The Eclipsed Bloom -
Chapter 110: Sealed Power
Chapter 110: Chapter 110: Sealed Power
Himeros POV:
From my outstretched hand, a shimmering chain burst forth—slamming into the wall and pinning her in place.
Her body jerked, restrained by the glowing links, yet her expression remained wild—furious and untamed.
I smirked, tightening my hold on Zara as I cradled her in a princess carry. Her unconscious form felt warm in my arms, her breathing soft against my chest.
The rage on the dark-haired girl’s face twisted even more.
"You bitch! Put her down or I will kill you!" she screamed, her voice laced with pure hatred as she thrashed against the chains, trying to shatter them with raw force.
But the chains held. Of course they did—they were made by me.
A deep satisfaction bloomed in my chest. She was desperate... furious... and powerless.
"Zara never really loved you," I whispered, my voice like silk soaked in venom."That was just a spell. A weak seduction spell."
I looked down at Zara’s peaceful face, brushing a strand of hair from her cheek with reverence.
"She loves me. Always has. She just... forgot."
I chuckled lowly, the sound echoing in the chamber.
"She will never love you!" the girl screamed, voice trembling with fury. "I said put her down!"
Her words made my fist clench in irritation. Slowly, I lowered Zara to the ground and walked toward the girl, my footsteps echoing with cold intent.
She glared at me with those defiant, wild eyes. How annoying.
I raised my hand and gripped her neck, squeezing slowly as her feet left the ground. Her breath caught, and I leaned closer, whispering:
"Don’t worry... I won’t kill you quickly. I’ll break you piece by piece. I’ll make sure you beg for death before I grant it."
Suddenly, a shimmer of blue light flashed beside me.
A portal.
My eyes narrowed as I turned to look at it. The chains held her in place, so I slowly loosened my grip and stepped back.
She fell to her knees, coughing—but even then, she kept that wild, defiant glare fixed on me.
Tch. Annoying.
My gaze returned to the portal as a woman stepped through. Her skin was pale, and her right arm glowed faintly—veins alive with fire-like energy, worldly mana and ancient.
I raised an eyebrow and crossed my arms mockingly.
"Oh? What does the realm’s consciousness want from me?" I asked with a smirk.
The woman bowed slightly, placing a hand over her chest.
"Lady of Love, I respectfully request that you leave this realm. Your divine mana pressure... it’s destabilizing the balance."
I tilted my head, smirk deepening.
"So you’re trying to tell me to get out?"
She quickly raised both hands, shaking her head.
"N-no! Please don’t misunderstand. I’m merely requesting... humbly."
Her expression was laced with practiced panic, but I could see through it. She was calm—calculating even.
"What if I don’t leave?" I asked coldly, my voice laced with warning.
The so-called Realm Consciousness dropped her fake panic, her expression shifting into something calmer—more composed. Her eyes locked onto mine, unflinching.
"Lady of Love," she said steadily, "I acknowledge that you were once the strongest, capable of tearing entire realms apart. But that was a long time ago. You’ve been sealed for centuries. While you slept, the realms grew... evolved. We have become stronger."
Her words were bold, but I could still sense the caution behind them.
"So please," she added, her tone dipped in diplomacy, "accept my request and leave this realm."
Heh.
So she really thinks time has weakened me? That the seal dulled my love for Aliyah?
Foolish.
If anything, my love only grew stronger during the endless silence—so did my power. Love that burns for eternity does not fade. It consumes everything.
And I will show her exactly what that means.
A pink aura began to swirl around me, pulsing with power as the dirt beneath my feet started to tremble, cracks forming in the ground like frightened veins.
The woman tensed immediately, her stance shifting, eyes narrowing in preparation.
But then—strangely—her shoulders relaxed.
That made my eyes narrow in return. What was she planning?
"Lady of Love," she began carefully, "I overheard your conversation... and I understand you truly love the unconscious girl—"
Before she could finish, my aura surged violently, the very air thickening with pressure.
My voice came out dark, low, and laced with fury."Are you threatening me?"
The ground groaned. The wind become hot. And silence, heavy and suffocating, fell between us.
