The dreamy flower view under the shining moonlit seemed like a scene appearing straight out of a movie. It indeed made Kylian feel quite pleasant. His mood was uplifted and it even helped him to forget all the feelings of anxiety and fear rising inside him until a while ago.

But while he was enjoying the night view up from the sky, holding Zenith’s hand tight, suddenly a thought hit his mind, returning him to reality as he muttered turning his glance back on Zenith who was already staring at him with a jovial glimmer in his pitch-black eyes.

"Damn, how could we both forget something so important? We need to get back inside the Academy before we get busted out by anyone else. You didn’t answer me before, but why would you suddenly disclose your hidden ability to me?" Kylian urged him, rolling his curious gaze on him.

Indeed Zenith flinched a little from his question, realizing how much he had started to relish every moment he was spending having Kylian next to him. Even though he was initially annoyed by his bold confidence, the moment he witnessed Kylian’s transition into a dominant Omega who had submitted himself in his arms, just during the span of one night something changed inside him and in between their relationship.

And that change he was unable to figure out well.

Longing for Kylian’s scent which had a strange effect on calming him down, worrying for him when Kylian was not by his side, forcibly tying him by his side by forming a pact, and then finding out any silly excuses to kiss him with such maddening passion as if Zenith wanted to engrave his mark on him...

All his actions were very abnormal, unlike his usual nonchalant self which he had shown to everyone else until now.

Even now, Kylian’s question made him realize again, that he didn’t need to expose his gifted ability which should be only done in dire needs, but he did that anyway. Unknowingly, he was fighting the urge to take Kylian with him on a night flight all around the city...just the two of them, as if they were on some kind of date.

Isn’t it extremely abnormal to have such a drastic behavioral change overnight? Considering how much hatred he bore towards omegas, the arrival of one person in his life completely overturned his own beliefs.

Despite considering the possibility that Kylian might turn out to be his fated pair which Dr. Albert had told him before, he should’ve been able to detest him strongly from the very start, just what Zenith had sworn to himself he would do if he finds his own fated pair one day.

But since that night when he saw Kylian going in his first heat, his cold heart which he had never believed will feel any warmth in this life, beat very strongly for someone else.

The urge to keep him by his side, even if it meant forcibly, through such fervent actions, maybe Zenith was overlooking the words his cold heart wanted to convey...that, perhaps, if he had Kylian by his side, his cold heart might feel alive again...one day...

But how would Zenith know that...since it was the very first-time young adult Zenith was experiencing such a volatile outburst of emotions all of a sudden?

Zenith scratched the back of his head while holding a flustered smile, realizing that he had totally forgotten to get back inside the Academy if Kylian hadn’t mentioned it now.

Pursing his lips tight, he acted confident before him while trying to hide his inner embarrassment, "Well, that’s the reason why I showed this ability to you in the first place. But you keep distracting me by creating trouble for me."

"Hey...I said I am sorry..." Kylian sounded a little grim from his tone, as he was still feeling quite guilty for his past actions.

But being mindful to not make him sad again, Zenith swiftly shifted his direction towards the Academy and assured Kylian as he began to take him along with him, "Just as Barnes said before, the boys were still awake inside. So, using my powers we can sneak inside the campus without letting anyone know, that’s the reason I chose to show you my gifted ability."

Startled by his answer, Kylian felt it quite convincing to believe as they had already entered the Academy territory. The tall bell tower buildings which he had felt massively huge upon entering the gate on his first day now looked very small to him from the air.

He quietly followed Zenith’s guide and they both landed on the wide open hallway of the 14th bell-towered building which was located quite far from the building where Kylian had mistakenly gone last night. The hallway was empty but it didn’t stop Zenith from carefully glancing all around before he landed.

Zenith was still holding onto his hands tight while leading the way ahead, but Kylian didn’t try to unleash himself either. As if his actions had somehow convinced Kylian a bit to put his faith in him.

They reached the end of the hallway and halted their steps in front of the closed door of ’Room No.103’. Zenith finally let go of his hand this time and took out one key from the bunch of keys he had received from Barnes before. While Kylian was riled with curiosity from his actions, Zenith quietly unlocked the door and yanked him inside all of a sudden.

"What are you doing? Where are you taking me now!?" Kylian couldn’t stand the anticipation and showed a bit of panic, while Zenith was busy checking the hallway once before he closed the door.

"This is your dormitory room." Exhaling a heavy sigh as if Zenith finally got some moment of relief, he answered, "This room was assigned to you here in the Academy. So, you better praise me for bringing you here safely."

"My room?" Kylian asked with much confusion in his voice as he took a quick glance around, "But how did you get the key? Wasn’t I supposed to take it from the Superintendent officer?"

"Yes, but don’t underestimate my influence here." Zenith snorted, sounding very proud of his action, "I had asked Barnes to steal the keys for you. I did a good job, right?"
