"You can leave the carriage here. You should go in by yourself."

When Peter looked over, he saw a middle-aged man sitting there talking to him.

"How do I enter the city?" Peter knew that there was still a long way to the Alchemy Hospital and flying would only expose his abilities, so he had to ask for the proper way to enter.

A young man smiled and asked Peter.

After handing over the carriage, Peter followed Karry.

Peter smiled: "I know nothing about the structure of the Alchemy Hospital. Can you tell me more?"

Karry explained: "The Alchemy Hospital is a core department in the Shire, and a large one at that. Currently, our Shire has nine Special-grade Pill Doctors in the Nascent Soul Stage, who are the nine elders of the Alchemy Hospital. The entire Alchemy Hospital is built around them and divided into nine departments. Although these nine departments manage the same content, they’re divided by area and do not interfere with each other."

Peter nodded slightly.

Karry continued: "Below the Special-grade Pill Doctors are Tier 3 Alchemists – upper, middle, and lower grades. There are specific standards to evaluate Alchemists: you belong to the grade that can refine elixirs of your level. There are five Upper-grade Alchemists, twelve Middle-grade Alchemists, twenty-one Lower-grade Alchemists, three hundred and twenty alchemist assistants, and six hundred and seventy apprentices."

After hearing the situation, Peter nodded. It seemed that there weren’t many alchemists, and as far as Peter knew, many alchemists were transferred from the counties. So, it appeared that alchemists were in high demand within the Shire.

"Do you know what level of alchemist someone like me would be?" Peter asked curiously.

Karry quickly answered: "Those who arrive are generally considered lower-grade Alchemists; however, there is an assessment palace where you can be tested. Whichever level you reach during the test, you will become an alchemist of that level."

Peter nodded, thinking that was fair enough.

"Is it usually busy?" Peter thought of the overcrowded hospitals on Earth at this time.

Karry shook his head: "Actually, alchemists are not too busy. As long as they complete their alchemy and refining tasks, they have a lot of free time and don’t even have to go to the Alchemy Hospital. Most of the work falls on the alchemist assistants and apprentices."

So that was the case. Peter found this job to be quite suitable for him, especially since it would make it easier for him to travel to Earth.