The woman quickly shook her head, and for a brief second—a flicker of fear flashed in her eyes.
"I’m not threatening you," she said, her voice steady but cautious. "I’m just reminding you... if you unleash your power here and the planet destabilizes from its position, it will lead to destruction. I know you will be safe... but what about your lover?"
Her words cut through the haze of my rage like a blade.
Panic surged in my chest.
I immediately pulled back my aura, the trembling ground calming as the oppressive pressure vanished.
Turning my head sharply, my gaze landed on Zara—still unconscious, but unharmed.
Relief washed over me like a wave.
I cant take risk to harm her and be separated again.
I exhaled slowly, the storm inside me quieting.
i quickly walk toward zara and carry her and vanish.
Consciousness POV:
As I watched her vanish, the tension finally drained from my body. I let out a breath I hadn’t realized I was holding.
She’s still strong... no, stronger than before.
I had assumed her centuries of sealing would’ve dulled her powers—but clearly, I was wrong.
Thank the realms I thought quickly... any later and this world would’ve been dust.
Turning away, I stepped toward the portal, ready to return.
But just as I was about to leave, a voice cracked through the silence, filled with fury.
"Stop! Where did that bitch take my love?!"
I blinked, turning slightly. The girl was still chained to the wall— wild-eyed, and very much alive, I though lady of love have killed her.
I sighed and shook my head.
"I don’t know where she took her, miss," I replied flatly. "And frankly, you should be grateful you’re still alive."
Without another glance, I turned and stepped into the portal.
Just before it closed, her enraged voice chased after me:
"I’m not grateful! Because of you, that bitch took away the only person I ever loved!"
My lips twitched into a grim line as the portal sealed shut behind me.

Zara POV:
"Ughh..."Why do I feel so tired?
I groaned softly, turning over and instinctively reaching out my hand to rest on—Lilith?
"Hehe... are you hugging me?"
A voice—sweet, teasing, and completely unfamiliar.
My eyes snapped open.
A woman lay beside me, smiling softly, her features painfully beautiful. My heart skipped a beat as I quickly sat up, inching away.
"W–Who are you?" I asked, eyes narrowing as I studied her face.
Something tugged at my memory.
Wait... haven’t I seen her before?Isn’t she the woman from my dreams?
Am I dreaming again?
I rubbed my eyes, hoping—praying—that when I opened them, I’d be back beside my wives.
But before I could fully process anything, the woman suddenly pushed me down onto the bed, pinning me beneath her.
My eyes widened in shock as I instinctively tried to squirm away.
This... this isn’t a dream. What’s happening?!
She leaned in closer, her voice a whisper against my ear.
"Let me introduce myself again," she purred. "I’m Himeros. Remember? I told you I’d come for you... and here I am."
As her lips trailed down the side of my neck, a chill shot through my spine.
Why am I not waking up like before?!
Panic surged through me.
I dug my nails into my palms, hard—trying to control blood, Blood welled up under my nails, but...
Nothing.
my blood is not hardening. Just her weight on me. Her breath on my skin.
My face paled as I tried to summon mana—anything—but my body felt heavy, like the magic inside me had been drained dry.
What...
"What did you do to me? Why can’t I use my powers?" I asked, panic creeping into my voice.
Himeros leaned back, her pink eyes locking onto mine as she gently rubbed my chin with her thumb—far too tenderly for someone who just kidnapped me.
"You see... I sealed your power," she said sweetly, like it was the most normal thing in the world.
"And I also suppressed my own power. I don’t want any of those annoying consciousness finding their way here."
My eyes blinked in disbelief at her casual tone.
"W-Why would you seal my power?" I stammered, still trying to grasp the situation.
Without warning, she leaned in and pressed her lips against mine—stealing a kiss and silencing me instantly.
My eyes widened in shock as she slowly pulled away, her lips curling into a soft smile.
"Well, you see..." she whispered, brushing her fingers against my cheek. "I sealed your powers because from now on... we’re going to live here like normal people. Just you and me. Forever."
I glared at her, my heart pounding with rage and confusion.
How could she kiss me so casually?Does she have no shame?!
