"Liam, I really like this place." The beautiful woman holding Liam’s hand has stars in her eyes as she looks at the row of villas and starts to act coquettishly towards the man named Liam.

"Let’s look around some more," he said, his face showing little emotion.

The seductive saleswoman tirelessly promotes each building.

"Let’s look at some other buildings," said the man named Liam to the group.

Peter Brown has had his eye on the best villa all along, which looks even better than the model, with a mountain at its back and no other houses above it. The view is wide open, and most importantly, Peter can sense some spiritual energy fluctuations here, suggesting a small Spirit Vein passing underground.

"Sir, this is the best building in our complex, but the price is not low," said Charlotte, worried that Peter might not be able to afford it.

The seductive woman glanced at Peter and looked down on him, thinking that her colleague was speechless. Peter seemed way too young to be wealthy, and interacting with him was a complete waste of time.

Peter asked, "How much does this building cost?"

Upon hearing Peter’s inquiry, the middle-aged man surnamed Liam said, "Young man, not everyone can afford this. It’s okay to just take a look."

"Liam, you’re the big boss, and I love this place," said his girlfriend who had taken a fancy to the property.

Charlotte looked at Peter and said earnestly, "This is the best property, and it’s exactly twenty million after discounts."

Upon hearing the price of twenty million, Liam’s eyes involuntarily twitched.

The seductive woman smiled and said, "If you pay in cash, we can offer a further discount."

She looked at Peter with interest when saying this.

Peter nodded slightly and said, "Alright, I’ll take this one."

No one expected Peter Brown to actually buy the villa, and everyone’s gaze fell on him.

After a brief moment of surprise, the seductive woman chuckled and teased, "Don’t joke around, this requires real money."

Peter looked at Charlotte and said, "Let’s not look at the others. Let’s go pay."

The group took the house-hunting car back to the property sales office.

When they arrived, Peter Brown said to Charlotte, "Please help me with the paperwork."

"Are you really buying it?" Charlotte looked uncertainly at Peter.

"Why would I come to look at properties if I wasn’t buying?" Peter replied.

Charlotte’s face beamed with excitement at this point. "I’ll get the manager for you," she said, rushing out.

She knew this was the highest-priced house, and the company had always struggled to sell it. Because of this, the commission was set very high. Charlotte had approached Peter because no one was attending to him, not really expecting him to buy a property. Now that she saw he was serious, her heart filled with excitement, thinking that good people deserved good rewards.

Tara, the saleswoman, looked at Peter Brown and felt a deep sense of regret. She had originally been assigned to Peter, but after judging his clothing, she had pegged him as too poor to afford a house and completely ignored him, choosing to attend to Liam instead.

But what she never expected was that Peter would actually buy the twenty million villa.

Rich people shouldn’t pretend to be broke, Tara complained to Peter under her breath.

Peter just laughed and responded, "Who needs a ’rich person’ label on their forehead?"

Now Tara turned her attention to Liam, hoping that he could buy a property.

However, Liam had no money, let alone the ability to buy such an expensive villa. He looked at Tara and then said to his beautiful companion, "I’ve thought about it, I won’t buy a property for now. Let’s go to the jewelry store."

Not caring for her displeasure, he dragged her away.

Peter replied, "Yes."

"Mr. Brown, do you need your villa refurbished?" asked the manager, Paige Owen. She was proactive and engaged Peter in conversation.
