People were becoming increasingly scarce, Peter Brown carefully made his way inside.

At this point, an attack energy erupting from the ground could be found at any time, and even a sudden burst of flame could occur. Peter saw a young man of the Forty Star Rank swallowed whole by a blast of fire, leaving not even his soul behind.

Of course, Peter was not worried about such a place. He had summoned a Floating Device early on, which allowed him to advance in this area rather conveniently. Although the magic treasure could not fly, as long as there was a bit of wild grass to leverage, the Floating Device was sufficient to move him around, even quickly shifting him from a sudden surge of energy below.

Indeed, Peter had managed to dodge several lethal dangers using this device.

After crossing another location, Peter looked up to see a bright light overhead as a ray of sunlight shot down from the sky.

However, before Peter could ponder further, he spotted a group of people in the direction where the sunlight was shining.

Unexpectedly, there was still a group of people here!

As Peter looked over, his gaze intensified.

Right at the center, he saw a small herb enclosed in a light shield.

Under normal circumstances, it would have been an utterly common herb, but Peter noticed at a glance that the herb now seemed to have its own body. Though called a light shield, the light actually took on a human shape, with various colors of light forming a person’s facial features.

It was extremely peculiar!

This was an herb like none Peter had ever seen before.

Looking back at the people there, Peter was taken aback. The cultivation levels of the people there were not low—the two highest individuals had cultivation not less than the Hundred-Star Level, and even the lowest among them were above forty stars.

As Peter observed them, the gazes of those people also fell upon him.

This time Peter had not used an Invisibility Talisman, so naturally, those people could discern his level of cultivation.

"Peter Brown!"

A young man dressed in royal attire bellowed angrily at Peter.

Upon taking a closer look at him, Peter’s expression changed. Unexpectedly, Sebastian Winchester, the Eighth Prince, appeared here.

Peter recalled that this Sebastian was of the Twenty-One Star Level and had been captured by the Beast Sect. Seeing him here now, Peter surmised that there must have been negotiations between the Beast Sect and the Spiritual Spring Sect, resulting in his release.

Observing the few highly cultivated individuals standing with Sebastian, Peter believed they must be disciples of the Spiritual Spring Sect.

Indeed, at this moment, those disciples of the Spiritual Spring Sect also spotted Peter.

"Peter Brown, you chose not to take the path to Heaven and instead come knocking on the gates of Hell. Now that you’re here, don’t think of leaving!"

Sebastian charged towards Peter.

Seeing so many experts in one place, Peter had no intention of staying any longer. Before Sebastian could reach him, he turned and rapidly retreated backward.

Obviously, the Winchester clan’s descendants harbored extreme hatred for Peter. Seizing the opportunity of finding him alone, Sebastian resolved to kill Peter.

"Junior Brother, I will assist you."

A girl shouted, dashing forward along with Sebastian.

This girl, an elite disciple of the Spiritual Spring Sect, surely had a certain fondness for the dashing Sebastian and, worried for his safety, naturally followed suit.

The disciples of the Spiritual Spring Sect were contending for a herb immersed in holy energy. Considering the girl was of the Sixty Star Level, they were not concerned about their safety and thus did not pursue.

As Peter fled, he kept checking for pursuers behind him. He was genuinely worried about being chased by a large group, but upon seeing that only two were pursuing him, he felt somewhat relieved.

Of course, Peter’s strategy was to lead the two of them far away from the rest.

"Junior Brother, be careful," the disciple of the Spiritual Spring Sect, Gabriella Graham, called out while chasing and addressing Sebastian.

"Sister, I’m fine. Today, no matter what, I will kill Peter Brown. I want to have him cut to pieces!"

"Don’t worry, Sister will definitely help you."

Both of them were quite bold. Despite hearing about the many deeds Peter had accomplished, they did not believe that someone of only the Twenty-Three Star Rank could pose any real threat to them.

That’s about far enough; further escape would be too much!

After quickly assessing the surroundings again, Peter found the energy impacts in this area to be significantly more powerful.

Without a second thought, Peter released one Divine Stone after another from his hands.

Following the release of the Divine Stones, a Trapping Array was instantly set by Peter.

In fact, Peter had already speculated that he didn’t need to do much; trapping the two individuals would leave them to be eliminated by the Earthfire naturally.

After setting up the formation, Peter ran forward a little more.

With the Floating Device at his feet, Peter stood still, watching the two come towards him.

At that moment, Sebastian Winchester and Gabriella Graham had caught up. They had not expected Peter to stop running and stand his ground. In their confusion, the two inadvertently entered the center of the Trapping Array that Peter had set.

Peter smiled and said, "Why bother? You can’t match me; pursuing me is looking for death."

"Peter Brown, do you think the Winchester clan is defenseless? You’ve wrought havoc upon my family; today I shall kill you!"

As it turned out, Sebastian, being a prince from within the Imperial Palace, had little worldly experience. Even with high cultivation, he was like a child in front of Peter.

Hearing the young man’s shouts, Peter shook his head, sighed, and said, "If you wish for death, so be it."

After throwing out a Divine Stone to activate the Array, a Trapping Array rose around them.

"This isn’t good!"

Only then did the two realize that Peter was indeed a formation master. When they attempted to escape, they found themselves trapped.

Both now regretted their carelessness that allowed Peter to trap them.

Neither were proficient with formations, and they desperately attacked within the confines of the Array.

Peter chose not to attack; he wanted to see just how ferocious the Earthfire could be.

As Peter watched, another burst of Earthfire erupted in every direction.

Initially, the two trapped individuals didn’t think much of it, believing they could break the Array with time. However, during their discussion about breaking the Array, a flame burst forth from the ground.

"This isn’t good!"

Their expressions shifted drastically.

Before they could react, a torrent of fire struck Sebastian directly.

The flames were too intense. With one blast, half of Sebastian’s body was destroyed.
