"Ah Shen, I want to sleep for a few minutes!" She was feeling drowsy and a little heavy-headed. She instinctively opened her eyes even though she could only see the blurry images and her eyes hadn’t changed their colour. It’s like they were drained of color.

"Okay..." He softly hummed getting over to the hallway of the VIP presidential suite, he didn’t take her to the VIP room Nanny Wei was occupying but rather took her over to the other vacant room, Cheng Yi opened the door for him and got inside.

He walked past the sitting area and went into the bedroom before placing her on the bed and tucked her in. He switched the heater on making sure the room was warm and covered her with heavy duvet.

"Anything else you want? Food? Water?" He bent over gazing at her calm face and closed eyes looking like a sleeping beauty, her face was recovering and in no time, she would be back to the beautiful jade-like Wei Wei! She still looked so beautiful as usual.

"Let me rest for a few minutes, Ah Shen..." She hoarsely muttered while turning herself around and slept sideways giving him her back.

"All right, I will get myself ready Ang go over to the hall and entertain our guests while you take a nap..." He pecked her forehead as he gently caressed her face while moving her baby hair bangs to the side exposing that beautiful face.

He wasn’t going to rush her for anything, they had to be patient and wait for her until she was ready! He didn’t mind giving them accommodation in his hotels for the night.

"Hmmm..." she softly hummed falling asleep, she just wanted to sleep. Huo Shen didn’t disturb her, he walked back to the sitting area and closed the bedroom door not allowing anyone to go in.

"Cheng Yi, check the entire place for any hidden cameras if any, and if you find them, destroy them, Huo Zheng, get my clothes from Nanny Wei, I need to get ready as soon as possible!" He settled down on the couch first to get some rest, he felt exhausted but still, a fresh feeling lingered on his body.

His body didn’t feel like someone who was hurt earlier on a few hours ago.

"Okay, should I tell the escort girls to come over to the hall? They have been ready and waiting at the boardroom for hours from the arranged time wondering if the procession we had planned previously would take place... Should we let them join other people in the hall?" Huo Zheng was gazing at his iPad that was delivered by Cheng Yi. He had several emails and message notifications.

"What time is it?" He hoarsely muttered as he roughly ruffled his hair while rubbing the space in between his eyebrows. If possible, he no longer felt sane to continue with this engagement banquet party, if it weren’t that Su Wei Wei wanted it done, he would have excused himself and taken an entire week’s vacation.

"It should be 2:30, I will go and get the clothes for the both of you..." He had just turned around when Huo Qi walked into the room. He closed the door gazing at Huo Zheng.

"What happened?" He had been nervous the entire time wondering why they had rushed away from home like that!

"It was just a small accident, I will get some things first..." Huo Zheng was in a hurry to get Huo Shen’s clothes so that he could start getting ready. He opened the door and walked through the hallway over to the further end where Nanny Wei and the kids were.

Huo Qi didn’t have any guts to ask Huo Shen where he had been and what happened to them, seeing his closed eyes while wearing his mask, could tell him what ordeal they had gone through. He quietly stood there in the corner.

Huo Zheng got over to the VIP room Nanny Wei was occupying and gently knocked at the door.

Nanny Wei who was eating with the kids at the table got up from the couch and strode over to the door, peeking from the door pinhole to see who it was before unlocking and opening it.

"Mnnh... I want Huo Shen’s clothes and all the other things you carried for him! I think Huo Qi did pack them..." He walked over to the sitting area and got closer to the kids gently ruffling their head hairs while waiting for her to bring the stuff over. The kids were busy eating their food.

They turned their heads around and warmly smiled at him before continuing to eat.

Nanny Wei went over to the bedroom picked up a package that belonged to Huo Shen and passed it over to Huo Zheng. It contained his clothes and male stuff.

"I think that should be it! Where is Su Wei Wei, she needs to get ready...." Nanny Wei who hadn’t seen Su Wei Wei walking in, inquired wondering why she wasn’t getting into the room.

"She is with Huo Shen getting some rest, you would have to wait and she will come over, just get the kids and yourself ready, Huo Shen would get a good team to get her ready..." Huo Zheng walked out of the room into the hallway going back to the other VIP room.

Nanny Wei stood there wondering the kind of rest Su Wei Wei had to have instead of getting ready as the event had already begun! Wasn’t he spoiling her too much?

She went back to the couch and joined the kids to eat, when they heard Su Wei Wei was resting, they were calm and knew their big sister was just around the corner.
