Dr. Albert’s voice rang inside his ears as a warning sign, making Kylian feel overwhelmed. Since he had skipped his breakfast and the medicine before going to the class, Kylian realized it must have been the reason his pheromones had started to emit again involuntarily.

"I think this must be Kylian’s cologne...he tends to use a sweet floral scent." As a brief silence fell in between the boys, Stephan curtly passed his comment, while averting his gaze on Kylian increasing his anxiety gushing inside.

"Oh, really, is that your cologne?" Dan followed up after Stephan’s comment, while he keenly asked Kylian, "Which brand do you use, Kylian? Fucci, Glannel, Rada...which brand do you prefer?"

Just hearing the names of those cologne brands which has been only his dream until now to use them someday, Kylian let out a hoarse cough to clear his throat. He knew all those students from the Elite Academy were born with silver spoons, but if he professed about his struggling childhood in front of them, they might start to belittle him by getting the upper hand!

Thus, Kylian put a boastful expression on him before he answered confidently, "Um, I don’t remember the name exactly. But, yes, it was from a very reputable brand...might be more expensive than the brands that you have mentioned, Dan."

"It’s completely fine that you have chosen to use that brand, but Kylian, don’t take my warning lightly. Your cologne smells similar to omega-like sweet pheromones, and it might give the other asshole Alphas a wrong impression about you." "We can discuss it later. I am hungry, so I will go to the cafeteria." Since Kylian was carrying a few of his medicines with him, he couldn’t risk delaying the doses any further while pointing his finger toward the cafeteria building near them.

Watching his eagerness, Stephan also agreed to go with him, and those three admirer boys also decided to go together with them.

Upon entering the cafeteria dining hall, Kylian was left awestruck for a moment, as he felt he might have accidentally entered a lavish restaurant. There were over a thousand types of dishes each separately placed as a buffet to be served to the students. The Elite Academy cafeteria was probably the exact opposite of the normal cafeterias in other colleges where students had to line up in a queue to get their meal.

But here, the special waiters would rather serve the students properly at separate tables, and the peculiar observation startled Kylian the most. They curiously chose a table and waited for an attendee to pick their order first, just like other lavish restaurants.

The boys didn’t ask for a light meal, but without properly eating since the day he had arrived here, Kylian was already starving and frustrated. He ordered a whole bunch of different varieties of cuisines, making everyone gasp at his big appetite. Since growing up watching his mother prepare a wide variety of seafood in her restaurant, Kylian had a particular fascination with seafood, which he ordered in a whole bunch.

Within a few minutes, their order arrived, and the waiter even served them properly. However, all the other Academy students who were seated near them were making scornful faces at Kylian while watching his plate full of meals.

Being raised in an ordinary environment, Kylian didn’t have the idea that in the complex world of riches, having such a big appetite in public places like the Elite Academy Cafeteria was supposedly considered a lack of ethics and etiquette.

Due to this most of the students were whispering and mockingly sneering at Kylian which he didn’t even pay any proper attention to. But seated next to him, Stephan was paying attention to those scornful glances, which made him feel a bit uncomfortable when he nudged Kylian with his elbow.

"Hey, Kylian...will you be able to eat all these? Don’t you think you’ve ordered too much?"

"Of course not, I usually eat more than this...I have been a big eater, since childhood. Since this is my first time eating here, I ordered a bit less."

As a simple-minded boy, Kylian couldn’t understand his hint as he politely answered before taking a bite of the grilled lobster. The other boys who were also around them accurately understood Stephan’s hint, since they had been feeling awkward with Kylian’s level of ignorance towards the surroundings.

At that moment, those four Alphas from Zenith’s bully gang entered the cafeteria hall gallantly, attracting all the attention of the other students surrounding them.

But when their glance fell on Kylian happily chomping on his plate fully loaded with food, one among the boys with whom Kylian had argued before scoffed aloud, "Wow, we didn’t know, nowadays beggars also have permission to enter inside the Elite Cafeteria.

"I thought it was a place only reserved for elite Alphas like us, but I was wrong to think that. As I can see, nowadays losers and beggars can get in as they please and eat like shameless pigs!"

The other three boys from the gang burst out with a sharp squeal of sarcastic laughter, and the sound of their mocking laugh averted Kylian’s gaze on them.

He met the scornful eyes of that Alpha who threw that comment on him, and a cryptic smug curved Kylian’s red lips when he boldly came up with a response while spitting out the pieces of the tail bones from the lobster.

"Hey Stephan, I think it’s trendy here for students to eat like fuckin’ birds, so they can fly high with their adamant ego and pride. But you know what, I feel that from deep inside they are just shallow birds that can be easily dumped into a pile of shit if a pig kicks them after getting bothered by them. Don’t you think so?"

"Pfftt!" Even though all the boys surrounding them, including the group he came with, were trying to suppress their smiles, but Jack couldn’t control his chuckle, even though he immediately covered his mouth with his palm.

However, the sound of his snort didn’t avert the attention of that arrogant Alpha who passed that comment to Kylian at first.

His cold dreadful eyes rolled in anger when he glared at Jack from behind, while giving a lethal warning to him, "Jack Bonvon...looks like burning your skin wasn’t enough to get your senses on the right track, huh? Looks like I might have to pluck out all of your teeth and cut off your tongue to make sure you never get to laugh again. Isn’t it so?"

"And I think your pea-sized brain which must be dirted with all kinds of nasty conspiracies has forgotten what Zenith said in that class before." Before his warning could badly scare Jack again, Kylian took the initiative to step in between when he hollered back at that Alpha boy without a flinch.

Both Jack and that Alpha winced from his remark, making the other boys around his table stare at Kylian with their wide open eyes. Stephan tried to nudge him with his elbow to have him calm down, but before Kylian spoke, the Alpha sneered angrily at Kylian while coming a step towards their table.

"Just because Master allowed you to sit with him, do you think you have the upper hand now, pretty boy? It makes me want to skin you alive first in front of all these losers you are defending now." He scowled in a scary rumble, making Jack flinch fearfully for Kylian’s sake.

But without showing any trace of fear, Kylian gallantly smiled at him when he grunted back, "You’re even a bigger loser if you’re trying to pick a fight with innocent students sitting here. But, go ahead and try to touch me.

"But before your wish gets fulfilled, I am certain your Master will skin you alive first for disobeying his command. If you still want to test his temper though, come on, do it?"

"Kylian? What are you doing? Don’t provoke them...these bastards are crazy, they will pick up a fight here!" Stephan whisper-shouted at him ardently, watching the expression of that Alpha turn darker in angst, while he was glaring at Kylian like a vicious beast.

~ "Go ahead and let these bastards touch you first. I don’t know when will that Alpha be here, but this will be my first fight after I woke up inside you. So, I am very excited. Let them test the water first..."

His wolf Morpheus boldly growled inside him, showing the exact amount of unbreakable confidence and sheer resilience that Kylian had held high against those bullies since his first day here.
