The Bride Of Immortal Crown Prince -
Chapter 195: Her Purpose
Chapter 195: Her Purpose
Meanwhile, in the car, Allynna observed the road they were passing. This was the first time she had been to White Island without teleporting.
She looked amazed at the road they were taking to the north side of the royal district. They passed through an empty road flanked by lush green trees. She rarely saw buildings along the route. After almost an hour, they finally arrived at the white sandy beach that looked empty.
A few meters in front, Allynna saw a simple white house. She immediately guessed that their destination was the white house. And sure enough, Ikaris went straight into the yard when the black gate opened automatically. He directly parked his car in an empty yard.
"Ikaris, whose house is this?" Allynna surveyed the white house, which looked well-groomed with a minimalist garden surrounding it. On the shore, she could see decks and a few luxury yachts with palace emblems neatly parked.
"Belongs to His Majesty, Former Emperor Leovaris...."
Allynna could already guess it. This house must have belonged to Grandpa Leovaris, as it was closest to White Island.
"Ikaris, are we going to take a boat there?"
"No, My lady, but we will teleport."
"Teleport? Why do we have to take a car to come here when you can teleport?" Allynna was confused.
"Well, even though I can teleport, I use a teleport device. So, the distance can’t be too far...." Ikaris’ explanation made Allynna understand. It turns out that Ikaris doesn’t have the innate teleport ability. He’s been using a teleport device all this time.
"From here to White Island, can you teleport?" She knows that not everyone with teleportation innate or device could teleport to the white island. The island is exclusive and restricted to anyone. No one would enter the island without Leovaris permission, even the current Emperor, Leon’s father, Emperor Aolis.
"I can’t! But he can..." Ikaris pointed at the red door of the house that had just opened. Allynna was surprised to see Ralph, Leovaris’ trusted person, coming out of the house. She smiles and immediately gets out of the car.
"Lady Allynna, welcome..." Ralph greeted her politely. He invited Allynna and Ikaris into the house.
When entering the house, Allynna saw the house using the idea of open space. Similar to her home in Sarlun but this house looks minimalist. Not much furniture to be seen, only a sofa set and the kitchen looks clean, as if it has never been used.
"Are you ready to go to White Island?"
"Yes, Uncle Ralph. The sooner, the better...."
"Follow me, Lady Allynna...." Ralph said while walking towards the door near the kitchen. Allynna followed him, but when she arrived right before the door, she stopped her step when she noticed Ikaris was not following her. He just stood by the window looking at her.
"Ikaris!? Aren’t you coming?" Allynna was confused.
"No, my lady! I will be waiting for you here..." Ikaris smiled at her. Actually, he wanted to go with them, but unfortunately, he was not allowed to set foot on the island.
"My Lady, Ikaris can only take you here..." Ralph smiles, seeing Lady Allynna looking surprised.
He continued his words, "This is ruled by his majesty. No one can enter his island, only his family."
Allynna could only nod and continue her step again to follow Ralph after telling Ikaris she would be back when dusk. She wanted to read all the old books in the Leovaris Library until she found what she wanted. Clavelina disease and how to treat it.
Soon, Allynna followed Ralph and crossed the door. But, the moment she entered, she felt the surroundings immediately change. She recognized the place very well: the Living Room in Leovaris castle.
She was stunned.
"This!? How could we have already arrived here!?" Allynna murmurs. She just passed through the door, and in an instant, she had changed places.
Is the door a teleport device?
Her amazement hadn’t faded when Leovaris suddenly appeared in the room. Beside him stood a thin man and not so tall. His face looked small, with sideburns covering his pale face. It was her master who taught her Healer Innate Ability, Grandpa Aziel Gylwinn. He is also the dean of the Healer Faculty at Bells Royal University.
"Ah, Allynna, you are finally here...." Leovaris greeted Allynna. He laughed when he saw Allynna confused using his teleport door. But he didn’t explain to her, worried that this girl would ask further questions and she would waste her time and forget her purpose to come here.
Leovaris immediately asked the girl to follow him.
"Grandpa Leovaris, Master... are you all okay?" She greeted them politely and followed the two elders from behind while wondering if Grandpa Leovaris knew about her purpose for her sudden visit.
"We are getting older, Allynna, but we are fine. Immortals don’t die naturally, remember?" Leovaris’ laughter echoed in the corridor, and Aziel Gylwinn followed his friend laughing. Allynna could only laugh in her heart.
"Allynna, before we talk, you should have lunch first!"
Allynna was stunned when she realized Grandpa Leovaris had brought her to the dining area. She thought they would visit his Library right away.
"Grandpa, how do you know that I haven’t eaten yet?" She smiled slightly.
"Of course, I know! Someone called me an hour ago and asked me to prepare your lunch..." Leovaris smiled bitterly, remembering his grandson telling him many times to ensure his fiancé had a good lunch.
Allynna was touched. Even though Leon is busy with his work, he still pays attention to her.
"Hurry up, eat your lunch. I will be waiting for you at my Library...." Leovaris and her Master vanished from the room.
In the dining room, it was only her and Ralph who had pulled out a chair for her to sit.
Without lingering, she immediately ate and finished her lunch. Even though she eats alone, the dish made by the chef in this castle makes her forget everything. She can devour all the food with pleasure and a joyful heart.
