Chapter 85: Asking for A Beating~
Chapter 85: Asking for A Beating~
"No need." Yun shook her head.
Leon looked at this and felt amused. One girl in their team was a big eater that the word rice bucket was simply not enough. The other girl was such a small eater.
It seemed that their team is really unique.
But thinking that he himself ate less than Aya, Leon started to wonder whether Aya’s physique would be able to hold down so much food. Where does it all go?
"10 is not enough?" Silas asked Aya.
Aya shook her head and then said, "No need to trouble your mother, Brother Silas. I can eat something else later."
Besides, Aya was also pretty rich.
Her father didn’t skimp her from her pocket money even though he was clearly disappointed with her progress. It was just that Aya didn’t know how to interact with her father in this life.
All Patriarch White wanted was for one of his children to inherit his position.
Aya didn’t want to show her talent because she knew that it would be dangerous if the Fourth Head of the Wansu City were to know about her real talent.
While her brother was weak from birth.
This wish was clearly impossible to do.
And now, Patriarch White rarely stayed at home. He was busy with other things and Aya also didn’t know what he was doing. It seemed that he was trying to find out a way to improve her brother’s physical body.
"Cooking another one would not take that much time."
"Then I help?" Aya asked tentatively. She didn’t want to overwork Silas’s mother.
"Can you cook?" Silas looked at Aya in confusion. If he was not wrong, Aya’s craft could only be categorized as terrible when they cooked in the wild back then.
Aya coughed and looked away.
The answer was very clear from this gesture.
They all have already seen Aya’s craft and everyone knows very well how ’good’ Aya’s cooking is. It was so good that even a fine piece of meat could turn into a lump of charcoal.
As for how it happened...
They were not sure either.
The others: "..."
Leon rolled his eyes and muttered, "Stupid."
They have known each other for a long time. How could Leon not know that Aya couldn’t cook at all?
They all knew about this but they never talked about this.
Well, the food was not inedible but the taste was a bit... hard to describe.
"Forget it. I’ll be the one to cook," Silas said helplessly as he stood up to walk to the kitchen. He was sure that when Aya got married in the future, she would have to take more missions.
Otherwise, she wouldn’t be able to feed herself.
Aya scratched the back of her head. "Then I’ll trouble you, Brother Silas."
"Wait here for a while."
Compared to Aya who only knew how to barbecue meat when they were fighting outside, Silas still knew how to make simple dishes. It was definitely far from his mother, but it should be edible enough. Anyway, Aya has never been picky with her food.
Silas also didn’t want his mother to be too tired from feeding all of them.
Hoping for Aya to eat less was definitely an impossible request.
"Even if I practice more physical arts, I can’t eat as much as you." Dean patted his stomach and looked at Aya curiously. He had eaten four bowls, which was actually quite a lot too. But compared to Aya who had already finished 10 bowls, it was very different.
Moreover, his stomach showed a faint bulge after he had finished eating.
It would take time before it was consumed.
"It might be because I’m more capable," Aya replied with a smile.
"More capable?" Leon narrowed his eyes. "Meet me on the training grounds, I’ll defeat you this time to the point you can’t even speak!"
"Tsk, you have never even defeated me." Aya rolled her eyes.
The three boys have already challenged her several times when they were still in the magic academy. Of course, the result was nothing more than these three being beaten up so severely that it was impossible for them to come to the academy without bandages.
Coincidentally, they would have a three day break.
It should be fine if she beat them again, right?
Both Dean and Leon suddenly felt chills on their back and their eyes turned to look at Aya. The only person who could threaten them nearby is only Aya.
Yun?
She’s not an attacking type of mage.
Even if she was given the chance, it would be impossible for Yun to beat them up based on her personality, so only Aya was left.
"Wait for me to finish eating and then I’ll beat you two up." Aya grinned. She didn’t mind teaching these boys another lesson, or well, another beating. It just needed her to lift her hand for a bit and didn’t really expend that much energy from her.
"Wait, I didn’t provoke you this time!" Dean protested.
"It’s the same, it’s the same!"
"Nooo!"
"Come on! Don’t be a coward!"
"Damn it, Leon! If you want to ask for a beating, don’t drag us too!"
"Ahhh!"
The boys were noisy but they knew that once Aya had decided so, they would have to face her. Everyone could only wait bitterly for the time to go to the training ground. So after Silas came out with a few more bowls for Aya, she finished them all and then dragged Leon and Dean to the training ground.
There, Silas watched as both Leon and Dean were rubbed to the ground by Aya. They didn’t even have the time to finish their chant. His eyelids twitched when he watched this and then laughed.
The violent little Aya still hadn’t changed.
"Yun, don’t forget to heal them!" Aya said to the sidelines. The only person in their team who was not beaten up was Yun. After all, Yun was not exactly a fighting mage but more of a support mage, so Aya kept her hand and didn’t make Yun suffer too.
"Okay~." Yun smiled and raised her hand to cast the spell. "Healing light."
With that, both Leon and Dean have somewhat recovered. They looked at Aya in front of them and gritted their teeth.
"Don’t be so arrogant! We’re not prepared just now!" Leon said arrogantly and then quickly readied his magic. "Earth spike!"
Swish!
At the same time, Dean rushed towards Aya, not allowing them to be the one to take the initiative.
By the way, Leon had two types of magic, which is earth and darkness. Dean has fire magic and Evan has wind magic. Yun has light magic and Aya only showed her wind and water element. In this way aside from the wind element which both Aya and Evan had, the other magic they have didn’t really stagger with each other.
"Fire punch!"
Dean was using the method that Aya taught him when they were fighting the ghost to fight against her now.
The corner of Aya’s lips curled up. "Good, but you’re too slow."
Swish!
Within moments, Aya had already arrived in front of Leon. Leon, who had only finished casting, lost his target and was stunned.
Bang!
A punch landed on his face squarely.
