Chapter 202: Crazy Rich Husband

"Use my cell phone!" Evan gave him his cell phone and started walking again.

Rose immediately typed in the search engine; DT Vineyard. Her eyeball almost popped out from her eyes when she read; DREAM Inc is the sole owner of this place.

Rose stood in her place as her eyes looked at her husband’s back which was getting further away.

"Evan, is the owner of Dream Inc?" She talks to no one. "No wonder he doesn’t care about the Collins group!"

After a quick count of the assets of Dream Inc and Starlight Investment, she was sure Evan could go head to head with Collins Group.

"Damn! He is indeed crazy rich!" A faint smile appears on her face knowing this fact.

"Hubby! Wait..." Rose ran after Evan, who was already standing at the end of the stairs leading to the house. "Why did you never tell me about Dream Inc!?"

"I was waiting for the right moment to tell you...." Evan accepted his cellphone and placed it in his trouser pocket. After that, he holds her hand and walks toward the house.

"So, when is the right time?"

"Well, I was planning to tell you tonight. But, since you already know, so... let’s go upstairs. There’s something I want to give you."

Rose frowned, but she followed him to enter the house.

Summer in Tuscany is hotter than in Fort city. Because Fort City is cooler with lots of cold breeze coming from the northern town, which always feels cold all year, like Iceland. But, even though it’s hot here, she doesn’t sweat. When she entered the house, the cool breeze from the air conditioner instantly made her feel refreshed.

They went straight to the second floor to their bedroom.

Rose was surprised when she saw their room was now tidy, and the scent of spring flowers filled the room. She walked to the glass door at the end of the room, and she just realized that there was a beautiful balcony in their room. She can see the back garden and the swimming pool where they had passed earlier.

"Evan, let’s sit outside..."

"Better in this room because it is hot outside...." Evan gestures to his wife to sit beside him on the sofa. "Come here. I have something to give you...."

Rose was surprised, looking at how serious his expression was now. She quickly walked to the seating area and sat next to him.

"This is for you...." Evan handed him a large brown envelope and an iPad. Rose was confused, but she didn’t ask anything. She just accepts that envelope and opens it.

"This!?" She was surprised to see inside the envelope. She looked at Evan with a confused look.

"It’s your wedding gift." Evan smiled before continuing, "Now you are officially my wife. So, as a husband, it’s my responsibility to give you that card. From now on, use that card to buy whatever you want. The card has no limit. Whatever you want to buy, you can pay with that...."

Rose was speechless when she got a black credit card from her wealthy husband. It made her feel surreal.

Evan smiled, looking at how surprised his wife was now. He continues, "And, there’s a bank book in there. These savings are in your name in one of the banks in Switzerland. Your monthly allowance from me will be transferred to that bank account..."

Rose opened the bank book, and she was shocked. The amount of money in the book is more than the assets owned by the Wilson Group. She looked at Evan in disbelief. How could Evan give her this amount of monthly money?

"Evan, are you kidding, right? You mean, the numbers here already cover my allowance for five or ten years?" She asks.

"Huh! What do you mean?" Evan frowned. Did Oscar wrongly transfer?

"This is too much money. How could you give me this much allowance for a month? This must be a wrong number, right!?" Rose handed him the bank book to see for himself.

After Evan read the book, he smiled, "Wifey! This is not a mistake... you will get the same as in this book. And for me, this amount may be my income per day. If you think this is not enough, tell me, so I can give you more...."

Rose was swallowing hard. Just this much, she was already feeling dizzy. What if he transfers more than this?

"No! This is more than enough!" Rose immediately forbade Evan to adjust the money. Instantly she felt embarrassed at the thought of how small her company’s assets now and her personal assets were compared to Evan. Gosh! Even if she tried her best, she would not match her husband’s wealth. She will just accept her fate to have a crazy rich husband.

"Huh!? So, are you satisfied with only this much?" He raised his brow. "Are you sure?"

"Yes! This is too much for me to handle...." A faint smile appeared on her face. If she received more allowance from Evan, she could start a new company monthly. And doing it without any struggle in raising funds from the stock market like she did when she built Wilson Group.

"Fine! But, you must tell me if you need more. You should remember, my money is your money. Your money is your money...."

"Haha... where did you find that sentence? It sounds weird..." Rose knows her husband must be joking. How could she claim his husband’s money is hers. Then, Rose suddenly remembered something crucial.

Before they married, they did not make a prenup agreement.

Did he forget, or did this man trust her so much that he didn’t bother with a prenup?

She wanted to ask him about the prenup agreement, but her eyes caught at the iPad on her thigh.

"Hubby... This iPad is also my wedding present from you?" Rose was smiling, looking at the new version of the iPad in her hand. Her husband is weird. Why did he buy her an iPad, even though she already has the same type of iPad at home?

"Open it! There’s a folder named with your name. Take a look at what you see there."
