They had just arrived back at the Old Huo mansion and hadn’t settled down yet but now, they had to receive that sudden news.

"What’s the matter with him? Why doesn’t he call me as the president even if I don’t have any powers? Shouldn’t he at least notify me? What kind of hatred is this?" Huo Dong roughly tossed the towel he was holding with his left palm over to the couch inside his bedroom.

Each and every time his brother would do things without even informing him that ended up tainting his good name, he was the current president and he felt his brother was being very disrespectful towards him even if he was the Commander in Chief!

"Everyone is under arrest! The sooner you cooperate the sooner everything will be settled and nothing will leak out into the public! This is Commander Huo’s instructions..." They suddenly heard a chopper hovering on top of the mansion before settling down at the helipad.

Those loud microphone sounds echoed from the top of the mansion floor as Huo Dong loudly exhaled.

"We are under arrest? What’s the meaning of this? What’s that guy seriously doing? Doesn’t he know this would damage my image?" He had just coldly grumbled when the special armed forces streamed into the mansion down the stairs arresting everyone.

Huo Ting and Huo Dong were also handcuffed without any resistance and this absurdness irked Huo Dong as he tightly clenched his hands.

It was Huo Shen and he could only accept everything silently, it was a battle he wouldn’t win against him if he tried to resist, he accepted and they let him wear his clothes before taking him away through the chopper.

They were all headed to the same destination, and everything was at a standstill.

Those who knew were doing illegal activities abandoned their vehicles and cars on the various highways before vanishing, they were creating a huge jam with their stuck cars and vehicles.

"What’s the matter with your brother this time? We have just arrived for God’s sake! We haven’t done anything illegal permitting this arrest, right?" Huo Ting softly mumbled gazing at the maids who also have been arrested.

"Let’s see what he is up to!" They went quiet as the chopper flew away.

"Aawwh!" Su Wei Wei who was finally opening her eyes gently ruffled her hair feeling sharp headaches shooting in from all sides. Her head felt so heavy, her eyes were too groggy.

She carefully opened her eyes rubbing them gently crying to clear the fog around her eyes before checking her surroundings, she couldn’t understand what was the matter with her until she realized she was inside a moving vehicle.

The places had changed from the white tiled washrooms over to a shady-looking place.

Gazing around, she came face to face with several kids surrounding her, some were sleeping, some were wide awake and others had died and she could smell a dead body.

These kids were around three to fourteen years old, they were girls and boys mixed up. Their mouths were dry and their eyes had sunken in as they were also weak. You could tell they hadn’t eaten for several days in a row resulting in others dying.

The kids looked frightened and they could only curl up in fear, there was a young girl beside Su Wei Wei who was holding twin siblings as she silently sobbed. With her visible puffy eyes, she has been crying for quite some time for helplessness.

Su Wei Wei stretched her hand and checked their pulses, they were very faint kind of fading away, using her magical healing powers, she streamed into their veins just a little bit for each of them giving them stability until she understood the situation she was in.

"What happened?" Su Wei Wei worriedly inquired gazing at the girl who was bravely hugging her siblings in despair. Her eyes looked hopeless and in anguish.

"Our adopted parents sold us away, I begged them to let my siblings stay back but they were greedy and wanted more money! They said they could no longer feed their more mouths..." She hoarsely muttered recounting that painful moment that she begged her adoptive parents to let go of her siblings as they were sickly but no, they sold them off like some vegetables.

"All right, don’t cry!" Su Wei Wei felt sympathetic and understood her plight as the oldest as she was around thirteen and her siblings could be ten years old, one was a boy and the other one was a girl.

They looked sick and malnourished, the older sibling looked more worn out as she could be the one doing chores and working in that adopted family’s home, but still, these people were cruel enough for a few peanuts.

"And you?" She turned around and gazed at the boys who were curled up together keeping their heads bowed.

"We were in the streets and at the moment we woke up, we were in here, those two other friends of ours just died because of an asthma attack and diabetes..." One of them responded with tears welling but he was a man and crying and looking weak was never manly, and he could blink those tears back in with all the pain.

Understanding the situation, Su Wei Wei spread her warm aura and magical healing powers to stabilize them, and those who were feeling weak slightly felt better.

"I will find a way to save you all!" Su Wei Wei stood up and lifted her hands to feel the top of the Lorry if it had any opening to get her out.

They were packed at the front of the Lorry while at the back, it was nicely camouflaged with goods, anyone who opened the back door for checking and inspection, would think the lorry was packed up of only goods.

They gazed at her with hope but at the same time it dwindled seeing her tiny body frame, was she able to fight through those bulky men? They wanted to pin their hopes on her but at the same time, it was a burden. They kept their heads bowed and hoped for the best.
