The Growth of a Titan -
Chapter 220- Don’t. Touch. Him.
Chapter 220: Chapter 220- Don’t. Touch. Him.
"Look at him. How can anyone like him?"
From across the ship, a rather beautiful young girl with a sword strapped to her waist could be seen giving Byeong-Ho a nasty look.
One of her female companions forced a smile and said.
"Senior Sister Eun-Ha, it really isn’t a good look for you to speak like this."
"Huh? What’s that supposed to mean?"
The girl named Eun-Ha stared at the girl who said this with an ugly expression.
"Sister, she’s right. Displaying your jealousy so openly is ugly."
Eun-Ha’s face turned cold as she turned to the well-dressed boy approaching her.
"Who are you calling ugly?"
Eun-Ha grabbed the sword by her waist and it seemed as if she would fly off the handle with even a bit more provocation.
The boy stopped and held up his hands.
"That’s why no one in the family likes talking to you. You’re too difficult. When did I say you were ugly?"
The girl glared at the boy before she released her grip on the sword hilt.
"What do you want by coming here?"
The boy walked closer as he smiled and said.
"Can’t a little brother visit his older sister?"
*Snort!*
Eun-Ha snorted before looking away.
"Greetings, Senior Brother Cai-Ho."
The disciples around Eun-Ha bowed and greeted the boy.
Cai-Ho responded by nodding before he approached his sister’s side.
"I see cousin has made some friends."
The disciples in the surroundings took the hint and they all left to give the siblings privacy.
Without looking at her brother, Eun-Ha replied.
"So?"
"Well, sister, he never had friends before. He was always alone so it’s great he’s making friends."
Eun-Ha finally looked at her brother and she asked with furrowed brows.
"I don’t understand you. You hate him as much as I do, but you always say these weird things that make me assume otherwise."
Cai-Ho smiled as he looked at Byeong-Ho through the crowd.
After a moment he said.
"Unlike you, I know how to hide my jealousy and hatred. What use is there to become his enemy? If you use that brain of yours once in a while sister, you’d know he’s going to become the next Sect Leader."
"Over my dead body!"
Eun-Ha became enraged and a terrifying Sword Aura leaked out of her body—the people nearby, all back away in fear.
Cai-Ha seemed relatively fine, as he said.
"If he wants the Sect Leader position, then that statement of yours will come to fruition. As for me..."
Cai-Ho looked at his sister with a hard-to-read smile.
"...I’ll be at the back watching."
Eun-Ha met her brother’s gaze with narrowed eyes.
"What are you planning?"
Cai-Ho didn’t respond to Eun-Ha. Instead, he turned to the horizon to say.
"Oh look, we’ve reached Martial Alliance City."
Eun-Ha turned to look at the massive walls in the distance.
After a few minutes, their ship reached the wall and began lowering to the ground.
"I still can’t believe we come here because someone’s pet isn’t feeling perfect. Huh? What’s that?"
Eun-Ha saw that there were a few young men and women in white robes standing outside the entrance of the City Gate.
Cai-Ho smiled and replied.
"Let’s just say cousin should be careful of the friends he makes. Who knows what kind of people they are."
As the ship landed, Sol turned to the old man and said.
"I thank Elder once again."
The old man nodded.
"Elder I’ll be leaving as well."
"Hm, your Father should be worrying about you so you should visit him. And if you’re returning to the Sect, why don’t you bring your friends for a visit?"
"I already promise Brother Byeong-Ho I’ll visit the Huashan Sect in the future, so I’ll definitely visit."
"Okay, I won’t take up your time anymore. You seemed to be in a hurry to leave."
Sol bowed before he turned and hurriedly leaped off the ship.
The disciples of the Huashan Sect all waved at him goodbye. Sol reluctantly tried to be polite by waving back, but he was in a rush to get to the Alchemy Pavilion Mountain.
Sol’s hurried steps lead him toward the City’s Gates.
Yoon-Jae and the others were right behind him.
"What’s up with them?"
Mar-Dule asked, referring to the disciples in white robes.
"Aren’t they from the Disciplinary Pavilion?"
Cheong-Su asked, and Cheong-San followed up.
"It looks like they’re waiting for someone. Looks like something must have happened in the Academy."
Byeong-Ho suddenly remembered what his Brother told him after hearing Cheong-San’s words.
"Wait, I think they’re waiting for us."
Byeong-Ho didn’t need to say that as the disciples from the Disciplinary Pavilion, around twenty of them, focused their attention on them when they approached.
"What? Why are they waiting for us?"
Mar-Dule showed a cautious expression. Were they found out or something?
"Halt!"
A male disciple who looked to be the leader stepped forward to yell.
Everyone immediately paused, however, Sol continued walking towards the City Gate.
"Sol, wait."
Yoon-Jae tried to stop him, but as he looked at Sol he realized he wasn’t here.
Yoon-Jae didn’t even think he registered that there were people blocking their path to enter the City.
The Huashan Sect’s ship hadn’t left, and the disciples were witnessing what was going on.
There were a few cultivators who wanted to enter the City but were blocked by the Disciplinary Pavilion disciples.
However, they obediently stood to the side and waited. There was no way they would go against those people.
Everyone looked at Sol who ignored the order to stop.
Something interesting was about to happen.
The young man who yelled for Sol and the others to stop, frowned when he saw that Sol was still walking forward.
"Are you deaf? I said STOP!"
Sol ignored the youth, no, he didn’t even hear him. Sol’s entire focus was getting Little Zeel to his uncle Master Young-Hwa, nothing else mattered.
After being ignored twice, the young man became slightly angry. However, when he looked at Sol’s wrists and ankles and saw the bracelets, his face turned frosty.
He stepped forward and aggressively said.
"Solovin Solaris, first-year of the Alchemy Pavilion. You are arrested on the suspicions of murdering a fellow disciple of the Martial Alliance Academy!"
"What?!"
Yoon-Jae was shocked and so was everyone else.
The disciples of the Huashan Sect were stunned, but among them, Cai-Ho was looking on with a smile on his face.
"Damn it."
Byeong-Ho cursed under his breath.
The young man came in front of Sol and glared at him.
"You’re coming with me."
He flipped over his palms and a bulky pair of handcuff appeared in his hand.
The young man then reached to grab Little Zeel from Sol’s hand to slap on the handcuff, but before his hand could touch Little Zeel, Sol’s head snapped towards him and his hand shot out.
"Sol!"
Yoon-Jae yelled and scrambled towards Sol before he did something stupid.
Sol grabbed this youth by his neck and lifted him off the ground.
The cultivators who were watching by the side had their eyes go wide in shock.
’Who is this brat? He actually has the guts to attack someone from the Disciplinary Pavilion?’
"Bastard! How dare-"
The young man tried to yell, but Sol’s hand tightened around his neck almost crushing his throat.
The young man found it hard to breathe. He tried to retaliate by grabbing his sword from his waist, but his gaze suddenly met Sol’s own, and his entire body froze up.
"Don’t. Touch. Him."
The young man felt his scalp go numb.
Sol’s gaze and voice were filled with an indescribable amount of Killing Intent.
’I’m going to die.’
The young man was scared.
"N-No, plea...se le...t go..."
