Soon they arrive at the Palace.

When they entered the back garden area, Allynna was happy to see Leovaris chatting with Leon’s father in the gazebo near the lake.

"Leon, let’s go, great Grandpa and your father first...." Leon nodded to Allynna. They quickly walked towards the lake.

"You guys come?" Leovaris widely smiled as he saw his Grandson and Allynna walking toward them. "Wow, Allyna! you look beautiful as always...."

"Hahaha, indeed, my future daughter-in-law is beautiful...." Aolis also praised her while standing to welcome them. Allynna could only shyly smile at their flattery words.

Just as Allynna and Leon wanted to sit, Leovaris’ suddenly stood from his seat, looking at Allynna in shock. His sudden movement took Aolis and Leon by surprise. And when they saw his eyes looking so intently at Allynna, they felt strange.

"Father, what’s wrong?" Aolis was surprised to see his father’s face suddenly turn tense. Did something happen to Allynna? He immediately looked at Allynna, but he saw nothing unusual. She looked the same as before. He looked at his father again before asking in confusion, "What happened, father?"

Allynna had already guessed that Leovaris would know of this happy news when he saw her. She smiles at Leovaris while nodding slowly. "Yes, it’s true, Grandpa!" She replied to him through his mind.

"Let’s sit first, grandpa..." Leon suddenly pulled Allynna and sat in the empty seat near his grandfather.

After Leovaris sits down, he can’t wait any longer to tell his son this happy news. He looks at Aolis.

"Emperor! Now you can smile." Aolis frowns looking at his father, confused by his words.

"Hahaha, Son, congratulations your Empress will be cured. My granddaughter-in-law already made the antidote..." Leovaris proudly said while tapping Aolis’s shoulder gently.

Aolis suddenly looked at his father with his shock-looking eyes. He couldn’t believe what he had just heard.

"F-Father, what do you mean? Did they find the white witch’s blood plasma?" Aolis stuttered in response to his father’s words.

Then he turned his gaze to look at Allynna curiously while trying to read her mind. He almost fell from his seat in seconds when he found the answer. Trying to adjust his demeanor in front of his future daughter-in-law, Aolis sat straight again and smiled at her lovingly.

"Daughter, Allynna...come let me hug you." Aolis standing and walking toward Allynna makes Allynna surprised. For a moment, she doesn’t know what to do. But she was clueless only for a second. Because later on, she can hear Leon tell her telepathically to receive his father’s gratitude.

"Thank you, daughter-in-law! You are my family savior. I will be indebted to you forever. Whatever you want, just tell me. I will fulfill anything you want, including my life...." His voice was shaking, but it was evident that what he was saying was sincerely coming from his heart.

Instantly she was in Aolis’ embrace. Her body felt so small compared to Aolis’s vast and tall body. She felt like she was dreaming of being hugged by Emperor Aolis. And this Emperor has just vowed to give his life for her?

Allynna couldn’t understand. Even she didn’t dare to believe Aolis’ words, as she was utterly speechless now. She could only smile silently in Leon’s father’s arms.

Leovaris, silent for a while in his seat, suddenly looked at Allynna. He saw her happily chatting with his son, Aolis, and Grandson, Eleon. Just seeing them interact happily like this made his heart happy but also sad at the same time.

He was sad because he remembered his long-lost wife. Hundreds of years have passed, and until now, she has not once returned home, returned to him. She seemed lost and swallowed by the earth.

Sometimes he thinks his wife has returned to their main realm. She must know how to get back there, but sometimes he also believed his wife had gone to the mortal land outside Bellsor. Leovaris took a deep sigh, thinking about his wife. Later, he turned his gaze to the lake and looked at the white lotus flower. He was in a daze until a flash of curiosity appeared in his mind for a moment. Instantly his whole body felt tense. He narrowed his eyes and looked at Allynna sharply.

"Allynna..." His deep icy voice surprised Allynna. She immediately turned her gaze to look at Leovaris. She felt shuddered because only this time did she ever see Leovaris’ burning eyes, like shining sun, completely the same as Leon when he’s furious.

Why does grandpa Leovaris look at her like that? Allynna feels confused. She tries to turn her gaze to avoid eye contact with him, but she can’t. A few seconds later she can feel her mind hurt as if Leovaris had just stabbed her brain with hundreds of nails with his sharp gaze.

It doesn’t stop there because a few moments later she felt her body feel hot and sweat started to come out of her forehead and several areas of her body.

"L-Leon... please help me!!" She could only call Leon through his mind while enduring the excruciating pain in her head.

Leon hears Allynna call him. He looked at her and was shocked when he saw her face suddenly turn pale and her bloodshot eyes looking at his grandpa.

"GRANDPA!!!" Leon saw his grandpa’s eyes burn and looked at Allynna. He immediately rose from his chair and stood right before Allynna to prevent eye contact between his grandfather and Allynna. "What the hell are you doing? Why do you do that to Allynna?" Leon is displeased with his grandpa.

Aolis was also surprised to see his father acting strangely. "Father! Why do you suddenly attack Allynna’s mind?"

Leovaris is stunned as something pulls him out from the whirlpool of his mind. Earlier, he suddenly felt Allynna was hiding something from him, which made him dig inside her mind. But after a few seconds of exploring her mind, he found nothing.

"Allynna, I’m sorry...." Loevaris turned his gaze away, looking ahead while taking a deep sigh. He tries to calm his mind and avoid his Grandson’s angry-looking eyes.

"Grandpa...tell me! What did you do to Allynna?" Leon, who had sat back in his chair, was still furious at his grandfather.

How could he attack Allynna?

He is terrified something will happen to Allynna’s mental mind. He glanced at his fiancé to make sure she was okay. He feels relieved because there were no side effects from the powerful mental attack that his grandfather had just done on Allynna.

"Leon, don’t be angry!" Allynna holds Leon’s arms and tries to subdue his anger. "I’m fine. Grandpa just wants to know something from me...." She said in his mind. When Leon meets her jade-like eyes, he feels slightly better. But his heart has not calmed down if he has not received a satisfactory answer from his grandfather.

After making sure Leon is not angry anymore, Allynna looks at Leovaris.

"Grandpa, you can ask me, what do you want to know?" She can feel Leovaris’s emotions are currently unstable, and his aura still strongly pressures her mind. But she tried to act normal so that Leon would not fight with his grandfather.

She was confused as to why Leovaris had suddenly invaded her mind. This had never happened before. Leovaris is always gentle toward her. Even during practice, he has never been this rude to attack her mind. Earlier she couldn’t hold Leovaris’ mental attack, he was too strong and caused her to be in pain and almost unconscious if Leon didn’t break their eye contact.

"GRANDPA! What are you doing?" Leon felt like he wanted to throw his fist at his grandpa. How could he force his fiance to go to her space?
