The doctor arrived at the Hamilton’s estate with his doctor’s bag by nightfall. The Hamilton’s maids had called saying their master needed an emergency and that he was needed immediately.

Fuentes didn’t have the time to process the information; he just picked up his bag, kissed his wife goodbye, and headed for this place. As he moved into the Villa, he wondered what had happened this time.

Ever since their father died, the Hamiltons have been causing trouble around. There was not a day the news rested without their name being mentioned for one negative topic or the other. Getting involved with the notorious Blackwood daughters has caused a huge problem for them.

For today, the news centered around Claudia Blackwood, who supposedly had a serious accident after the secret Gala hosted by Charlotte Hamilton. This left everyone wondering what was happening between the Hamiltons and the Blackwoods. And this happened a few hours after Claudia announced her marriage to George Hamilton.

Since she’s already a public figure, her fans were already speculating that Alanis didn’t seem happy with the announcement and had hurt her. But in truth, Claudia had paid those people to say it. If she couldn’t fight Harlow physically, she would fight her online.

She would make sure the post as CEO of Hamilton Corp is taken from her because of bad press. She will steal the position of Harlow just as she has stolen her other positions.

Some people were already speculating that Harlow could have been the one to hurt her. It seems she’s jealous of Alanis and Claudia’s love.

Bad news about the president of Hamiltons Corp will not sit right with the company. The fear of losing money would make so many investors lose their fate and threaten to invest somewhere else. But what would really destroy Harlow is if Claudia confessed that Harlow had really hurt her because she’s jealous.

She would cry to the public and gain sympathy again, and as always they would eat it up. She couldn’t match Harlow when it came to physical fights but she was good with the internet fight. She is more than ready to destroy Harlow completely.

While the doctor arrived at the Villa, someone else also walked in with a brown file in his hands. It was Gus and in his hands was the medical report Alanis asked him to get about Claudia’s pregnancy.

If he finds out that Claudia was lying and has made him go through hell because of her pretentious act, he will deal with her mercilessly.

A knock was heard on the door and Harlow opened the door to both Grandma Hamilton and the doctor walking in. The older woman frowned the moment she saw the marks on Alanis’s back, she couldn’t believe that George had done this to his brother. He showed no mercy to Alanis.

But in all, she was happy Alanis was injured. In fact, for quite some time now she had been plotting something stupid for her grandson, anything to bring him and his wife closer. But everything just seems to happen so naturally.

"How is he doing?" Charlotte asked Harlow like the concerned grandmother she was.

"Bad. The wound seems deep." Harlow said calmly. "And the blood would not stop flowing no matter what I do." Harlow was exhausted at the same time sad without even knowing. Even if she hated Alanis more than everyone, she still cared for him like always.

This Alanis has been nothing but good to her. She couldn’t watch him get hurt.

"Come child, let the doctor check him, he’ll know what to do." Both women left the room with just Alanis and the doctor alone. As they arrived in the lounge, they could see Gus seated there.

"You’re here?" Harlow asked surprised to see him in the Villa by this time of the night. In his hands was a brown envelope, he had brought the document Alanis asked for even if it took a great deal to get it. The doctors and nurses there were too loyal to Claudia and had refused to release any information about her.

Gus did all the tricks he knew, he threatened them, bribed them, and did everything but that stupid doctor was so stubborn. But in the end, they agreed and gave him.

What Gus didn’t understand was why Alanis had asked for Claudia’s pregnancy report. He was married to Harlow so what did he want to do with that?

Gus wondered if the pregnancy was his and he was trying to hide it. She bent his lips as he stared at Harlow in pity.

Poor woman, here she is handling the company, but his boss is cheating on her. It was none of his business, but Gus contemplated whether to tell her or not.

After seeing how smart Harlow was, he finally decided she didn’t deserve a man like his boss. He may love his boss and is very loyal to him, but Harlow doesn’t deserve to be treated that way.

"Good evening madam," Gus said with a bow.

"What are you doing here?" She asked as she found her way to the sofa. She was exhausted after all of the activities of the day and just needed some alone time. No company work for now, nothing. But she couldn’t avoid it.

"I came with the document master Alanis asked for it’s about C..."

"Drop it on the table, I’ll have him look at it later." She said brushing him off and Gus did as instructed.

"Please ensure that Master Alanis gets this madam, it is really important." He said. Harlow wondered what it was as she stared at it. Of course, Alanis was going to get it, but not today or tomorrow, or even the next. It would take weeks before he recovers.

"I will." She said calmly glancing at the document again before shifting her gaze to Charlotte.

At the same time, Claudia hurried into their Villa, and both Grandma Hamilton and Harlow stared at the girl.
