Chapter 313 - 313: Part 2: Meeting with Leader Gisela

Jeremy now found himself in a tricky situation. He had no options right now.

Either he had to go with her to officially join the organization, or he should join a better organization.

But he had already signed a contract. It wasn't wise to break the contract. After pondering for 15 minutes, he made a decision.

He said, "I can come with you. But I still want to complete my first year of studies here. Is this possible?"

Gisela was taken aback. She thought he would decide to come with her. But then she realized the kid was feeling uneasy right now.

"I can't make a decision on this. But you can speak to the Head of the Organization. Once you become part of our organization, you can then visit this city whenever you want," she said.

"If you want to continue your studies, you can join Central University 10 in our City A," she added.

Hearing that, Jeremy shook his head before saying, "No, I'm thinking about this university because of the STRIKER Department."

"Okay, as per your wish. Are you coming right now?" Gisela asked.

"What about my parents and the Dean?"

"Should I inform them?" Jeremy asked.

Gisela said, "You can talk to your parents first. We will tell your Dean later."

Hearing that, Jeremy nodded to her before taking out the digital device to make a call.

When the call was connected, he spoke to his father and informed him about the current situation. Ron Night was rather shocked.

He didn't expect the day to come so soon. He felt sadness because of the sudden parting. But Jeremy assured him that he would come back after spending a few days there.

He wanted to speak to his mother, but his father stopped him. His father had decided to talk to his mother later.

After the call, he turned towards Leader Gisela.

"My father has agreed. He will convey it to my mother later," Jeremy said.

"Let's go to our university right now," Gisela stood up and said.

Jeremy was stunned, but he agreed. Night had fallen. It was a good time to talk to the Dean.

About 20 minutes later, they entered the university. He brought her to the Dean's office. On the way, everyone was shocked upon seeing her.

The aura coming from her was oppressive, similar to that of the City Governors.

When they arrived in front of the Dean's office, he directly knocked on the door.

Knock!

"Come in!"

An old female voice came from inside.

Creak!

Jeremy opened the door and walked in the next second. Gisela followed him inside.

Old lady Carolyn was sitting behind the desk. She was surprised upon seeing Jeremy Night. But when her gaze fell on the middle-aged woman, Gisela, her expression changed drastically.

"Tier-7 Beast Tamer," she stood up and said.

Gisela smiled and said, "It's nice to meet you, Dean. I'm Gisela from the Shadow Moon Organization, 10th Zone."

"Shadow Moon Organization!"

"10th Zone," old lady Carolyn was shocked to the core.

She was not new to the name. She had heard about this organization before. It's one of the famous organizations in the 10th zone, headed by a Tier-8 Beast Tamer.

The next second, she recovered her thoughts and said, "It's good to meet you, Ms. Gisela. Please take your seat."

"You sit as well," she then said to Jeremy. Then she sat back in her seat.

Jeremy Night and Gisela then sat down.

Old lady Carolyn had already guessed what was going on in her heart, but she was shocked.

She didn't even know that someone from the Shadow Moon Organization had contacted the kid before.

Gisela was still smiling.

She said, "I guess you have already figured it out. But I'll say it openly: Jeremy Night has joined our organization. He and his family got a residence permit as well."

"You can say that he is a local of the 10th zone right now," she added.

Old lady Carolyn widened her eyes in disbelief. This was news to her, shocking news at that. She had guessed it a second ago.

But still, it was a huge shock to her.

"When did this happen?" Carolyn asked.

Her eyes were directed at Jeremy Night, wanting to know the answer.

Jeremy sighed inwardly. He could tell that she was annoyed. Before he could open his mouth, Gisela said, "It was not long ago. We found his profile during the Genius List meeting of the Human Alliance."

"Apparently, his profile was not selected for the genius list, but we thought Jeremy would be a good addition to our organization," she added.

Hearing that, a look of understanding dawned on the Dean. In fact, she knew Jeremy Night's profile would be exposed.

But she hadn't expected one of the top 10 zones to really pick him. What more? She realized that the kid was deeply hidden.

"He is already a Tier-2 Beast Tamer," old lady Carolyn thought to herself.

Not long ago, she, Elder Derek, and Instructor Jacob had come to the same conclusion.

She then gave a deep look at Gisela. She knew that Jeremy's information was confidential. That kid must have spoken to her about this, especially about the unknown lifeline beast which the kid was unwilling to use.

"What about the STRIKER Department?" she asked.

"Jeremy Night is willing to complete his first year of studies here before moving out completely. But before that, he has to convince the Head of our Organization," Gisela said.

Jeremy was silent from the beginning to end. He did not feel guilty at all because he had long since expressed his desire to enter the top 10 zones.

"Okay, I'll take care of things here," old lady Carolyn said after accepting the facts.

She knew that the kid wanted to move from the beginning, but she had underestimated him at that time.

Instead of the 2 S-Graders from the first year, Jeremy Night, with A-Grade talent, was going to move out.

She didn't know how others would react if the news came out. Then they spoke about a few other things before exiting.

Jeremy Night didn't pack his things. The important stuff was inside his storage ring.
