Chapter 84: This is... (2)
These ghosts would come to her because they were attracted to her breath or physique or whatever, and Aya would always direct them to the Fourth Head of the Wansu City.
But from what she could remember, it would not usually pass by Black Family areas.
After all, the ghosts could come from any direction and so far, it was quite random. Aya herself didn’t know where they actually came from and how they managed to bypass the large formation that protected Wansu City. However, she did take a note that they all came from all directions.
The Black Family was only in one direction.
At most, one or two ghosts passed by nearby.
That small number of ghosts would not cause such a heavy ghost aura around Silas’s mother.
"Alright, what do you want to eat?" Silas asked while handing the menu over.
Leon looked at his cousin speechlessly. "Brother Silas, you do know that this is a small restaurant and there are only very few menus inside, right?"
"Yes." Silas looked away guiltily.
He actually didn’t want his mother to work so hard, which was why this restaurant was only a small one. But his mother insisted on working to reduce his burden.
For this matter, Silas couldn’t really do anything but to make sure that he worked harder.
Aya went back from her thoughts and looked at the menu in front of her. "Just the special noodles then. I miss the noodles that Aunt made."
"Ok. How many portions do you want to eat?" Silas asked.
"10?" Aya asked while tilting her head. "If it’s not enough, I can always eat out before coming back home later~."
The others: "..."
Dean and Yun silently looked at the menu in front of them while Leon shook his head. They have long known about Aya’s bottomless stomach. Honestly, they wondered how Aya would survive if they were to stay out in the wilderness after they started taking missions later.
With how much food she needed....
Hehehe.
They were sure that it would be impossible for them to cook for a long time when they were outside. After all, they might attract magic beast to come and disturb them.
At that time, they had to hurry up.
Who would have time to prepare several portions of food for Aya?
At the very least, they knew that they couldn’t do it.
Thankfully, the noodles were bought and Silas’s mother only had to cook it. Otherwise, her hand would definitely be sore if she had to cook 10 portions just for Aya.
The others only ordered one portion and then some side dishes.
"It’s delicious," Yun praised after she had finished eating.
"I want one more portion!" Dean was more direct. He turned to look at Yun with a grin. "How about you? Eat another portion?"
"No." Yun shook her head pitifully.
Her stomach was small and couldn’t digest so much food.
In fact, it might be related to her relatively weaker physique. Compared to the other four children in the team, Yun’s physical strength could be said to be the worst.
Leon and Evan still practiced physical strength even if they focused more on magic.
Dean and Aya didn’t have to be said.
Dean focused on physical arts while Aya actually focused on magic, but she couldn’t show her magic on the surface, so it seemed as if she was only strong in physical arts.
On the other hand, Yun mostly used her control of magic to strengthen her body from time to time to catch up with them. Otherwise, she would be left behind by her teammates until there was no way to see their backs anymore.
But her talent in physical arts was not very good.
"If you want one more but can’t finish it, I can eat the rest," Aya volunteered. After her physique was strengthened, it seemed that 10 bowls were not enough for her. She didn’t mind eating more and firmly placed the rice bucket title on her head.
Anyway, it was not a surprise for those who knew her that she could eat so much food every day.
The others looked at Aya speechlessly.
Leon glanced at Aya’s flat stomach. "Where did all that food go? I can’t understand how your physique didn’t seem to change even after eating so much."
"It just magically disappeared," Aya replied with a grin.
She patted her stomach and silently thought that she should develop that mana rich food as soon as possible. Otherwise, she would have to spend most of her time eating every single day.
Though, most of her improvement came from the system that she had made.
But Aya didn’t want to rely on it for everything. Training + system was the most efficient method for her to get stronger.
So she had to cut down her eating time.
