Harlow arrived at the audition center. The place was packed with people, actors, and actresses ready to audition for her movie. She couldn’t believe the turn-up. The people in here were even more than she was told they were.

"Welcome Mrs Hamilton, you’re late." A man walked up to her leading her through the back of the building. They have all been waiting for more than an hour now, most people were already giving up, and others just hung around.

They could stay for as long as possible as long as they got the role.

When Harlow got inside the room, there were already two men seated at the table, waiting for her. One being Benson and the other was probably Mayor, the man Benson had talked about.

The way they both stared at her already told her they were mad. Harlow smiled inwardly, ready for their scolding, but rather than that, Ben got up and hugged her.

"Welcome Mrs Hamilton, you must have a very busy schedule, we almost thought you wouldn’t make it today. It’s good you remembered." He said ushering her to her seat. For a moment, Harlow was puzzled by his sweetness, then she remembered who she was.

She wasn’t just Harlow Blackwood anymore, she’s the president of Hamilton Corp. The fastest growing multi-company in the globe. If they continue growing at this rate, the Blackwoods will officially be dethroned.

"Thank you." Harlow beamed.

"Welcome Mrs Hamilton." The man called Mayor stretched his hands for a handshake and Harlow didn’t hesitate to shake him.

"You must be Mayor?" She asked and he nodded with a slight bow. For a director she was told yelled at everyone, he seemed so calm. Just right now, he was frowning when she walked in, and the moment she reached him, he mustered a smile.

Harlow sat on her chair, positioned between both men, and in no time, the contestants started walking in.

"Hello, my name is Sasha." The young girl said.

"And my name is Mike."

"But for now, we’re going to be Erya and Darian." They said in unison.

"Alright, welcome Sasha and Mike, please carry on," Harlow said.

Sasha took in a deep breath and walked over to sit on a bench kept in a corner for her.

Harlow recalled writing this play. It was about her and Alanis and what she thought their future together would be. In the play, after loving Alanis for so long, she finally quit and left. But when she did leave, was when he ran mad.

He searched the world for her, and when he did find her, she didn’t love him anymore. This was what she imagined her love with Alanis would end up like, but who knew the ending to her one-sided love story would be her death?

Even till the end, Alanis never loved her...

Harlow watched Mike walk up to Sasha seated on the bench. "Elyra... I’ve searched every corner of this earth for you. Every second without you felt like a lifetime. I was a fool. A blind fool who didn’t see what was right in front of me. I’m so sorry for hurting you. I love you. I always have.

**ELYRA** *(turns to him, her expression calm but distant)*

Darian (Alanis), I spent so long waiting for you to see me, to love me. But that time is gone now. My heart... it doesn’t belong to you anymore." Harlow murmured the words with the actress. It was still surreal that her imagination was turning into a movie.

But should she change everything? Could she write the actual thing that happened?

Wouldn’t that be sad, wouldn’t people frown at their love story?

"Stop!" She suddenly said.

"Why? Don’t you like their acting?" Benson asked surprised. He had been lost in their acting. The couple seemed to play the role so well that he felt like he was in the movie.

"I do. In fact, we’ve got ourselves our actors. But I just thought of another end to the play. I’ll send it to you once I’m finished" She picked up her purse as she rose from where she sat.

"An ending, what happened to this one?" Mayor was the one who spoke this time.

"I should be done in two weeks and by then, we’ll start shooting immediately. Thank you for your patience." She took the script from the table and left the room immediately. The two men seated across from each other only stared at her dismissing figure.

To cover up for what just happened, Mayor turned to the actors, "Thank you for coming. You both have been chosen for the movie role. As our script writer said, we’ll see you in two weeks." The actor and actress jumped with joy. They were both so excited about getting the role.

Soon, the news about the canceled audition was all online as everyone was angry about not getting a chance at screening. They have waited for hours, only to be dismissed.

As the sun set through the city of Halkhalls, a black sleek car moved towards a well-known estate. An estate tucked away from common people. The car kept moving till it abruptly stopped with a loud screech.

"What is it?" He asked his chauffeur who seemed to let out a sigh of relief. He would have crushed Garth just now if he didn’t look very well.

"It seems Madam Garth is lying naked on the floor." He said frustratedly. Every day in the Hamilton family’s mansion was one drama or the other. It was either Garth was poking Harlow, his new madam, or she was doing something else. But it would always be drama.

"What has my villainess done this time," Alanis muttered under his breath massaging his temples as he stepped out of his car.

His stepmother lying outside is only his wife’s doing and he wonders what she has done this time.

"Alanis," Garth called dramatically when she saw him step out of the car. She has been waiting out here patiently for his return. She even tore her clothes more to make her acting look more real.

"Why are you out here lying on the floor?" His deep voice echoed as he tried to avoid looking at her almost exposed form.

"Harlow. That stupid wife of yours did this to me. She chased Lia out of the Villa and tore my clothes."
