Everybody in the auction hall gasped in unison as a Sentient Sword flew toward the young appraiser at blinding speed as it sliced the air. Ma Yuan smirked wide from his seat as his sword was about to skewer Ash’ head.

However, such things never happened on the main stage. Instead of dodging the flying sword, Ash stood still like a reef amidst the rampaging waves while his gaze was calm and serene like a mountain lake.
