Rise of the Harem King
Chapter 120: Harem house

Chapter 120: Harem house

Hina stared deeply at Davi with her beautiful blue eyes, which seemed to see straight into his soul. Then, in a calm tone, she finally asked,

"What are your intentions with my dear younger sister?"

Davi choked on his food, his eyes widening at the sudden question.

What kind of answer should he give?

"You know, I’ve heard rumors about you," she began, her voice calm but sending a shiver down Davi’s spine.

Davi hadn’t even stopped to consider how outsiders might perceive the harem. He was already too preoccupied with preventing internal conflicts and convincing his girlfriends that it was a good idea.

However, perhaps the real obstacles and the greatest sources of complication didn’t lie in the internal tensions of the harem, but outside it.

"Some say you’re dating four girls at the same time, maybe even more."

Hina raised her wine glass slowly, her eyes never leaving the man across from her. She brought it to her lips but hesitated, then set it back down without taking a sip. Her fingertips lingered, absently tracing the rim of the glass as she studied him.

"Tell me, are these rumors true? Or false?"

Her eyes fell on Davi once more as she awaited his response.

But how should he answer?

The most honest thing he could say was that the rumors were true. But if he did, he’d have to explain many things he’d prefer to keep private. That said, lying seemed an even worse option, as he’d have to maintain those lies in the long run.

Not only would it be easy for Hina to discover that he was indeed dating all four, but he also had no intention of hiding it.

"Yes, the rumors are true," and considering all this, he answered the only way he could.

Hina’s eyes widened slightly for a moment, surprised by the direct and honest response from the boy before her.

"At least, it’s true that I have four girlfriends. I don’t know what else they say about me."

Davi took a deep breath and met Hina’s gaze, needing to convey as much sincerity as possible.

"But I’m absolutely certain that I love my girlfriends with all my soul."

"So you’re not a terrible man, deceiving poor innocent girls?" The girl asked with an amused smile.

David couldn’t tell if she believed him or not, but all he could do was keep saying it. He once again confidently declared that he loved them all. He then went on at length about each of the girls, the relationship he had with them, and why he loved them.

"I have to admit, you’re a really good sweet-talker," she smiled faintly. "The passion in your words could undoubtedly fool an innocent little girl.

Hina took another sip of wine, pausing to let the man reflect calmly on what she had said.

"But why can’t you choose just one?" she asked.

For a moment, Davi hesitated to respond. He didn’t want to talk about his own powers. Besides, saying that he needed the harem to grow stronger didn’t seem like a good justification at that moment.

"Perhaps because you want the power that all of them can grant you?" Hina said.

Her eyes scrutinized every expression on the boy’s face, who was momentarily speechless. In the end, whether he spoke about his powers or not made no difference, because Hina already knew everything.

She hadn’t come to talk to him to actually gather more information, but to test him.

"Now," she said in a slow tone, "may I know what you plan to do with the power of my dear little sister? Or rather, with the power of my family?"

In that instant, she exuded a terrifying pressure that made Davi want to take a step back. But he was seated, so that wasn’t an option.

What do I want? Davi asked himself, as he felt Hina’s heavy gaze on him.

Obviously, his dream was to become a great adventurer. Perhaps the greatest of all. But that answer clearly wouldn’t help him in that moment.

So he recalled the first thing that woman had asked. What she really wanted to know was Davi’s intentions with Sylvia.

So he started contemplating which was the right answer to that question... But, thinking that way wouldn’t get him anywhere. Hina seemed capable of seeing through any lie he might tell.

Therefore, the right question Davi should be asking himself was: ’What do I want with Sylvia?’

Then an answer bubbled up in his mind. And he knew exactly what to say.

"I want to see her smile honestly. After all, her smile is enchanting," Davi said with a confident look.

"You always have an elegant answer ready, don’t you?" The pressure on Davi intensified even more.

But he didn’t back down, commenting on how Sylvia sometimes seemed like a robot. He genuinely wanted her to be able to act more freely, of her own will.

Finally, looking that woman straight in the eyes, he promised he would do his very best for Sylvia.

And at last, the pressure eased a little.

It was hard to tell if Hina was satisfied with the answers she got or not, but she didn’t ask anything else about the matter. And the atmosphere lightened.

The boy took the opportunity to eat the delicious banquet that had been offered. And even though the food had cooled down a bit, it wasn’t something he could ignore.

In the end, Hina paid as promised and even gave the boy a ride to Luna’s house, where he would sleep.

And before leaving, she said she would like to talk to him more often in the future.

Then, without further explanation, she left, speeding her car through the city.

Davi sighed softly, and after greeting the doorman, he entered the building and went up the stairs to his floor.

He was already too tired to dwell on that subject, so he just wanted to get home and sleep a little.

That said, another sigh escaped his lips when he remembered the fact that he had left the house a mess. He would probably have to tidy up a few things before going to sleep.

And already thinking he would lose his night’s sleep, the boy opened the door and was surprised to find that everything was perfectly organized.

Davi knew Luna well, and even though she had many good qualities, organization was never one of them.

Furthermore, she was a somewhat lazy woman; she would never clean all that in just one day. In fact, the most normal thing would be for her to be in her laboratory until that hour doing more experiments, as always.

So who could have done this?

The answer came quickly when Davi heard a familiar voice call out to him. "Welcome back, Master."

Alexia smiled charmingly, her ruby-red lips slightly parted in silent invitation. Her steps were light as she approached her man.

The semi-transparent nightgown she wore flowed softly with each movement, clinging to the girl’s curves without hiding a thing. Her hardened nipples pressed against the fabric, the outline of her sexy breasts becoming defined with every step she took.

Moreover, the nightgown was far too short, exposing her smooth, shapely thighs completely. With each step, the hem rose slightly, offering a glimpse of soft skin.

"Why are you here?" Davi asked the girl, a little bit surprised.

Alexia moved even closer and kissed her man gently. Then, feigning sadness, she asked:

"Are you not happy to see me?"

"It’s not that..." Davi stumbled over his words for a moment. "But I thought you’d go back to your place. You didn’t have to come clean up."

"Of course I did," she replied. "After all, this is where my Master lives. It’s my duty to keep it properly organized."

To some extent, Davi could understand her logic. Besides, he wasn’t about to complain about getting free help keeping his house clean and tidy. Thanks to that, he could still go to sleep at the time he’d planned.

That said, her next words surprised him:

"Besides, I intend to live with you from now on. Otherwise, I won’t be able to serve you properly at all times."

"Wait..." Davi paused for a moment. "Did you at least ask Luna if she’d allow it?"

"Not yet," Alexia admitted honestly. "I couldn’t talk to her this morning. She spent the rest of the day locked in her lab at Enki. She still hasn’t returned."

Hearing this, Davi could only sigh with mild concern. He’d prefer it if his best friend didn’t overwork herself like that.

"Besides, we don’t need her permission, because I don’t plan on living here."

Davi raised an eyebrow, seeming not to understand what the girl was getting at.

"I think we should all move into a mansion instead. So you can have your very own... harem house."

Alexia closed the distance between them sensually, then whispered in his ear:

"What do you think?"
