Rose felt embarrassed for being suspicious of Evan.

"The building belongs to Dream Inc, so I’m giving it to you as a wedding gift. I hope you like it. And, you don’t have to build another building. Just save the funds you have to grow your company..." he continued.

His words touched her heart until she was unable to string a comment. Too touched by this man’s never-ending kindness.

After a while, "Thank you, husband..." The only words that could escape her lips.

"Wife, I may not be able to accompany you to lunch and dinner. So after your work is done, you can go home. I promise you, I will be back before you sleep."

"And if you want to have lunch out of the office, make sure Sam comes with you. Don’t leave the building without Sam by your side." Evan continued. His eyes stared at his wife, waiting for an answer, or a simple nod, to see if she understood what he was asking. His fear of terror happening in Nova city made him increase her safety.

Rose nodded slowly. She understood what he meant. But countless questions had been running through her mind with her husband’s protective act since this morning. He looks more peculiar than before.

"Hubby... What are you hiding from me?" She let out a gasp before she entered the building.

The female receptionist greeted her politely as soon as she exited the elevator. "Mrs. Wilson, welcome..."
