Chapter 225- I Knew It

Chapter 225: Chapter 225- I Knew It

The shockwave of Sol’s punch was terrifying, but when the dust settled and everyone saw the destruction he caused, they felt a chilling sensation run down their spines.

What they saw was a deep trail of destruction on the ground as a result of his punch.

For a second they all wondered if they were actually looking at someone who had just entered the Academy and was in the Mortal Realm.

The ice wall that appeared in front of Woo-Seong to protect him held on, but the middle of it was obliterated.

Gion looked at his ice wall with a solemn expression before he glanced at Sol who was casually brushing off the dust that had gotten onto his robes.

’How can he have physical strength that surpasses someone who opened all the acupoints in four of their limbs? No, could that be the power of a Quasi-Spiritual Realm cultivator? Maybe just a bit more and it would have reached that level.’

It was safe to say that Gion was utterly shocked by Sol’s physical strength, however, what terrified him was the fact that he didn’t use a Fist Technique to bluster the strength of his punch.

’Didn’t he just enter the Academy? It would be weird if he opened the acupoints in more than two of his limbs. And yet he still has this kind of strength.’

A monster... No, a demon had appeared among this generation of geniuses.

Gion soon composed himself before he waved his hand towards his ice wall. It dissipated into Water Aether Energy before scattering into the surroundings to reveal a pale face Woo-Seong on his butt.

"The winner of the bet Brother Sol."

Gion announced the winner, and the disciples in the surroundings finally seemed to awaken from their daze.

"WHOA!!!"

"I can’t believe it; Brother Sol is so strong!"

"It looks like he was holding back a lot in that battle against Brother Woo-Seong as well!"

Just what did they witness? They really can’t believe they were just claiming Sol was weak. They must have been blind or something.

"But wait, did you see how casually Brother Sol threw that punch? What if that wasn’t his full strength?"

Another uproar happened among the crowd when this statement was said.

After this, Sol’s reputation might just skyrocket even more.

Woo-Seong was fourth on the Heaven Areana Rankings. Even though this wasn’t an official battle, Sol had undoubtedly shown he was more than qualified to be spoken of in the same breath as any Rising Star and Monster-level geniuses in the Academy.

The crowd of disciples carried their loud chatter with them as they fled the scene. They were supposed to be dignified disciples of the Disciplinary Pavilion who uphold the Academy’s rules, but they were young hot-blooded youths when everything was said and done.

Numerous Disciplinary Disciples scattered across the Academy to spread the news of Sol’s battle with Woo-Seong.

Meanwhile, Woo-Seong was staring at Sol with a bit of fear in his heart.

"You... were holding back?"

Sol walked over and looked down at him.

"Of course I was, if I wasn’t I would have accidentally killed you. If that were to happen then I would really be guilty of killing a fellow disciple."

Sol reached down to give Woo-Seong a hand in getting up.

Woo-Seong instinctively accepted his help. But upon realizing this, he was about shrug off Sol’s hand, but Sol hefted him up off the ground before he could.

Woo-Seong glared at Sol, having regaining some of his pride.

"This isn’t over. You killed my brother, and I’ll never forgive you for that."

He then went to get out of Sol’s hold, but Sol’s grip tightened around his hand.

"I didn’t kill your brother."

Sol then smiled at Woo-Seong.

"And you do remember our bet, right?"

Woo-Seong saw this smile and he felt that despite being the same smile as the ones Sol showed before, this one looked especially spiteful.

No, perhaps this smile was always filled with spite, but he was just now realizing it.

"You-You can’t possibly expect me to do something like that."

"Huh? Are you planning on going back on your word?"

Sol’s grip tightened around Woo-Seong’s hand.

"Ack!"

Woo-Seong felt like his hand was moments away from being crushed.

"Hey... call me Father."

"You’re crazy, there’s no way I’m call-Ack!!"

Woo-Seong let another scream slip as Sol tightened his grip even more.

Crack...

"Fuck, I heard a crack, bastard you’re going to cripple my hand if you continue like this!"

