Chapter 305: I Want Her Chaos

Dani and Laura were quick to catch Rosa’s unconscious body while Zaila quickly checked on the older woman’s condition. Meanwhile, Mineah felt her own body trembling as her knees weakened. Thankfully, she managed to keep her composure before anything else happened.

"Mine."

She felt Nikolai’s hands around hers as he addressed her. "I’m fine," she replied with a reassuring smile while her dear husband checked her body from head to toe. Despite this, her eyes landed on Zoran, the man still unconscious with Dahlia waiting patiently beside him. "How is Zoran?"

"Tarah’s vision is happening. I already injected my toxin into most of the vital parts of his body, but it doesn’t seem to be working," Nikolai muttered. "He’s not coming back..."

Once she was free from Nikolai’s grasp, Mineah walked towards where Zoran was. Dahlia was crying as she touched her husband’s face, whispering his name as she leaned down to try and call him to come back to her.

Mineah closed her eyes. This was the part where she would try using her blood according to Tarah.

"Suck some blood from me, Lai. Then, can you directly transfer my blood to Zoran? I think that will be the best way to save him; having my blood directly fused with your toxins inside of him," Mineah suggested. "There’s no way he could feed on me even if I gave my blood to him now since he’s unconscious, so I think it would be best that you suck my blood and then transfer it into his veins directly."

She already thought about it carefully as well. What Tarah saw in her vision was that she wounded herself to drop some of her blood into Zoran’s mouth. However, Tarah couldn’t confirm if that worked out in the end as she didn’t see Zoran coming back to life. That vision could be a clue to a possible solution, but that didn’t mean that was exactly what was going to happen...

Nikolai frowned at her suggestion but he sighed as he resigned himself to her idea. "Alright, let’s do that."

Mineah nodded before she tilted her head to the side, giving her husband access to sink his teeth into her skin. "Make sure not to drink it. Transfer them all to Zoran. If you want to drink some, then do it later once we’re alone." she humorously remarked, making her husband smile.

Without wasting more time, Nikolai leaned down and wrapped his arms possessively around her. Kissing her bare skin, he prepared her for what was to come next before promptly digging his fangs into her skin, making Mineah bite her lower lip as she gasped at the sensation.

She took a deep breath the moment Nikolai’s fangs left her skin. Standing by, she watched as her husband bit Zoran once more to transfer her blood directly into his veins.

Meanwhile, in the Kingdom of Helion, Devon coughed out his own blood as he cursed under his breath. He had lost his connection to his best warlock, and he was sitting on his throne as he gathered his bearings while he slowly opened his eyes.

He clenched his teeth and muttered, "Nikolai might have succeeded in bringing you back, but you will never remember her..."

Before his bond with Zoran broke, Devon made sure that all his memories about Dahlia would die with him. Well, that was a petty move, and it wasn’t like he couldn’t instill pain in Zoran that way, but what was important was for him to manage to take whatever he could from that traitor!

And he wasn’t even done yet because the moment Zoran came back to life, he would do everything in his power to finish him off!

Still, what fascinated Devon at the moment was the strong power inside of the Queen. It was something he didn’t expect from the infamous cursed princess.

Standing up from his throne, Devon strode his way to his secret chamber where he hid all the ancient and important books and journals he had collected from the various kingdoms he conquered. Reaching into one of his many shelves, he grabbed a particular book; the only book written about fallen angels and their descendants like Nephilims. Something irked him about the Queen of Valcrez. She held this strong power inside of her, and he could feel something in her that was pulling on his interest.

With the book in his hands, he started flipping through the pages of the mystical book that had the power to write every piece of information about fallen angels without anyone writing on it. The texts in the book would simply appear on a blank page, updating itself whenever something new came up.

Eventually, he smirked as he arrived at the latest page. It was all about Dana and her three offsprings. Xenia manifested the wings and physical strength, while Mineah was the unfortunate one who bore the curse. Meanwhile, this Ezekiel...

Devon’s face darkened. In the book, Ezekiel was called the Dragon King; the one chosen to have the great divine power to rule the world. Those words weren’t there before when he last read the book.

"What nonsense," he scoffed with a mocking smirk. "These words will change soon, I’m sure."

After all, he was sure that he would be the one to be called the Dragon King very soon. Surely, Vulcan’s power, including all of Ezekiel’s divine power, would be drained out of him and transferred to him.

Back to the back, his eyes darted to the written text pertaining to the cursed child of Dana. "Chaos..."

Devon hummed with a wide smile. That was the energy he felt... The chaos inside of the Queen of Valcrez was too strong and powerful.

"I want her chaos..." he murmured with brimming eyes.

His body was filled with excitement just from the thought of using that chaos to his own advantage. He wanted to spread evil everywhere, and he wanted the complete destruction of the world where everyone would fear and bow down to him.

However, a particular page caught Devon’s attention for some reason. Without a second thought, he quickly tore that page from the book. "That chaos must grow inside of your body..." he muttered before letting out a maniacal laugh.
