After watering it with Concentrated Spirit Liquid, watching the Immortal Valley rapidly growing, Peter knew it would be fully mature in two days.

Having finished these tasks, Peter then picked up the Immortal hoe. Looking over the hoe, he saw that it was completely clean, as if new, without a single speck of mud on it.

Indeed, even a hoe, if it is an Immortal Artifact, is an extraordinary object.
