He jerked up stopping what he was doing and immediately got hold of Nanny Wei’s hand that was placed on the dining table before dragging her away. She got up and allowed him to drag her away while everyone else at the dining table was surprised and lifted their heads to look at them after hearing those screeching sounds wondering what was happening to him.

Nanny Wei was surprised that she was being dragged away but went along with him over back to the kitchen wondering what kind of emergency that came up just all of a sudden.

Su Wei Wei had just removed the pot and placed it aside serving some congee over to a bowl so that she could cool it down before giving it over to Huo Shen but she lifted her head only to see him back.

"What brought you back? It’s ready! You can wait at the dining table for a few more minutes before I bring it over." Su Wei Wei was surprised and gazed at them as one was leading while dragging the other over and getting into the kitchen.

"That kid there looks like she comes from a royal family, she has similar facial features to yours! She dies everything the same way you do." Huo Shen didn’t beat around the bush! He knew how those royal families were complicated and their mannerisms instilled from childhood, and if they were from one of them, then what could have led them to be like this?

"Royal family?" Nanny Wei immediately froze for a second while she stared at Tang Ning who was still having her soy milk, she hadn’t taken any interest in looking at that girl, but her mannerisms were totally different from any other normal girl.

"Hehe... Ah Shen, you are thinking too much, maybe they were brought up by their strict parents like that emulating those royal families’ etiquette! We don’t have any royal family in this country, how could they even get here..." Su Wei Wei lightly laughed brushing it off after hearing his suspicions.

She bent over to get a tablespoon that was in the lowest drawer, and the white jade necklace Tang Wei had given her, sprang out of her blouse hanging out.

She stood up after closing the drawer and placed the tablespoon on the countertop before holding the necklace to return it into her blouse hiding it! She hadn’t done any research on it and didn’t want it exposed until she knew where it originated from.

Before she could return, Nanny Wei stretched her hand and got hold of that white jade scrutinizing it. How could she not recognize it? It even has a name ingrained in it.

"Where did it come from?" She nervously inquired gazing at the familiar jade while her hands slightly trembled! She didn’t have plans of getting entangled with the royal family, but here they were knocking at the door.

Su Wei Wei snatched it away from her before putting it into her blouse, she didn’t like anyone touching it, it was a very special gift she just received from Tang Wei, "Tang Wei gave me during the accident and she told me to always wear it, and I promised to... Is there a problem with it?" Su Wei Wei slightly frowned gazing at Nanny Wei as her face alternated between white and ashen.

"This... This, haiyaa, it belongs to my brother..." She hoarsely muttered shifting her gaze away from her chest, those white Jades were six in number and each of them had been given one with their names ingrained and she even had one, but always hid it.

"Your brother?" Huo Shen eyed her for a minute before exhaling loudly, the last thing he wanted to deal with was a royal family.

"Yes, but they were never acknowledged or something like being abandoned from what I heard, they were kicked out even though they had lived in the Castle for five years growing up, that’s five years ago and I had left way back, their father supposedly had to marry from a royal family, so he abandoned the common girl they had three kids with, but I heard they had gotten into an accident and died, don’t ask me, I know nothing else more than that!" She shook her head, she didn’t know much as she had left back then while she was much younger.

"So, you are from a royal family? Which one is it?" Huo Shen crossed his arms around his chest as he called Huo Zheng to come over with his index finger to hear what was happening there.

Huo Zheng immediately got up and strode over to the kitchen knowing something must have happened very seriously that he was urgently needed! He stood at the counter to listen.

"Ye Royal family..." She didn’t hide it, she was a princess but had long ditched that life and title, she had decided to live the life of a commoner. Over twenty-something years now, she has forgotten even the etiquette.
