Quirkless Hero
Chapter 218: The Final Act Begins

Chapter 218: Chapter 218: The Final Act Begins

The first light of the weekend morning spread across the land.

Normally, this would be a peaceful time for people to enjoy their day off.

But today, the entire nation was on edge, glued to their television screens.

Above Tokyo, more than a dozen helicopters circled in the sky, broadcasting the live footage to every household in Japan.

The League of Villains had openly declared war on the pro hero society.

It was a historic moment that no one could ignore.

The entire population of Tokyo had already been evacuated.

A true battle of the century was about to unfold.

At the center of it all stood Tokyo Skytree—also known as the "Sky Tree"—a towering structure over 600 meters tall, the most recognizable landmark in Sumida City.

At the very top of the tower, a black portal suddenly appeared.

Midoriya Izuku was the first to step through.

Standing at the highest point, he gazed down at the vast city below.

This was it.

The grand stage he had been preparing for so long was finally set.

"Dabi, send the signal."

"Got it."

Following Midoriya Izuku’s command, Dabi stood at the peak of Tokyo Skytree, raised his right hand, and unleashed a massive blue flame into the sky.

The brilliant fire shot up, so bright and intense that it could be seen from miles away.

Noticing the flare, news helicopters immediately rushed to the scene.

A cameraman zoomed in on the top of the tower, broadcasting a crystal-clear image to every TV screen in Japan.

There he was.

The leader of the League of Villains—Midoriya Izuku.

"He... he’s smiling?"

"He’s even waving at us!"

"Is he not afraid at all? It’s not just the army of pro heroes—All Might himself is there too!"

As shock and disbelief spread, the people of Japan watched Midoriya Izuku greet them with a casual wave—

Like he was saying hello to an old friend.

This time, it wasn’t just a large group of pro heroes taking action. There were also plenty of enemies who had a grudge against the League of Villains.

Even All Might himself had made Midoriya Izuku his personal target, waiting for him in Tokyo.

The moment Dabi released his blue flames, All Might and Togata Mirio exchanged a nod.

Then, without hesitation, All Might powered up into his muscle form and launched himself straight toward Tokyo Skytree.

Togata, however, didn’t follow. He had a more important task to take care of.

At the same time, both heroes and hidden enemies who had received the signal started rushing toward Tokyo Skytree.

The League of Villains had finally shown themselves.

It was time to settle both old and new scores.

"Alright, let’s move according to plan."

"Understood."

Following Midoriya’s orders, Dabi and the others stepped into Kurogiri’s warp gate, each heading off to carry out their assigned missions.

Meanwhile, Twice placed his right hand on Midoriya Izuku’s back.

His Quirk, "Double," activated.

From Twice’s left hand, a perfect copy of Midoriya Izuku emerged.

"I can’t copy all of your Quirks... Are you sure this is enough?"

"This will do."

Midoriya exchanged a brief glance with his clone, and then the duplicate stepped into Kurogiri’s warp gate and vanished.

Midoriya then turned to another figure nearby.

"Magician, wrap this up for me."

"No problem, boss."

The masked magician stretched out his hand toward the object at Midoriya’s feet—"Hell Messenger."

In an instant, the terrifying weapon, originally the size of a basketball, shrank down into a small bead.

"All Might and the others are bound to target this first. We can’t let them have it so easily."

Midoriya slipped the compressed bead into his pocket and gave a small wave to those around him.

"Go ahead and act according to the plan. This battlefield belongs to me alone."

"See you later, boss! Good luck."

With a final farewell to Midoriya, the others disappeared as Kurogiri’s warp gate closed.

This time, Kurogiri would be supporting the rest of the League of Villains in their operations.

Meanwhile, Midoriya Izuku would be facing the upcoming battle alone.

"Luck, huh... That’s something I stopped believing in a long time ago."

Midoriya muttered to himself.

His gaze then locked onto a black dot in the sky—something was rushing toward Tokyo Skytree at high speed.

"So, he’s finally here... I’d expect nothing less from All Might."

"Midoriya!!"

All Might shot through the air like a missile.

With just a single leap, he soared up to the 600-meter height of Tokyo Skytree.

His eyes, burning like fire, locked directly onto Midoriya Izuku.

"TEXAS SMASH!!"

There was no hesitation.

The moment All Might saw Midoriya, he threw his signature punch straight at him.

No words, no mercy—only raw power.

The battle was set.

The people of Tokyo had already been evacuated, leaving behind an empty city that now served as the perfect battleground.

Here, the strongest could go all out.

All Might had already made up his mind—he was going to bring Midoriya Izuku down once and for all.

Even though he only had the last embers of One For All left, this punch was still his full 100% power.

A force strong enough to break through All For One’s defensive Quirks.

The sheer force of the attack created a vortex of wind, a storm powerful enough to tear through Tokyo Skytree itself.

Yet, in response, Midoriya simply moved one finger.

From every direction, countless steel wires appeared out of nowhere, instantly wrapping around All Might and binding him tightly.

"You were too reckless, All Might."

"You should’ve known—I inherited All For One’s Quirk. Rushing in like this without a plan only makes you easy prey."

All Might struggled, but no matter how much force he used, he couldn’t break free.

Midoriya’s reinforced steel wires held him completely in place.

"’Black Box’—it works like Kurogiri’s warp gates, allowing my wires to strike from any angle."

"’Multi-Replication’—similar to Shoji Mezo’s ’Duplicate Arms,’ but with no limit on the number of wires."

"The only combat style I specialize in is using wires, so I only needed these two Quirks to enhance my fighting abilities."

Midoriya explained calmly.

Meanwhile, All Might’s face was turning red from the effort of trying to break free.

But there was something Midoriya hadn’t explained yet...

Midoriya Izuku still possessed the Quirk given to him by All For One, which strengthened his body and served as a defensive ability. As his physical strength grew, the durability of his steel wires became even more terrifying... to the point that even All Might couldn’t break free.

Struggling for a while but unable to escape the steel restraints, All Might locked eyes with Midoriya Izuku, his gaze burning with determination.

"No matter what, this time, I will put an end to everything!"

"Oh really? Maybe this will be the end of hero society instead."

All Might’s declaration, Midoriya’s mocking response... how would this battle unfold?
