him sigh as he saw her struggle.

"I... I am sorry," Elliana whispered, not looking him in the eyes.

"Look at me," Sebastian cupped her cheeks, his voice holding an authority, forcing her to look up, and his eyes softened a little at the small beads of tears in her eyes.

"What are you sorry about? Were not scared and pretending?" Sebastian asked, and she shook her head in denial.

"I was scared,"

"Then were you hugging some other man rather than your husband?" He asked, and she shook her head again.

"Then what are you sorry about?"

Though Sebastian’s voice was still cold, it strangely sounded comforting to her, and she pursed her lips.

"For not being mindful of my manners," Elliana whispered, and Sebastian sighed.

"You haven’t done anything wrong. You were scared, I understand -"

"I was really scared, Mr. Marino. That thing, I don’t know what it was. It looked at me with those hazel-blazing eyes. I was just chilling around the lake. It was beautiful, but then it came. I couldn’t think of anything and started running when he roared at me.

When I looked back it was a bear, and then I ran and when I looked back again, it was a panther. I think it was some monster. I swear I saw it. Didn’t you see him running behind me?" Elliana looked at him for answers, and he, who was lost in her cute explanation of what happened, smiled.

"It wasn’t a monster, Princess. It’s a species. They are called shapeshifters. They can turn into any animal they want at their convenience. They are sometimes stronger or weaker than the actual animal depending on their skills and ranks. The hunt on prey and when you started running away from it, that shapeshifter’s natural instinct to hunt took over," Sebastian explained everything to her, and she paused.

"Oh,"

"You must’ve been startled. I am sorry for what happened. The security should’ve kept things in control," Sebastian brushed his knuckles on her cheeks, and seeing her tilting her head involuntarily and subconsciously, his fist around her back clenched, and Sebastian thinned his lips.

"It was a fault on my part too. Here’s the deal. You can ask me for one favor and we will forget about this incident and don’t be scared anymore, okay?" Sebastian asked, and Elliana looked into his eyes before biting her lower lip and distracting him once again.

"Well?" He asked, and she smiled.

It was clear she already had something in mind.

"If you want to do me a favor, can you -" Elliana started, and Sebastian looked at her, wanting to know what she would ask.

Will she ask about something materialistic? Or will she demand some privacy? Probably go to her kingdom alone? Though she has been awfully decent, the chances of her pretending and faking it were still there.

Besides, the presence of Aditya in the university and her constant interaction with him is also quite suspicious.

"Can I? Complete your sentence, Princess," Sebastian urged.

"My friends want me to accompany them and go on this trip. It’s for three days and two nights. Can you permit me to go?" Elliana asked, and Sebastian looked at her blankly.

Permission for a trip? This is the favor she wants from him? What does she think he is? Her father?

Sebastian kept looking at her hopeful eyes and sighed.

"When is the trip?"

"Tomorrow," Elliana looked down with a sheepish expression, and Sebastian suppressed the urge to pull her cheeks and just scold her.

Who asks for such things at such short notice? This princess of his is surely getting more and more wishful with each passing day.

"Where is the trip to?" Sebastian asked, and Elliana narrowed her eyes.

Samantha had something. What was the name of the Islands again? She bit her lips, and Sebastian placed his forehead on hers.

"Stupid girl, you don’t even know where the trip is going, and you want to go there? How will you survive in this cruel world like this?" Sebastian sighed, and Elliana’s heart skipped a beat at the proximity and care in his voice.

"She had said something about some islands. Something like Ber - Ber - lin?" Elliana murmured, confused, her chest heaving up and down, her anxiety from earlier paired with her nervousness from Sebastian’s caressing touch.

"Berlona Islands," Sebastian murmured, and Elliana nodded her head furiously making Sebastian chuckle at her.

Her mood swings were really unpredictable. She was the same girl who was hugging him like a koala bear, not wanting to let go just because she was so afraid and look at her now, smiling so widely with wide eyes.

"You may go, but I want updates about everything and everyone who is going with you. That shouldn’t be a problem, right? Besides, I’ll give you a special badge. It’s the representation that you belong to a royal Vampire, and no one will dare to mess with you," Sebastian’s words made Elliana scowl.

"I won’t take it," Elliana turned her head away, and Sebastian’s pupils dilated.

Sne just didn’t deny him right now, did she? He gulped, the urge to throw her on the bed and tame her, immediately taking over.

He cleared his throat to come out of his thoughts.

"Excuse me?"

"I won’t take the badge. If anyone as much as suspected that I belong to a royal Vampire, they’ll try to find more about me, and it won’t be long before I’ll be exposed to the world," Elliana’s words made sense.

If she gets exposed to the world, she would be the number one target for all his enemies too, and he sighed.

"What do you want me to do, princess? You will be on a ship with vampires, and I have no means to keep you safe. You are a human," Sebastian whispered, and Elliana hugged him, taking him by surprise.

"Can you trust me and my choice of friends? They will keep me safe. You know all of them. The council head’s son, the finance minister’s son, the third-generation royal princess, Melony, the mayor’s son, and other high-class teenagers like these. If you still suspect them, you can send one of your soldiers with me who is not well known in the public like Mr. Lucas," Elliana blinked her eyes, and Sebastian narrowed his eyes before massaging his forehead.

An idea popped inside his head and he hummed.

"If that’s the case, will it be okay if Tian comes with you?" Sebastian murmured, taking her by surprise.

Tian? Wasn’t he Mr. Marino’s friend who was badmouthing him the other day? Elliana narrowed her eyes.

"Why him?" She asked.

"I can only trust him to keep you safe. He will wear a mask to not reveal his identity. So he might look a bit like me. Don’t confuse him with me," Sebastian smirked at his wild thoughts, and Elliana gulped.
