The Bride Of Immortal Crown Prince -
Chapter 119: Missing
Chapter 119: Missing
Leon closed his eyes and tried to check the shield installed in his Castle. He could find out if someone was trying to get in. He knew very well how strong the Castle’s security system was. No one in this empire will succeed in attacking his defense. And what he thought was right. There are no irregularities. Everything is still secure.
"Allynna, where are you?" His voice trembled with fear.
Later, he thought of his grandfather, in hurry he contacts him,
"Grandpa... I want to ask you something important." Said Leon immediately after he got connected to his grandfather via video call.
Leovaris, who was fishing in the lake, was surprised to hear his grandson’s voice in his mind. He immediately accepts the video call and his grandson’s face appear right before him,
"What is it, grandson? Why are you contacting me?" Leovaris was confused. Because they should be coming to the island tomorrow morning, but now why is he contacting him with his tense-looking face. Will he cancel their plan tomorrow?
"Grandpa, have Allynna been able to enter her mind-space alone?" He suspected that the girl was in her space. Because after checking the CCTV, he did not see her leaving her room. It was also impossible for someone to appear in her bedroom and kidnap her without being caught by the security system and letting the guards guarding the Castle know.
Leovaris was surprised to hear his grandson’s question.
"Well, the last time we met, she couldn’t enter alone. I still took her in and spent time there to help her build her tiny house. Why are you suddenly interested in her progress?"
"I just want to know."
"Although she can’t enter by herself, I have taught her how to enter her mind-space in general. How long has she been missing?" Leovaris asked calmly. He could guess the little girl must have been missing. That’s why at this moment, her grandson looks so panicked on the other end.
Leon was stunned when he heard his grandpa could guess it. "She’s been missing for 2 hours ago," Leon said restlessly.
"Hahaha, That girl is really talented. I’ve only taught her once, but she’s already able to get in there alone. Wow! She is really astounding... What a talented little student I have!" Leovaris laughed happily and was proud, knowing Allynna could master the knowledge he taught her. Even then, the knowledge he teaches is only basic knowledge. But she had learned it and entered her mind-space alone. No wonder she was the number one student in this year’s graduation exam.
"Grandpa, are you sure the girl entered her space?" His heart had not calmed down before seeing the girl appear in front of him. He was still too worried that someone would kidnap her.
Leovaris stopped laughing when he heard the Crown Prince couldn’t believe him. He was speechless. How could his own grandson underestimate the knowledge he has been taught? And also, how could he think someone broke through the Castle’s defenses? No one in this empire will be able to enter the Crown Prince’s Castle without the guards’ knowledge.
"Crown Prince... are you underestimating the shield I put on your castle?" Leovaris said in annoyance. Now his voice was getting really dire.
"Grandpa, you also put up a shield here?"
"Oh, My dear crown prince... Of course, I did it. Long before you enter that place, I already set up a few shields to protect you. Do you think I’d calmly let you live alone without protection? And, do you think with the shield you put on yourself, you can keep your father from being teleported to your place? You underestimated him. He is more powerful...than you think."
Leon was shocked.
He laughed bitterly in his heart when he heard his grandfather’s words. His grandpa is right. Right now, he will never hold his father from trespassing his place with his own power. Even several days ago, his father could still manipulate his mind. One thing his father couldn’t do right now was to read his mind. He was already able to match his father for this. He still needs a lot of time to match his father’s true strength.
"Alright, grandpa. I will wait for her until she comes out." He then finishes communicating with his grandfather after promising that they would go to White Island tomorrow to meet him as planned.
After seeing his grandfather’s image disappear, Leon sat on the sofa, trying to calm his mind from the various possibilities of the girl’s disappearance that appeared in his mind. He must believe in his grandfather; the girl must be in her space.
An hour passed, and the girl didn’t come out either. Leon was still sitting on the sofa, waiting for her quietly.
But after another two hours had passed, the girl still hadn’t shown up.
Now he was starting to worry again. But his anxiety is different from before. He is worried that Allynna doesn’t know how to get out of her mind-space or loses track of time when she is in her mind-space because she is too busy playing. What’s more, he knows from his grandfather, Allynna already has a tiny house in that space. She also has many creatures that can accompany her to play and talk.
"She must be out soon, right?" Leon tried to calm himself down.
By dinner time, Allynna hadn’t shown up either.
This time he was really restless. He wanted to contact his grandfather again. Just to ask him whether he had taught Allynna how to get out of her mind-space.
He was distraught, the girl didn’t know how to get out, and she was trapped there. The thought of that girl trapped in her own space made him very frightened.
"No. No. Allynna will be out soon. My girl is stronger and smarter than any girl out there... she must be out soon!"
Leon tried to calm his heart and mind again for the umpteenth time while glancing at his black watch. If within 30 minutes, the girl didn’t show up either, he would call his grandfather again for help.
