Mr. Yu frowned. "What is the big deal? It’s just parents disciplining their child who has clearly crossed all her limits! She is fine."

Jia angrily laughed. "Limits? Liking a boy is crossing her limits for which you will beat her up as if she is not even a human being? Or robbing her of her sexuality and pride of being a woman? What answer do you have for those ruthless surgeries you did on her!?"

"How can you talk to your elders that way?" Mrs. Yu was flabbergasted.

Jia was aghast. "Excuse me, what teachings exist in this world that permits you to do such cruelty with your kin?"

Mr. Yu coughed. "None of your business. Why are you interfering in our family matters anyway?"

The parents were shocked. "Ehuang is on the other side? Put her on the line!"

Mingshen paused and then said, "So they are there, huh? Put the phone on speaker."
