The Growth of a Titan
Chapter 354- This Isn’t Cheating

Chapter 354: Chapter 354- This Isn’t Cheating

"Damn it! Push! Push damn it!!"

"Who are you yelling at to push? Why don’t you stop wasting energy yelling and use that energy to push harder instead?!"

"Fuck, what do you see me doing?! Are you blind?!"

Sol was in the same position on the stage as before. He currently had tens of disciples grabbing onto his waist and many more behind them until they filled up the entire one-hundred-meter stage.

Each and every disciple from the front, all the way to the back, was digging their feet into the stage and pushing forward with all of their strength.

Words like before were common among these disciples as they pushed.

"Fuck, why don’t both of you shut the hell up and push harder?!"

A disciple who was further ahead in the crowd turned to bark at the two disciples who were busy arguing instead of pushing.

"Don’t you two want that reward? Even if that five million mid-grade Aether Stones were split between all of us, we would each still get a few tens of thousands of mid-grade Aether Stones!"

After being reminded of what was on the line, the two disciples who were arguing started breathing heavily and their eyes turned bloodshot. With renewed conviction, they both started pushing as if their lives depended on it.

Sol stood there and allowed these hundred or so disciples to desperately try to get him to move. However, his body remained completely rooted to the ground, and he seemed to be as heavy as a mountain.

Some other battles had occurred with various disciples teaming up to challenge Sol, however, after Bai Yin, En-Ho, and Arwin had battled him, no one else of their caliber had appeared.

Unfortunately, this also meant he didn’t get to witness the Martial Arts Techniques he wanted.

So for fun, Sol decided to add a condition that he wasn’t going to use his hands for ten minutes. That was how this situation came about.

However, ten minutes was going to be up in three, two...

"One... Alright, times up."

Sol said with a chuckle.

The disciples who were grabbing his waist had their expressions change to one of pure terror.

Sol lifted his left hand and positioned it to flick a disciple’s forehead.

That disciple’s body trembled, and he wanted to move, however, he was being trapped by the disciples behind him.

"Se-Senior Brother, have mercy."

The disciple begged, but Sol only laughed and said.

"Maybe you shouldn’t have been so eager to rush to be at the front."

Sol remembered this specific disciple had been the first one to jump onto the stage and rush towards him after he made his new condition.

The disciple immediately regretted coming onto the stage after he heard Sol’s words and a helpless look appeared on his face.

However, Sol showed him no mercy.

Bang!

Sol flicked his finger, and the force of his flick was enough to send the disciple flying backward. He coughed out a mouth full of blood as he knocked into the disciples behind him.

This disciple only came to a stop after falling off the stage.

The disciples he slammed into at the front all coughed up mouths full of blood with some even falling unconscious.

The disciples at the back were relatively fine but they had pale faces as they looked at Sol from their positions on the ground.

They were absolutely horrified that one flick of Sol’s finger was strong enough to force so many of them back.

They thought they could use numbers to force Sol to move, but they had underestimated him.

"With strength like that does he view us disciples as ants?"

One disciple below the stage, who decided not to participate, said in a daze. Another disciple next to him smiled bitterly and replied.

"Recently I’ve been thinking that Spiritual Realm cultivators weren’t all that, but I was completely out of my mind to have even conceived that thought in the first place."

A few disciples in the surroundings nodded their heads in agreement.

The strength Sol was displaying despite suppressing his power left a deep impression on these disciples.

"His physical strength must be in the Spiritual Realm!"

One disciple suddenly shouted.

The disciples who heard him thought for a moment before agreeing with this claim.

"But if this is the case, then it doesn’t matter if he suppressed his cultivation base at the Mortal Realm, his physical strength would be enough to crush all of us. Only geniuses like Bai Yin and the others could probably get him to move."

"Yeah, that’s right. But I’ve been thinking about something, who is this person exactly? Not only his Aether Energy cultivation, but even his Fleshly Body is in the Spiritual Realm. And from the looks of it, he accomplished all of this before becoming a third-year disciple. Doesn’t that make him a genius among geniuses on par with the Rising Stars in seclusion? However, despite that, why haven’t we heard of someone like him before in the Academy?"

The disciples who heard this all paused.

That’s right, how come they have no idea who this person was? Was he some monster-level genius that was hiding in secret all along? Was he from a Great Clan or Holy Sect?

From his appearance, he was highly likely to be from Jianghu, but he could also be from the Land of Shadows as well.

As the disciples below the stage were speculating Sol’s identity, Sol raised his hand to flick another disciple’s forehead.

He was from the Jeagal Clan as could tell by his green checkered robes.

With a bang, the disciple was sent flying, knocking over more disciples.

Sol then swiftly moved on to the third disciple. From his features, it could be seen that he was from the Western Region.

Sol forcefully stopped himself from flicking the boy’s forehead with more power before moving on to the next.

Soon most of the hundred or so disciples on the stage were either unconscious or pale faced.

The ones who could move scrambled off the stage, leaving the unconscious ones behind.

Sol swept his hand out and gusts of wind unceremoniously flung the unconscious disciples off the stage.

When the stage was cleared, all the disciples got a clear view of Sol’s feet, and they were incensed. His feet were completely buried inside the stage, all the way up to his ankles.

The disciples who had been pushing from the back and were mostly fine, almost coughed out blood when they saw this.

As it turns out, they weren’t able to move Sol not because he was too strong, but because he had cheated by burying his feet inside the stage!

Sol coughed in his fist a few times when he saw how the disciples were staring at him with indignation and anger.

Of course, Sol had to do this. Even though his physical strength reached the Spiritual Realm, being pushed by so many disciples would be more than enough to move him since he didn’t weigh a mountain.

Even now, Sol was still using his bracelet’s ability to increase their weight as passive training. All he did was increase their weight by a few hundred thousand pounds and use them as an anchor to keep his body upright.

’This isn’t cheating, all I said was that I would suppress my cultivation and my foot needs to leave the ground.’

After absolving his conscience of any guilt, Sol shifted his gaze to the figure that just appeared above the stage.

It was a young man in gray robes.

He looked to be in his late teens or early twenties. He had a rather ordinary appearance, however, the fluctuations of the Spiritual Realm radiating from his body made the disciples below feel like a mountain was hovering above their heads. If it were to fall, then they would be crushed without any resistance.

From his gray robes, Sol could tell that he was an Apprentice Elder.

Normally, disciples like these would stay in the Inner Academy as nothing in the Outer Academy interested them. However, things have changed ever since the appearance of the people from the Church and the Royals in the Academy.

More than a few Spiritual Realm disciples could be seen flying in the air of the Outer Academy.

This sight had once been a rare event and it would be a topic of discussion for a lot of disciples. However, the sight of people flying in the sky, either normally or on flying swords, had become so common that disciples no longer looked up when imperceptible figures flew over their heads.

Among these disciples in the Spiritual Realm, some were like this disciple above Sol, older disciples that had stayed in the Academy and became Apprentice Elders.

Other Spiritual Realm disciples consisted of people like Sol and the others, disciple who had just entered the Spiritual Realm.

Sol smiled at the disciple floating in the air before asking.

"Senior Brother, are you willing to give my challenge a try?"

Suuu...

The sound of hundreds of disciples sucking in a cold breath of air could be heard below the stage.

Eyes lighting up, they looked at Sol and the disciple in the air with anticipation on their faces.
