"Better me! You are a princess too... Remember that." They loudly laughed giggling while Huo Shen and Huo Zheng stood there watching them laugh, then it hit in her mind what just Nanny Wei spoke up.

She immediately stretched her hand and blocked Nanny Wei’s mouth, "Momma, don’t say such kinds of words again! You might make people misunderstand, I’m a normal girl from the Su family... Normal girl, remember that... Huo Shen, is my name registered under the Su family?" She coldly glared at Nanny Wei, whatever she was saying, had better keep it until dead.

"Nope, it’s under Huo..." Su Wei Wei was never registered under the Su family and that was why it was easy for Huo Shen to register her under the Huo family without having to get her first household register to transfer her since she was never registered under any other household.

"What would happen to those kids?" Huo Shen was more worried about those kids, and maybe they knew they were already rejected by their father since at the age of five, they understood everything, but they were of royal blood even though it wasn’t pure.

"What would happen? Who told you that those kids came from that kind of a family? If they did, where were they when they were being trafficked? All right all right, go on and have your breakfast, it’s a busy day today!" Su Wei Wei picked up a bowl of congee and passed it over to Huo Shen who received it before she strolled out of the kitchen.

Huo Shen who had received the bowl turned around to gaze at the girl who was vanishing through the hallway while still wearing the peach-coloured apron that had cartoons printed all over.

"Should I follow her?" Nanny Wei didn’t know what to say or do! She herself didn’t know what was happening in that family.

"Is my mother from a royal family?" Huo Shen inquired about something he has been wanting to do, only people of the same social circle can stick together.

"I don’t know, I’m off to eat my breakfast!" Nanny Wei strolled out of the kitchen back to the dining room before settling down in her dining chair.

Huo Shen was left with Huo Zheng standing there, that response was an answer already. He slightly smirked placing the bowl of congee on the countertop to have it.

"Huo Zheng, I want you to cancel all the invitation cards of all the royal families that want to attend our engagement banquet!" He didn’t want anyone to spoil his good day.

"Hehehe..." Huo Zheng who has never opened his mouth to laugh found himself laughing,’ what a drama!’ he inwardly muttered gazing at Nanny Wei before looking at Huo Shen.

This revelation was something else, and it had to happen today of all the days, but why wasn’t Nanny Wei being straightforward by saying Huo Shen’s mother was a princess too? What could have transpired to cause this?

"What are you laughing about?" Huo Shen was slightly annoyed and irritated! The existence of these people was a disadvantage to their lives, they were gonna bring chaos.

Huo Shen lifted his hand to punch him but Huo Zheng reflexively avoided it.

Canceling them now will be irresponsible on our part, they have traveled several hours to get here..." Huo Zheng had accompanied Huo Shen to this same family to conduct some business projects, they were a royal family in the neighboring country that was currently governing.

"I’m going back to have my breakfast! I wasn’t done!" With that, Huo Zheng strolled back to the dining table settling down to continue eating.

Huo Shen stood there waiting for Su Wei Wei, he thought she had gone over to get the other kid.

Su Wei Wei who had rushed away opened the guest room and walked in. Tang Ying was still asleep, so she strode over to the bathroom closing the door, and squatted there close by as her eyes watered.

It was okay to know she was a one-parent child! But knowing how much she had suffered in her previous life in the Su family couldn’t relate to a child who had both parents present.

If she had a father, why didn’t he look for her since her mother ’Tang Fei’ was alive? Why did all of them leave her to suffer? What did she do to deserve this?
