Chapter 385: Chapter 385- Completely Unreconciled

Seeing that he was successful, Sol was so excited that he raised his head to the sky and released a round of uproarious laughter.

However, throughout this whole ordeal, Cian’s face strangely remained expressionless. A look of disdain had even appeared in his eyes as he looked at Sol.

At that moment, Sol’s laughter abruptly came to a stop and his expression changed to one of shock.

A terrifying aura suddenly erupted from below him, and it was no weaker than the bone claw!

Sol quickly spun around and looked down, just in time to see a human skeleton hand shooting out of the ruined ground toward him.

It was covered in magical golden symbols while the aura of the Necropolis Domain radiated from it. But it seemed like all the energy within the Necropolis Domain was converged on this arm as if to deal one decisive strike.

Suddenly, it hit Sol that Cian had planned everything up until now to deal this killing blow.

Sol’s physical body was weakened from using Total Eclipse and a stinging pain was coming from his soul because of him using the sealing ruins on his bracelet.

Even his aura was waning like his energy was depleted significantly. And truly it was, his first halberd strike was equivalent to him using his willpower to manipulate the Worldly Laws. And with his second one being used to curse Cian; he was extremely weakened.

This one strike from Cian was well time and suddenly placed Sol in a deadly crisis.

However, this wasn’t what freighted Sol about this attack.

Sol’s eyes nearly popped out of his head when he saw that bone hand because it was his severed arm!

Suddenly, Sol realized that Cian’s plan had started the moment he chopped off his arm. Judging by the terrifying energy of the Necropolis Domain that gathered on this hand, he also realized that the suppressive force on his Heavenly Domain, and Cian fighting so passively while using tricks, was because he was focusing all of his energy on refining this hand!

Worst of all, Cian had purposely led him here when he was teleporting away from his halberd strikes, right into a deadly trap!

Sol’s expression turned grim as he grabbed his halberd floating next to him and gathered all of his Holy Energy onto it before forcefully slashing out.

Sol’s blood boiled and his mind felt like it was going to collapse as he forcefully used that halberd strike once again.

The large halberd protection appeared in the sky and ruthlessly slashed down at the hand.

At the same time, Sol retreated while his Innate Dharma worked overtime healing his physical body so he could reactivate Total Eclipse.

However, before the hand and halberd projection could clash, the hand suddenly teleported.

Sol’s pupils constricted as he sensed the terrifying aura suddenly appearing behind him.

Sol turned his body to dodge, but he was retreating with all of his speed, so he was unable to move out of the way in time.

With a ’pitua’ sound, his own arm stabbed through his chest causing a fountain of red blood mixed with a golden color to spurt out.

The momentum of the hand didn’t dissipate, and it carried Sol’s body as it plummeted to the ground and slammed into it.

A massive crater was formed at the point of impact while fissures snaked out for several tens of meters in the surroundings.

Dust and debris rose into that air while continuous rumbling noises echoed out.

It took a full minute for the destruction to calm down.

At the edge of the large crater, Cain suddenly appeared using his teleportation ability. He then began walking down into the crater. The disdain in his eyes was evident as he looked at Sol’s lifeless corpse that was slightly buried by soil.

Cian soon stopped next to Sol and his white bone sword in his right hand flickered as it moved to sever Sol’s other limbs so he could refine them as well.

However, a muffled yell suddenly came from Sol.

"Good timing!"

All of a sudden, a black blur shot out of the ground below Cian’s feet. Cian instantly teleported to dodge this attack; however, the black blur was too fast, and it latched onto his left arm as he disappeared.

Cian appeared several tens of meters up in the air, and he looked down at his left wrist to see that a bracelet was tightly wrapped around it.

"Looks like I’m a really spiteful person to do this to myself, ha-ha."

Sol snickered as he got up from the ground, dust fell from him in the process. The arm was still inside his chest, but its power was greatly diminished, and it was being suppressed by a green glow that was radiating terrifying life force.

Cian looked down at Sol, who suddenly formed a hand seal.

Suddenly, the bracelet around Cian’s wrist shone with golden light as the sealing runes on it began to activate.

Cian’s expression changed for the second time, but this time it was more dramatic. The moment the bracelet activated, he actually felt that his existence was being sealed once again.

Without hesitation, his bone sword flashed, and he severed his own arm. As if fell towards the ground, Cain’s face was pale as he turned to glare at Sol.

However, Sol only chuckled and said.

"I don’t want your hand, take it back."

Suddenly, the arm that was falling towards the ground turned in the air and shot towards Cian.

All of a sudden, a familiar scene played out.

Cian slashed at the arm to block it, while at the same time his figure vanished as he teleported away.

However, the runes on the bracelet suddenly seeped into the arm it was controlling and instantly vanished as well.

Sol’s gaze was already turned to stare at an empty space where Cian and the arm appeared.

Cian’s face was once again full of incomparable shock and bewilderment as the arm stabbed through his back, causing a fountain of blood to spurt out.

The momentum of the arm then smashed him into the ground, which caused a large crater to formed and numerous fissures to spread out. However, with a glance, one could tell that the destruction his fall caused was not as great as Sol’s.

Sol clicked his tongue when he saw that.

"Hey, why didn’t you teleport further up? That fall hurt you know?"

Sol almost had the urge to rush over to Cian and try smashing him into the ground once again to form a crater as big as his. He was completely unreconciled with this outcome.