"That’s the plan."

Woo-Seong looked at Sol who was still smiling at him and he realized he might have just pissed off a really malicious person.

Woo-Seong gritted his teeth and forced out.

"Bastard, do it. There’s no way I’m calling you Father."

"Oh, you think I won’t?"

CrAcK!

"AHHH!!!"

Sol completely crushed Woo-Seong’s right hand in his grip.

Woo-Seong looked at his hand through his forming tears and saw that it was completely deformed in Sol’s hand.

"You-You bastard, you dare cripple my hand?!"

"Sol."

Gion stepped forward. He didn’t act because he never thought Sol would actually cripple Woo-Seong’s hand.

If his meridians and refined bones were crushed completely, he might not be able to hold a sword with his right hand the same ever again. Not only that, but it would also impact his overall cultivation as well.

The disciples in the surroundings were silenced once more by Sol’s actions.

"That’s... It was better if he had killed Woo-Seong."

"Right?"

As the Disciples all began to discuss Sol’s terrifying actions and the consequences, Sol’s hand glowed a green color.

"As long as I will it, I can cripple your hand as much as I want."

Woo-Seong felt the pain in his hand slowly fade away before it returned to normal under Sol’s healing ability. However, his relief didn’t last long as Sol crushed his hand once again.

Woo-Seong bit his lip to stop the scream from leaving his mouth, but Sol suddenly healed his hand and then crushed it again.

Woo-Seong couldn’t hold back his cries of pain after several more of this. He thought he would get used to the pain, but this was hell-like torture. There’s no way he could get used to his hand being crushed repeatedly no matter how strong his mental fortitude was.

"Alright, alright! Father, please stop! Please stop!"

Woo-Seong couldn’t take it anymore and buckled.

"What? I can’t hear you?"

"You-Ack!!"

Woo-Seong gritted his teeth, and he threw all his face away as he forced a smile and said.

"Father, this son of yours sincerely begs for your mercy."

Sol nodded.

"Good, good. Now continue just like that until we reach your Irregular Dharma Pavilion Mountain."

Woo-Seong’s face turned ugly, but when he felt Sol’s grip tighten his face quickly changed and he began pleading for Sol to let him go, all while throwing the word father in as much as he could.

The surrounding disciples all wore strange expressions on their faces., but they had to admit this was quite amusing to watch.

"Now let’s go."

Sol said as he pulled on Woo-Seong’s hand.

Woo-Seong glared at Sol’s back, and he was about to take out his sword to attack, but Sol suddenly crushed his hand causing him to scream like a banshee that was using a megaphone.

"Don’t try anything, or I won’t just settle for your hand."

Woo-Seong suddenly saw Sol glance down at his nether region and his face instantly turned pale white.

"N-No, Father, I won’t try to attack you I swear!"

Sol smiled and patted Woo-Seong’s head with his other hand.

"That’s a good son. On this father and son bonding trip, I hope we can become closer."

Woo-Seong forced a smile, but secretly in his heart, he was imagining himself tearing Sol to shreds and drinking his blood. He was absolutely livid that he was forced to be in this situation.

Sol patted Woo-Seong’s head some more before he turned and continued towards the Teleportation Hall. Gion was silently following next to him. However, Sol suddenly stopped and stared at Woo-Seong in doubt.

Woo-Seong seeing his gaze felt his heart palpitate.

’What is this bastard planning?’

"Fa-Father, what is it?"

Woo-Seong asked as he forced another smile.

Sol ignored him and suddenly turned back around.

This was strange, but neither Woo-Seong nor Gion thought much about Sol’s actions.

After a bit more time had passed with the Teleportation Hall coming up, Sol stole a glance at Woo-Seong once more. In one of his eyes, there was a dark light as he used his Heavenly Eyes.

’I knew it.’

Sol thought when he saw the two different colors in Woo-Seong’s body.

One was a yellow, and the other was a green.

The Earth and Wood Aether Energy.

’Since when did this bastard have two Innate Dharmas?’

This sudden information baffled Sol.
