As Evan’s hand held hers, Rose felt a surge of energy fill her to make her legs stand firm again. She looked at her husband’s blue eyes to calm her mind for a moment. After feeling slightly better, she turned to look at Uncle Marcel. He was talking to the doctor who checked her mother’s condition.

"U-Uncle Marcel, my mom, how is her condition? Why did she close her eyes again?"
