Chapter 1882: Chapter 1880: Supply Point

Peter Brown was stunned when he looked at the contents of the Jade Tablet, noticing that four groups of numbers had unexpectedly appeared.

One, four, nine, eleven, fifteen!

Peter Brown, of course, knew this meant that the death of five princes was being attributed to him.

Looking around, Peter Brown also had some enlightenment; five princes had died suddenly, and their deaths had to be blamed on someone, and since he was the closest to them, naturally, it seemed as if he had killed them.

Sweat!

Peter shook his head repeatedly, never expecting such a situation to occur. This, along with the deaths of Prince Edward and Prince David at his own hands, meant the deaths of seven princes would be blamed on him.

He truly hadn’t expected such a thing to happen.

When he checked the situation in the Land of Thunder Realm again using the exploration talisman, Peter turned around and quickly fled into the distance.

Today’s events were too perilous, and Peter didn’t know which direction things would develop, so escaping from this place of dispute was crucial.

After the invisibility talisman became ineffective, Peter didn’t know how far he had run. After sensing his surroundings, he found a cavern, set up a formation, and concealed himself inside.

Sitting cross-legged inside, Peter then had time to properly think about his situation.

Today’s events were truly unexpected, and so unexpected that Peter had no mental preparation, and suddenly, several princes had died. The competition for succession was probably nearing its end?

Peter didn’t know what sort of measures other princes would take, but now that the strongest had perished, the struggle might be much smoother.

However, Peter didn’t dare to be careless; even though the strong had died, the weaker ones were not necessarily weak. They surely still had support from some powers, perhaps even from major sects; on what basis would he compete with them then?

At that moment, Peter turned his attention toward the Beast Sect. Since Prince Harvey was already dead, the only thing Beast Sect could do was support him.

However, there was likely still many a variable involved; the most concerning was that Prince Harvey’s mother seemed to be a disciple of the Great Elder. If the Great Elder directed his hatred toward him, the problem was still very serious.

Peter looked again and again at the number corresponding to Prince Harvey on the Jade Tablet, now wishing that there weren’t any markers related to Prince Harvey or the other princes.

For Peter, the sect was truly powerful, and he really didn’t want to have any conflict with the sect.

After a while, Peter thought about the fact that Prince Edward and Prince David did not have the backing of any sects, and he immediately decided to ensure his safety, the killing of Prince Edward and Prince David could be acknowledged, but the killings of Prince Samuel, Prince Frank, and Prince Harvey could never be admitted, no matter what.

Fortunately, clearing the numbers on the Jade Tablet wasn’t difficult; as long as he was willing to give up the rewards from Heavenly Dao, there wouldn’t be any problems.

With energy activation, the numbers on the Jade Tablet rapidly disappeared.

Ten minutes later, Peter had cleared those numbers from the Jade Tablet.

Looking at Peter’s Jade Tablet now, only the incidents of killing Prince Edward and Prince David could be seen.

Although the deaths of those five princes had some benefits for him in taking possession of their resources, if revealed, several sects would bear a grudge against him, so it was better not to let on that he was involved in the matter.

What made Peter somewhat melancholic was that the deaths of those princes were caused by Heavenly Thunder, and he hadn’t obtained any items from them.

Upon entry, there were twenty-two people, and now, including himself, eight princes had emerged; he didn’t know if the remaining fourteen princes had also been killed.

After seriously contemplating these matters for a while, Peter sighed; everyone else had the support of a sect, but he truly didn’t have the sincere support of any sect, and it was hard to say what attitude the Beast Sect would eventually take.

Thinking about the strength of the Sect Disciples, Peter’s original idea of staying out of sect affairs faded away; at the right time, he still needed to foster good relationships with sects that could shield him from adversity.

Taking out some food, Peter underwent closed-door cultivation here for several days, not being in a hurry to leave.

After a few more days, Peter collected his items and left the cavern, rushing toward a distant place.

That was a place where one could rest, looking like a supply station for everyone.

As soon as Peter arrived there, he immediately saw many people wearing sect clothing.

"Who’s there?"

A Sect Disciple guarding the place looked at Peter and asked.

Looking at these Sect Disciples, Peter understood that it wasn’t just a few sects that could enter here; throughout countless years, many sects had their own means of entering; this was just an eruption.

"Prince Winfield Winchester!"

Peter declared with an arrogant air and then remained silent.

Hearing that another prince had arrived, the guard’s face broke into a smile and said, "Alright, come in."

Entering the place, Peter found it very lively, with several princes resting here.

"Winfield, how did it go for you?"

"It wasn’t a big deal; I was ambushed by Prince Edward and Prince David, and I ended up killing them."

Hearing that Peter had killed Prince Edward, everyone looked at Peter differently, no longer with the condescension they had before.

This was the effect Peter wanted, and he said to them, "Not bad, how did you fare?"

With that question, Peter realized they were indeed strong; the princes who had died at their hands amounted to six.

Seven, including his own six, meant thirteen had died already.

Besides himself, there were another six people!

Looking at the princes here, Peter saw there were four, and two were not present.

Peter tentatively asked, "What are everyone’s powers like now?"

One of the princes sighed, "No one knows what the situation inside looks like."
