Huo Zheng scrutinized them from a distance, to him, he felt like it was very odd for a medicinal pearl to look like that sparkling shiny deep purple pearl. It looked like a pearl used to make a necklace and nothing edible.

The guards were in doubt about such kind of medicine but this was their master, they would have to take it even if it was poison they were given. They each took a pearl and it dissolved into their mouth, they were surprised by its sweet and savoury taste like candy.

Huo Shen didn’t dare say it was his woman’s tears that they were having, no one would believe it, Huo Qi, Huo Zheng and Wei Tang were standing aside and didn’t pick them up. They were waiting to see the kind of reaction the guards would have.

But where could there Master get medicine that were purple pearls? "Huo Zheng, you don’t want to have one? It’s very sweet you know..." He turned around, his lips curved upwards mischievously while smirking as he glared at them.

"We have...." Huo Qi had just mumbled when they saw the guards running out all at once. What could have happened? Even Huo Shen lifted his eyebrows amused. Was it that effective?

He smirked in annoyance before strolling over to the door but then he halted turning around to face them.

"Check out who was patrolling around the swimming pool, I need to know what happened last night!" He strolled away back into the mansion. He didn’t know why, but he felt like someone did play a prank on Su Wei Wei last night making her this afraid of that bedroom.

He walked back into the mansion as he wanted to keep those pearls somewhere and see if they would still be whole and firm after hours of preservation. He decided to place them inside the fridge, they were so delicate, and this was his woman’s tears.

"Huo Qi, I know it’s you! What did you do?" Huo Zheng believed only Huo Qi would go to any extent to tease Su Wei Wei as she always teases him all the time.

"She was the one who left the windows and doors wide open! And then, how would I know that she is scared of ghosts... I was just trying to be helpful. " He nonchalantly muttered smirking. He had actually climbed over to the balcony to close them and maybe, at that moment with all the thundering and dark room, Su Wei Wei woke up and saw Huo Qi as a ghost with his lingering shadow illuminated by the thunder lights.

He had to leave quickly as she had rushed out of the bedroom while screaming and left the entrance door wide open too, what if Huo Shen came over at that moment and found him on the balcony? What was he gonna say?

"You really do know how to pick fights! If she does know you were the one, just be ready to be tortured..." Huo Zheng strolled out of the gym room going over to see how the guards were doing and order another batch to replace them if needed.

They were rushing to the toilets now and then like people who have been given laxatives. Huo Shen didn’t feel like this when he took it earlier on, maybe this was how it acted for someone having it for the very first time.

"Tsk..." Huo Qi and Wei Tang strolled over to the mansion, he knew the CCTV cameras at the back facing the swimming pool never worked because it was Huo Shen’s bedroom and he had closed them from anyone spying on him.
