"What do you mean with dark forces?" Abby narrowed her eyes, she looked at Iris with hooded eyes. How she could tell there were dark forces came their way when she couldn’t feel anything.

Abby balled her fists under her sleeves. She didn’t want to admit that Iris’s divine power was way more powerful than her, but after witnessing how the Sylph came to her aid and how she destroyed the Nefilims, she couldn’t help the trembling in her heart.

Someone else, held divine power stronger than the Serafim herself. How that could be possible to happen?

"Decratic has made a move to launch another attack," Iris said in a matter of fact tone.

"There is no way he still has the energy to launch another attack. The last time, you have injured him." Abby then leaned her body forward, as she scrunched her brows. "I still not yet received an explanation about the black wisp that appeared that day. What is that? That’s not coming from you. I am sure about that."

Behind the Serafim was her five personal knights, while Iris brought the beta, gamma and her five personal warriors, though they were outside of the door and not stayed in the room, but Jace and Ethan were enough to support her, more so they were still waiting for a few people to come.

Iris stared at Abby for a while, she looked aloof and nonchalant. It was not like her usual self, she looked very detached from this world, as she spoke.

"Will explain more detail about the Decratic?" Iris asked, they still had not yet received any explanation from the Serafim about the Decratic when she supposed to provide them with some useful information. "Isn’t it very demanding of you to ask for our cooperation and all of our hard earned information when you don’t do the same favor to us?"

"Luna Iris," Cedric intervened and the other four knights knitted their brows toward her, while Iris could feel Jace and Ethan were ready to defend her. "We are here in order to help you, to assist with the black magic and dark magic users. It is your responsibility to provide us with the detail of the information."

However, she didn’t need that. There was nothing could scare her at this point, aside from the threat of losing people she loved and needless to say, these people before her eyes were strangers.

"It is your responsibility to destroy and get rid of Decratic. You came here upon the information from the former prince Alan, who currently is a Decratic himself. Alpha Cane and me, and our whole packs have nothing to do with that." Iris looked very serene when she spoke, as if there was nothing could disturb her.

That was true, the Holy Kingdom came because the information they got from Alan about the activity of the black magic, though they didn’t know Cane was the one, who pulled the string. He was the true instigator for them to be here, but in a way that was the best decision he had made.

"If you want our cooperation, we want the same effort from your part too." Iris leaned her back against the chair, her mind was worrying about her baby, though she was speaking lightly. "I want to emphasize this; We are working together in this matter. We are not working for you, please feel free to put your knights in the front line if you still think this matter is only concern the Holy Kingdom."

Being in the front line in the battle could be said as a suicide line, because they would be the first batch of people, who got killed if the war broke out.

For Iris to suggest the knights to be in the front line when they faced the shifters, it almost the same like she cursed them to death, or so how it sounded for Abby and the knights.

"You can’t demand us to reveal the matter inside the Holy Kingdom, luna Iris," Abby spoke. "We need to discuss this with our elders if we need to disclose such secret about Decratic."

Iris nodded, she put her hand on top of Ethan’s thigh when she sensed he was about to retort, the gamma was very annoyed with the way the Serafim acted.

"Understood," Iris said and this made Abby relieved, but it only lasted for a while, because the next thing the luna said made her gritted her teeth. "In that case, we will wait for the result of your discussion, until then we will fortify our pack against the upcoming dark forces. Please bring your knights and leave our pack until we get the answer."

Abby was stunned, she slammed her hands against the table. She looked enraged. She had been holding back her uneasy feeling against her, but now Iris was openly disrespected her.

"Luna Iris!" Abby raised her voice, which made Jace and Ethan stood up and the five knights put their hand on the hilt of their swords, ready to unsheathed it. Tension engulfed the whole room. "Do you want to say, you will throw us out of the pack?!"

Iris blinked her eyes innocently. She and Cane had talked about this beforehand and throwing the Serafim and the Holy Knights was actually Cane’s idea, but he was not here to address it, so Iris took this matter in her hand.

"The Decratic is coming after you, Serafim. You are the one, he wanted. He is your responsibility to take care of and as the luna of the pack, this is my duty and my responsibility to take care of my people," Iris said. This might be the first time for her to acknowledge herself as the luna of the pack and called them as her people. "This might be harsh, but you need to understand that we have our own priority."

Abby gritted her teeth, she was speechless.

"You are going to kill us if you threw us out of the pack!"
