"Go play your drama elsewhere! None of your freaking business!" Kang Xing was indeed angry. It was not his fault he blushed when he got nervous. He grunted at Niu Rang and took a couple of steps forward to catch up with He Teng, asking, "Captain, can I ask you a few questions? Is Dongxue engaged? Does she have a boyfriend? Can I be your brother-in-law?"

He Teng paused, looking down at Kang Xing without saying a word, then carried on walking.

"Captain, is it okay? Can I get an answer, please?" Kang Xing persistently pleaded, "I really like Dongxue, I mean really really like her. The moment I saw Dongxue, I felt my heart beating wildly. I could almost feel it jumping out of my chest! When Dongxue smiled at me just now, it melted my heart. Captain, if you don’t give me your blessing, I feel like I might stay single for the rest of my life! I love Dongxue!"

"Then stay single." That was all He Teng muttered after a while, without acknowledging anything else.

This single word made Kang Xing freeze on the spot, an anguished expression on his face. Was their captain really this ruthless?

"Captain~" Kang Xing was on the verge of tears. Had he upset the captain because he declared to marry He Zhilan before while protecting her? This time he was sincere. He really did like He Dongxue! It was love at first sight!
