Aryana brought Erik inside the store. The renovation has been completed though the interior was not completely decorated yet.

The shop was divided into three sections according to the segment of the audience. A spacious section was allocated for the luxury brand. There was a lounge area where customers or their companions can rest.

"What do you think?" Aryana asked Erik.

"I still think this is quite small." Erik went to the couch to take a seat. He found it to be comfortable.

"This is not like it is a department store. We will only focus on clothes and a few accessories. Later on, we can expand." Aryana pouted her lips. What a difficult man to please. "Besides, we can’t make it too big otherwise it will look empty if there are not too many clothes to display."

"Sounds logical." Erik smiled when he saw her pout. "I like the logo. Who designed it."

"Well, we held a contest on the internet. We shortlisted ten of the best designs and have the netizens vote. And that’s the one which garnered the highest votes." Aryana pointed to the logo displayed prominently outside the store.

’What a smart woman,’. Erik thought. ’Her actions has created more interest and awareness on the brand.’ Erik looked at his wife. His eyes were full of admiration. He was convinced that Aryana has a talent in business. She was able to maximize the full potential of the internet to bring benefit to her company. He was contemplating whether to allow her to work full time in her company.

The day of CoChi’s store opening finally arrived. Aryana, Elaine, and Jessa were wearing the cocktail dresses designed by Vince. They arrived at the venue early. Rex, Ariel, and a few of their friends were already there. Aryana also invited Marlon, Alex, and Franco. Franco brought with her Julia as his partner while Alex also bought the doctor that he was dating.

The actress that Aryana invited through Clark came with him. Since she was a famous celebrity, she attracted a lot of attention and a lot of paparazzi came.

Erik and the other guests came one after the other and soon it was time for the ceremony to start.

In the Prestige section, elegantly dressed mannequins were arranged artistically in the display area. The guests were given free membership cards that gave them discounts on any item that they will buy from the store.

"You are so invested in CoChi. Are you a major shareholder?" Clark asked Aryana when he had the chance to approach her.

Aryana smiled at him. "Something like that."

"Is Erik also a shareholder?" Clark asked. He noticed Erik left earlier. Probably he went to the washroom.

"He would not bother to, with a small company like ours." Aryana realized too late that there was something wrong with what she said.

"Ours. So you are a co-owner of this company?" Clark probed.

"A shareholder is a co-owner right?"

Clark chuckled. He studied Aryana. She looked beautiful in the halter wine red gown. The fair skin of her arms and shoulders were a contrast against the color of her dress making her look alluring. Her slightly was pulled back in neat bun but a few strands were left hanging to frame her oval face.

The handsome CEO of Galaxy Entertainment released a long breath. He really liked this woman but he has a formidable enemy.

"Why did Uncle Gram did not come?"

"He is resting at home as he is not feeling well today. Besides he is not really fond of events like this." Clark said honestly.

A photographer approached them and asked if he can take a photo. Both Clark and Aryana gave their permission and the photographer happily snapped photos of them.

"You looked good together. You are a perfect match." He happily blurted out while going through the photos he just took. He felt a chill running down his spine. When he looked back, he saw the CEO of Gaeya Corporation looking at him with a sharp gaze.

"Sir, can I take a photo of you together with them?" He thought that maybe he was angry because he also liked his photo to be taken.

Erik did not reply but walked toward Aryana and stand close to her. He gestured for the photographer and he started snapping photos.

Aryana was feeling awkward. She was standing between two famous CEOs and she felt the tension between them. Aryana saw the actress that helped Erik cut the ribbon earlier was looking at her with envy.

"Cookie, come join us." She called her in a friendly manner.

The beautiful actress approached them with a bright smile on her face.

"Congratulations on your store’s opening Miss Jones," she said respectfully.

"Thank you also for coming over."

"If not for Clark, I should not be here." Cookie looked at Clark and smiled.

Aryana’s gaze darted from Clark to Cookie and back to him. ’Are they in a relationship? Good if they are.’ Clark did not have to pester me.

She reached out her hand and pulled Cookie closer so she was standing between her and Clark.

"Let us have our photos taken together."

The photographer took Aryana’s cue and worked diligently. ’Today is my lucky day. This is a rare opportunity. I am pretty sure I’ll earn a lot from these photos."

Mira, the vlogger who came with winner of the logo design contest was live streaming when she saw the four people standing together for a photo. She hurriedly went beside the photographer.

"Guys, look who I found." She focused her camera on the four people in front of them.

Suddenly Mira’s chat room became active.

’Is that Erik Lee? He is very handsome. Who is the woman standing beside him?’

’Cookie is so beautiful. She and the CEO of Galaxy Entertainment is well matched.’

’Yes, Cookie is beautiful but I think Aryana Jones is more beautiful.’

’Are you blind? Look closely. Cookie is prettier. Besides, she is very good in acting.’

"Yana, congratulations on the opening of your store. I wish you luck. I didn’t know you have a knack for business" Marlon said with a lot of enthusiasm.

"Thank you. I learned a lot from you and Erik." She said with a slight blush on her face. Indeed she learned a lot from those two men especially when it came to being decisive.

"Congratulations Aryana. The designs of the clothes are superb and the materials are pretty good. We can see that the workmanship is pretty neat. You have a very good product, I’ll buy my girlfriend a few dresses." Alex pulled the slender young lady toward him and looked at her dotingly. "By the way, Aryana, meet my girlfriend Francesca." Alex proudly introduced his girlfriend to her.

"Nice to meet you, Francesca. You are lucky. Alex is a good man." She winked at her.

Francesca smiled at Aryana. She felt that she was a nice lady. Alex has been talking about her all the time to the point that she was jealous. She thought that Alex liked Aryana. She learned however, that Aryana was Erik’s woman and she was no longer threatened by Aryana.

"Thank you. I know that Alex is not just a good man." She looked at Alex shyly then she placed her hand in his arm. "He is an excellent one."

Aryana and Francesca both giggled and then they exchanged contacts.

At the Prestige section of the shop, Franco was hesitating whether to approach Aryana or not. Julia was browsing the dresses on the rack.

Aryana seemed to have read Franco’s mind. She approached them and gave him a half smile.

"I hope that Miss Lopez finds the clothes to your liking?"

"Yes of course. This one has a unique design." She took out a burgundy mini-skirt dress and placed the dress on her. She looked at Franco and arched an eyebrow.

"It looks pretty. Why don’t you fit it so we can see better?"

Julia took two more dress and went to the fitting room.

"Congratulations Aryana. I did not believe at first that you can do this successfully. Look at your guests. Almost everyone is carrying shopping bags."

Aryana glanced around. Indeed a lot of people were carrying shopping bags and many were queuing to pay.
