According to their ancestral history, an Alpha and an Omega were divinely paired by the Moon Goddesses herself to be each other’s destined pair, and that kind of bond was impossible to form between two Alphas, or with an Alpha and a Beta.

Strangely the chances of a Supreme Alpha and a Dominant Omega to recognize each other as a Fated pair was less than 1% in the social hierarchy. But Dolemort and Vanessa fell in between those rare chances as they couldn’t resist the irresistible attraction of mate bond between them.

When Zorina returned back on that day, her feet staggered from shock from sensing the whole mansion was filled with wild Alpha pheromones mixed with the alluring sweet scent of omega!

Mustering the bare minimum courage left in her body, she pulled herself to go peek through the half-closed door of that room from where the scent was emitting out, only to see the despicable sight of Dolemort and Vanessa having fervent sex with each other just like animals during mating.

Holding her tightly on his bare lap while knotting inside her, Dolemort was resting his head on Vanessa’s shoulder while holding a deeply satisfied smile on his face, which Zorina never got to see towards her no matter how hard she tried to devote herself to Dolemort in their years of married life.

Not only Zorina, but her wolf fell into devastation from the sight of grave betrayal. Her wolf immediately sensed Vanessa and Dolemort were each other’s fated mates, and that meant there would be no space left in Dolemort’s heart for Zorina anymore.

Even after her demise, it didn’t leave any impact on Dolemort’s relentless self as he chose to worry about his reputation more, instead of showing any empathy to his small devastated child.

Dolemort publicly declared Zorina’s death was a result of a drug overdose and chose to tarnish her bright reputation which cost her years to build.

Shortly after her death, while completely neglecting Zenith’s existence in the household, Dolemort chose to bring Vanessa to the Agastya Mansion and publicly declared her as his destined partner.

As expected from a cunning influential man’s tactics, everyone in the city shortly forgot about Zorina within a few years and even started praising Vanessa as he wedded her shortly after Zorina’s death.

But there was only one person who grew up concealing the dark traumatic scars of his past, and he was no one other than Zenith.

The impact of Zorina’s death had led to a few twisted changes in his personality as well, as Zenith completely stopped playing piano, he rather chose to become cold-hearted, and ruthless and never showed any compassion to weak, frail people around him.

Most importantly, his hatred towards his Dolemort, Omegas, and the term ’fated mates’ exceeded every limit...which made him transform into the Silver Devil, instead of the compassionate kind pianist Zorina had dreamed about him.
