Archi went over to where Nyx had sat down watching the whole scene quietly.

"Well, you did a nice one mother, he is already beginning to get confused," he patted her shoulder.

Nyx looked away, she had listened to thier conversations.

"Archi my dear, as much as I hate to admit this, I think I am falling off track, please do not let me," she stretched out her hand to take his.

He took her hand, and helped her stand up, "That is fine mother, that is why is we are in this together, do not worry about all this, I have everything under control."

"I heard what he said Archi," she chipped in, her eyes almost retreating into their sockets, while she pursed her lips.

He looked away, balling his left fist, "Forget all those, we are not here for that," he mumbled.

Nyx felt a unknown feeling gnaw at her heart, "Please just let me leave this place, I do not know how much more I can keep up with all of this."

Archi cupped her face on his hands, "Mother, I understand how you feel at the moment, but please we can do this together. We are not letting a wrong slip away just like that. You alone know the pain you sent through when you had to run away from the palace."

Her eyes burned with tears, "It was one awful evening for me that day, the worst evening of my life. I want to right that wrong..."

"Exactly, we have to be compensated for that, come on mother, let go of all these emotions you are feeling, and replace it with that rightful rage, and that is what we are going to do."

She inhaled sharply, "Please, can you walk me back to the servant’s quarters?"

"You would need to change first," he scratched his neck nervously.

She nodded, "How much more longer are we going to be doing this?"

"A few.more nights till he is totally doubting himself," a grim made its way to his face.

She gulped, swallowing hard, "I do not feel so right all of a sudden, I do not know why, but it seems this would escalate more than it is supposed to."

"Why are you thinking that way mother?" Archi raised his brows.

"I just have a very bad feeling about this. I have been trying to shake it off but it still will not shake off. My instincts are never wrong," she closed her eyes, taking I a deep breath.

Archi pulled her into a warm embrace, "I understand how you feel mother, just calm down. You are just overwhelmed at the moment, and maybe you are tired from trying to processing all of this."

"Let me go change then," she nodded, and walked away into a much darker corner.

When she had left, Archi’s heart began to throb, "What is this bad feeling she is talking of now?" He balled his fists. Even though he had tried acting all nonchalant in front of her, he was getting quite scared too.

"This is not the time to be discouraged all of a sudden, come on mother, please do not make this hard," he palmed his face, "we just want to get this over with, and get the justice you deserve, there is no need dragging it further," he shrugged his shoulder, them looked straight up.

"You were here when all of this Injustice happened to her, now please make sure everything goes smoothly so I can just finish him off. After all, you are a goddess of Justice, are you not?" He rolled his eyes, "Make everything go smoothly for us," his muttered

After a while, Nyx was done, and she had already come out with her normal clothing.

He stretched out his hand, and she took it. Archi was the only one who truly understood her around her, she just was not ready to lose him to anything.

"Archi my son, please be careful, I do.mot want to lose you to any kind of execution or anything."

"You will not lose me mother, everything will go smoothly, just be rest assured," he squeezed her hands, looking lovingly into her eyes, "I want you to get that justice you deserve, I will stop at nothing till you get it."

She wiped the corner of her eyes to stop the tears that were threatening to fall, "I love you so much son," her voice was choked.

He chuckled, "I love you too mother, just do not worry about anything. I am with you now more than ever.’

She chuckled, she had found a man In her twenty year old son, how her grew up so quickly.

"Oh yes, there is something I would like to tell.uou before it slips out of my mind."

He tilted his head, "Hm?"

"You might definitely come across a young Royal lad at some point, he is your cousin, I do not remember what his name is though."

He sneered, "What cousin?"

She rolled her eyes at him, "Do you not remember Dora was pregnant? Or course it is her son."

"Oh, she did give birth all those years back," he yawned.in boredom.

"Do not be such a pain," she smacked his shoulder lightly, "Please if you ever see him, keep him out of all this.he is innocent, and has done nothing wrong."

"Yesz if course, I will not touch him," he raised his hands trying to show how serious he was.

"I know you Archi, you might still want to teach him a lesson," she groaned.

"I am telling you I will not, j will not do anything to him. Cross my heart," he made a cross sign with his right index finger, a sly smile spreading across his face.

"You better keep your promise," she narrowed her eyes at him.

He chuckled, "of course," he locked forward with amore serious expression on his face, "Of course," his eyes darkened.

By this time, they were close to the servant’s quarters, "Thank you so much my dear," she stopped to give him a hug.

"You are welcome mother. I love you," he embraced her warmly.

They stayed like that for a while before disengaging from the hug.

"Have a good night my dear," she waved at him, before walking away.

Archi turned on his heels, "Now where is that cousin of mine?"
